    The sales person Joe Su was excellent!!! But it has been almost a month and many calls to the facility and I still don't have the warranty information I paid for and should've left with and i gave them a mailing address they didn't use. Even speaking to the business manager Brandy who originally helped and assured the warranty info would be emailed me still I haven't received the information and said she recorded the mailing address yet mail went to the physical address from the car radio company NOT the mailing address i gave. So because I shouldn't have to chase MB to get paperwork I should've received at purchase and MB doesn't care to get my personal information correct you get 1 star.

    Julia was very nice but I was a bit perturbed that I did not receive a receipt explaining the details of my visit. I was informed the a tire was not available for me and I will be contacted when one becomes available. I find it unusual that the dealership did not have a tire for me. However I am still awaiting my recept from my services on 8/7/23 and my call back for when my new tire will be available.

    I had a great experience working with Albert Salib to purchase my first car on my own. From the moment I walked into the dealership, he treated me like family and helped me to get the best deal possible. When looking at my dream car, he took the time to go over every detail about the car and explained everything I would need to know about it. He truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in the whole car buying experience. Overall, it was a very stress free experience and I would recommend Albert to anyone I know looking to get a car from this dealership.

    Ness, Matt, Eric, and James are an exceptional team. They not only offered me the best deal I could find on the entire East Coast after checking with many dealers and lease brokers, but they also provided incredibly professional, friendly, and personable customer service. I’ve been a repeat customer other places but I've never felt more valued at any other dealership. This Mercedes dealership is now my lifelong choice, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family.

    Super happy with the team at Massapequa dealership. Their inventory is great!!! I called whole of NJ and didn’t find the GLC in black and beige we wanted but to my surprise, Massapequa had 3 readily available! Vish was super quick to send me the options over email while we were still on call. This was Tuesday and Thursday we brought home the car. So umm that says it all. They are pretty quick to respond and would ensure you have a car you like as soon as possible. Want a Merc? Wish a Vish! :D

    I recently acquired my GLC300 and while the initial experience had some hiccups, the Massapequa Team truly turned things around. On pickup day, everything was well-prepared, and Eric provided an exceptional walkthrough of the car, demonstrating his expertise and down-to-earth nature. Ness was also fantastic this time, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Marc, the manager, stepped in to resolve any lingering issues over the 7 months. I genuinely appreciate the effort and teamwork from the Massapequa Team. It was a pleasure meeting you all.

    Terrible customer service. Brought my car in for a diagnostic and service with an appointment on Monday. No call about the car Monday. I still haven't heard by Tuesday afternoon so I call to get an update. I'm told it hasn't been taken in yet and might not get in until Wednesday, and Thursday is Thanksgiving. With still no update, I call back and am told it won't be until Friday, maybe Saturday. Friday around noon I get a text saying it still hasn't been taken in. 5 days and not until late Friday afternoon I get a text with a link for the diagnostic results. $270 for the diagnostic (to tell me what I already knew), $800 for the parts, but $2700 for labor!! So, after no updates about my car without me calling for 5 days to run a diagnostic, no courtesy (loaner) car offered over a holiday, and a rip-off quote for service I picked up my car without any service. When I picked up my car there was no manager/supervisor to talk to, and nobody seemed concerned that I brought my car in for service and was picking it up without any being done.

    I walked in 1 hour before close to Mercedes in Massapequa on a Monday night with hopes of seeing a CPO I saw online earlier that day. As if it was right when they opened, I was met by the entire team with such genuine enthusiasm and eagerness to help out. This is especially true of Noah Roth who took the time to listen to everything I was looking for in a car, review various options, thoroughly explain the features of different models, and make sure I was shopping well within my budget. After a lengthy discussion with Noah, he showed me and let me test drive my now new SUV. I didn't expect to find a car that checked every box, but my expectations were far succeeded largely due to Noah's patience, knowledge, and guidance. I set up an appointment for the following the day and secured my purchase. I can't thank Noah and the rest of the Mercedes team at Massapequa enough for their assistance throughout the process.
