    Our waiter was super friendly. Her sweet voice definitely make us feel very comfortable. Snow crab is delicious and good amount. Endless shrimp is always the best deal. If you have big appetite, you can try all of them!

    Horrible stale food overcooked shrimp horribly slow service servers are smart mouth avoid going here….. February 2nd my husband and I he a 73 year old veteran and myself self employed. My husband wanted to go to red lobster had a craving for fish he is a country boy at heart. Now our server was male he was very helpful and cheerful he also stated he was a new employee a young man I assume to be in between my sons ages 27 and 21, my husband and I knew what we wanted just not how to order it, the server helped a lot with making our decision, if he was my son I’d be proud. Now the restaurant at that time was staffed with other ppl in his age group or younger, The fish my husband ordered was more bread than fish, my salmon tasted previously frozen looked cheap, my broccoli and rice undercooked hard no flavor. My shrimp looked as if it had been deep fried several times the pieces so small I wondered if they just gave me table scraps, wait when being seated the table next two my husband and I was seated two extreme loud and obviously intoxicated visibly aged woman, the first 15 mins we had to endure high pitched noises no one asked them to at least quiet down, finally they left visibly intoxicated. Not wanting to complain I ordered desert to stay here’s when our waiter snubbed me I ordered my desert my waiter walks off towards an area on the other side of the bar I assume the kitchen another table’s seated in his section he came out of the kitchen minus my cake took this tables order laughed joked went got the tables drinks continued to chat some more. Now over in the kitchen area bar area this is when I become aware that the staffers are all immature kids not team players 3 just standing there no one took the initiative to help . I can hear giggling and laughing. Finally my desert arrives , lost all taste for it ! telling my husband I’m ready to go , he goes to bathroom leaves me the wallet try for five mins to get staffs attention gentle everyone is ignoring me so finally get up go to bar simply state I’d like to pay my bill and can no longer wait little girl at the bar said something condescending in a mocking tone. To be honest knowing ppl she got it from her mother, cause when the little girl scrunched up her face thinking it was cute she aged herself, I told her she should work on her personality cause her looks won’t help. At this time my server was coming from the back I handed him the money and left oh the restaurant had a total of four table occupied and one curbside, it was not busy enough to warrant any wait! Now I’m happy I’m not who I used to be aging has mellowed me out. It’s not the staffs fault it’s managements and the franchise fault! I had stale, undercooked, freezer burned food because there is no standard no pride no respect!We don’t need red lobster nor did we really want red lobster and red lobster doesn’t need or want our business. my husband went through a lot to get what he’s got his money pays for quality and red lobster didn’t deliver quality food nor quality service also it’s old outdated dirty turn the lights low all you want smelled the rug seen the stains, talk to the young ppl you hire about being professional, rotate your frozen food so it does taste like freezer burn fully cooked food find a better supplier for whatever those shrimp, thank you the old me would have been taking out of there in handcuffs, I didn’t come there expecting to get freebies or extras I wanted what my money was worth and that did not happen.

    What's not to love at Red lobster??? We had the lobster feast for two with filet mignon steaks lobster tails, skewered shrimp and we had a pound of snow crab legs as well to share which was separate. The lobster mac and cheese with bacon was so good and so was the lobster mashed potatoes that we had shared. If you go, you must try the brussel sprouts as a side. It is absolutely delicious , a really good way to eat brussel sprouts . One photo is before and one photo is after every bit of food was demolished!!!!

    Wow! This is the BEST Red Lobster we have been to! The food was delicious and the service was top notch! Our server, I think her name was Cheylene (probably not spelling it correctly) was so nice, professional and attentive! My husband had the Bar Harbor Bake which he said was excellent and I had the stuffed flounder. Simply amazing! We will definitely be coming back to this Red Lobster! 🦞

    Atmosphere feels like an outdated retirement home. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Please clean menus daily. They were stuck together with food. Disappointed by screens for kids at table...we should be trying to stop these disgusting classless habits of being on a device at mealtime..just. stop.

    I love seafood and Red Lobster Restaurant too. They have some lunch specials on the menu which are less costly than dinner meals. However, you get a smaller portion of food at lunchtime. They still have their delicious cheddar cheese biscuits that they bring to your table before your meal is served. There is not any extra charge for them and if you want another batch the wait staff will be happy to bring you more. They serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. There is a small bar area inside the restaurant. When you first enter this establishment you will see a tank of live 🦞 lobsters with their claws fastened. Kids are especially curious and want to look at them. The restaurant is sometimes busy especially at dinner time. If so, the host or hostess will take your name and call you as soon as a table becomes available. The bathrooms are clean and located in the lobby near the front doors. The service is good in my experience and I have been a customer for many years. There have been some changes over the years such as price increases, employees and also the menu. Overall, I am still pleased with Red Lobster

    No! Just NO! Good intentions with the new menu add-ons but this place made it an epic failure. The garlic and herb crab legs came out cold. Not room temperature cold but I’m in the fridge cold yet it was severely over cooked. There’s enough grease at the bottom for an Easter fish fry. As we know, they call their biscuits “cheddar bay” but I never thought that “cheddar bay shrimp” would be shrimp with bits of biscuits on it. Not a bad idea if you like the biscuits until you find out that it’s drowning in oil 🥲

    I spent nearly $100 last week on a Lobster meal that included scallops, muscles, shrimp as well as blue crab legs, and with the very first bite of my Lobster I knew right away that I had made a bad decision by going to Red Lobster. With the cost of living skyrocketing in almost every sector of our society, food, housing ect., Red Lobster should be ashamed of it's self for charging customers such outrageous prices for such poor quality of food that they're serving. The Quality should match the Price...

