Brought
my
car
in
for
a
diagnostic
and
service
with
an
appointment
on
Monday.
No
call
about
the
car
Monday.
I
still
haven't
heard
by
Tuesday
afternoon
so
I
call
to
get
an
update.
I'm
told
it
hasn't
been
taken
in
yet
and
might
not
get
in
until
Wednesday,
and
Thursday
is
Thanksgiving.
With
still
no
update,
I
call
back
and
am
told
it
won't
be
until
Friday,
maybe
Saturday.
Friday
around
noon
I
get
a
text
saying
it
still
hasn't
been
taken
in.
5
days
and
not
until
late
Friday
afternoon
I
get
a
text
with
a
link
for
the
diagnostic
results.
$270
for
the
diagnostic
(to
tell
me
what
I
already
knew),
$800
for
the
parts,
but
$2700
for
labor!!
So,
after
no
updates
about
my
car
without
me
calling
for
5
days
to
run
a
diagnostic,
no
courtesy
(loaner)
car
offered
over
a
holiday,
and
a
rip-off
quote
for
service
I
picked
up
my
car
without
any
service.
When
I
picked
up
my
car
there
was
no
manager/supervisor
to
talk
to,
and
nobody
seemed
concerned
that
I
brought
my
car
in
for
service
and
was
picking
it
up
without
any
being
done.
