This Wawa is NOT open 24 hours. It's not a convenience store. Its an inconvenience store. How is this a Wawa, and it's not open 24 hours? I have never in my life seen a Wawa that closes. Why even bother spending millions of dollars, and 2½ years building a brand new Wawa from the ground up, if you're just gonna close at 10pm? What a waste of a store. The whole appeal of going to Wawa is that they never close. Why would I go to Wawa in the daytime, when I have so many other better options to choose from, at much more affordable prices? I'm willing to pay a little extra for the convenience of getting a bite to eat at 3am, and nothing else is open. But I'm not paying those same prices at 3pm, when every other store is open selling better food for cheaper.

The new management sucks. The service is so bad now. The employees said they are under new management. And the new manager is rude to them and customers. We need managers who understand the needs of our community

my one star review is because i have been coming to this new location almost daily for a month i am allergic to tomatoes and i had ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and they put no sauce on it for me the employees were super helpful and friendly i decided last night 8/21/23 i wanted a pizza on my cheat day since i had a coupon in the app and was having a party with some of my friends when i ordered the pizza i put special order and when i told the cashier i needed no tomato sauce because i was allergic he went and told his manager and they told me they wouldn’t be making it with out sauce for me anymore this was at about 11.20pm so there was really no huge crowd and this wouldn’t be a issue if they didn’t advertise that they have a option to make it a special order so my suggestion to wawa would be don’t advertise something and then not follow threw with it on top of this i did not leave the store until after midnight so i waited over 40 minutes for them to make a fast food pizza and i could clearly hear the manager in the back complaining about it the whole time i have worked in customer service retail as a assistant manager for 5 years and never heard of such terrible customer service i won’t be returning if i can’t get the order i need as advertised such a shame so be

I went here for a med cup of chicken noodle soup for my mom ripped off nothing but broth and a few carrots all that money i wasted IWILK STICK TO HARRISON BY WALMART

It’s clean…. That’s where the positive stops. It’s so slow. Cashiers are slow. You can’t get cups for fountain soda or even straws without going to the cashier. Total mess over here

Fir the first time. went there yesterday and the service was great! They had a lot of staff and when we had problems ordering via the kiosk, the land was very helpful! The lad with the lashes made sure our order was done correctly! TODAY WAS A BIT DIFFERENT! When they are less crowded the service is not the same! The staff is less. So, if you need help with the kiosk, say you left your glasses then you are in trouble! They can help but when the store gets crowded, you don't want to be 6he one that holds up other customers! Tried talking with the manager, but the manager was a bit busy! The food was good, but you cannot order hotdogs nor chili via delivery nor customize the via the cashier! The kiosk problem is for most fast foods! Will probably order via delivery next time! P.S. Wawa does not give a receipt unless you ask for it. The hot dogs should be put on hot dog buns and not sandwich rolls, which are too tough to chew!

I’m glad we have a Wawa’s in our community but EVERY TIME I order food….. it’s never made right. It’s a waste of time to trust that my order is correct only to find out it’s not AFTER I leave the store. The workers need to pay more attention to what they’re reading and less talking and laughing with each other. It’s ok to have fun and enjoy your job but if you can’t multitask then yes fun is over lol

My experience at this new Wawa location was good I’m surprised the reviews are bad. This location is no different than any other Wawa I’ve been to. It’s clean they have great made to order food and selection. The cashier was polite and this location is bigger than some locations. I have nothing bad to say about this location.

Not as good as others in the chain I've visited. Service and quality will depend on the staff currently on the clock. In addition, many options available at other locations, are not available at this one.