    First of all this was my favorite restaurant which I ate at often, LATE! Might I add with no issues. However on the July 19th me and my husband went out for our anniversary and I was so turned off it’s not even funny. Common sense was clearly missing! Soon eating our appetizer, we had a very unwelcoming guest a roach! I wanted to crawl out my skin. My hubby killed it and I made sure to mention to the waiter who might I add was a nice waiter but just lacking in mental capacity. He so kindly apologized for the “inconvenience” offered to move our table however my husband is tall 6’9 tall so its annoying for him to get in and out those small tables so we opted to stay there thinking our waiter would do what any normal human in the service world would, remove the roach! But no he left the roach wrapped in tissue right where my husband left it. No manager came to speak to us or anything . I’m looking around to check for more and see the floor under the table crusted with food along the corners and now it all makes sense. The food was so so but I barely ate I just wanted to go home. My appetite was gone. Hubby ate fast and we asked for the check. Our waiter came with a complimentary cake to again apologize for the guest of honor. I never got asked what I wanted never again spoke to a manager just was given a cheesecake that I can’t eat due to my allergy. I could have said that to him but honestly at this point it didn’t even matter I already made up my mind that we are never eating there again. So moral of the story is RED LOBSTER IN PK HAS ROACHES!

    Been coming to this specific establishment for years. Most recently I came here on Dec. 10 2023. Got the Walt's favorite shrimp and chips and shrimp scampi. So delicious. Their biscuits are always great. My server (I think his name was Anthony) was quick and super nice. Will continue to come to this specific Red Lobster

    I was skeptical about eating here because it is a large restaurant chain. I was actually pleasantly surprised. They cooked everything perfectly. My family and I ordered a bunch of food, including a T-Bone, and it was absolutely delicious. It was one of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Please stop in and give them a try.

    Our party of 7 had an incredible dinner experience at this Red Lobster location! Chris was our server and he was so kind, attentive, and responsive and delivered an exceptional dining experience. The food was delicious and we will definitely be returning to this location when we are in the area. Thank you Chris for making our special celebration absolutely extraordinary!

    Same food you can expect from Red lobster however there available services were scarce, middle of the afternoon for lunch, not busy at all we waited almost 10 minutes to be addressed about seating & wait times, another 10 to be seated... no hostess, no bartender, however when we were finally our waitress was awesome

    Waiter was not attentive, he started out good but dropped the ball in the end. He didn't offer me dessert and I had to ask for him to check out. I could of walked out without paying hahaha. Then he asked me If I want change like I was going to give him a $9 tip hahaha. I gave him $2 cause I was nice.

    My wife and I have been coming here once a month for about four months now as she loves seafood. This review is based on all visits. We have no compatibility the food. The service, however, is inconsistent. On the first visit, it was an early dinner. Our server, as far as I could see, only two other tables. Although he was nice, it took forever just to get our sodas. He did not prebus our table. The next two visits were ok but at the third visit, it was for lunch and it took forever for a host to come to the front. I work in hospitality and I've never seen a note at the host stand to ring the doorbell for service. There should be someone there all the time. Now to our visit this past Friday night and this is why I'm giving the review four stars. Our server introduced himself as Vinh. He asked us our names and we made some small talk. He made us feel as if we were the only table he had in the world. He didn't pressure us for pace, prebussed the table and checked back with us during the meal. He called us by name throughout the meal. We tipped him accordingly as he made it a memorable experience. Don't let him get away from you. We will ask for him again. I hope he gets to read this review.

    I normally don’t give rough reviews but it was my first time at Red Lobster, which I even said, and the server we had was not good. Completely forgot that we asked for more to drink twice. The food was decent though, so these two stars are for the food.

    It was a great experience as it was not crowded even though it is Mother's Day weekend and the service was capable. The waitress was attentive and the food was shared in an adequate amount of time. So the atmosphere was inviting and the dinner was pleasantly served. So if you are in the Poughkeepsie area and you are flowing around Route 9 then give Red Lobster a visit.

    Red Lobster never disappoints me. Me and my sister went there had a good time. Great service, our waiter was on point with everything!! Those biscuits is so good!! Have a blessed weekend!!

    When I saw the sign, it brought back great memories. All Red Lobster's in RI and MA have disappeared for many years now. I had to have dinner there. The biscuits are heavenly. The waitress was kind enough to work with my food budget. The chef gave me a splendid meal within my limit. Very helpful, kind staff. Will go back if ever in Poughkeepsie again.

    I came for the cheddar bay biscuits and stayed for the hospitable staff! Our fabulous server was Antoine. He was very professional and friendly! My partner and I took a while to order and he was so patient with us while we decided. I think there were only two waiters on staff and a host (who was also bussing tables) despite that, the food came out very fast! Everyone was great!

    Very good service with attention to detail. The night we went it wasn't very busy. Which led to very fast kitchen service. Which was good because we had our two young kids with us. The young server we had was very good and had a good attitude and personality. Server had the kids engaged into the conversations which the kids loved

    I ordered the Shrimp Linquini,& Walt Shrimp and Fish with broccoli and rice from Poughkeepsie,N.Y.. The shrimp linguini not good tasted floury,Walt shrimp batter not cooked throughly, fish undercooked, broccoli no flavor but rice ok. Very disappointed in the dinner ordered had to trash the meal...$57.00 🚮 garbage for sure!!
