Never had such a hassle with any business for anything like I did here. Made an appointment, adjusted my work schedule for it, then get a text he needs to reschedule to next day with no reason given… ok no problem. Next day another text needs to reschedule to next day again because his “favorite dog is sick”.. ok fine. Next day another text to reschedule to the next week because the weather says rain eve though I have a commercial sized parking garage. All the while acting like he’s doing me a favor and has the audacity to say he’s flexible and to let him know what works for me.. what worked for me were the first THREE appointments. Then he proceeds to berate me with texts and emojis (which is about as unprofessional as it gets) asking to make an appointment back to the week he tried to push off even though forecast was still rain and after I explicitly told him I couldn’t adjust my work schedule any further that week. Can’t even imagine what the next excuse would’ve been to avoid the next appointment. Can’t rate his work, but if his works is anywhere on par with his professionalism I can only imagine it’s a nightmare. Would not recommend this place.

had to redo my orginal post, chris pulled a quarter sized dent and put a dab of touch up paint said he would come back to wet sand and polish in a week or so. texted him to make the appointment and tells me he don’t do that. i explained that’s what he told me a week or so ago. then comes up with the excuse he won’t be around for another 2 weeks since he’s outta state.don’t bother the owner is a flake

Chris and David made my dent disappear on my Toyota Supra, it was like it was never there. Chris was very helpful explaining what he will do to get the dent out and the best way to get it out at a very reasonable price. My car was side swiped and the quarter panel over the wheel well was also damaged. After the Dent Doctor was finished, I was amazed at the results. You can barely see any of the previous damage. All dents are removed and even my paint looks normal again. He buffed out all the markings of the car that caused the damage. In addition, the price was right. I would highly recommend the Dent Doctor.

I went to Chris today with my brand new Mercedes GLC 300 some jerk open the door in a parking lot and dented my passenger rear door I went to two body shops both of them told me there was no way it could be fixed unless I did body work and had the door painted. And it was suggested I go to Mercedes only Chris within 15 minutes had the dent out the car looked amazing like it was never touched!! He was a sweetheart to deal with from the beginning told me not to worry he would take care of it and boy did he I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends the man is amazing again Chris 1,000 thank yous and the price was unbelievable I would definitely recommend patronizing his establishment thank you again Joseph ader

We purchased a 2014 white Audi in great shape with a few dings and one more deeper dent on the front right fender. I wanted the car "ding free" but didnt know it could be done, until I went to see Chris. WOW! WOW! WOW! That car looks PERFECT! I have a VERY critical eye and don't miss a trick, and I can honestly say that Chris SURPASSED my expectations with his expertise. He's incredibly talented at what he does, honest, and hard working and I told him he may also be able to add the word "magician" to those adjectives because he is.He made all little dents on my car disappear and it looks AMAZING. Within 5 minutes of contacting Chris he got back to me with a reasonable quote and came to my home the next day! 20 minutes after arriving he was done and while I may know where the ding was, no one else would, great job! It was a pleasure dealing with a professional AND friendly guy.

I can’t explain how great Chris’s team is. I felt safe in his hands! My Prius had a nasty dent in the side. He explained what needed to be done and virtually made it like it was never hit. Gave me a notion that it wouldn’t be perfect and went above my expectations. I was so impressed I sent my friend down there.
