The staff is extremely attentive. They also accommodate guests without any issue, providing additional chairs, as needed. There is hardly any wait time. The process for all required tests moves along reasonably quickly. Drs. Laud and Bacotti are friendly and explain findings in understandable terms. I appreciate that both have had a conservative approach to radical treatment, in my case.

Everyone at OCLI Mineola office was very nice and professional made me feel very relaxed. Dr. Loud was extremely professional, and made me feel like I was in good hands. He explained everything to my satisfaction, and he perform the procedure with great confidence which made me feel at ease.
