This was one of the worst experiences as part of my treatment process. After going to a 28 day rehab to battle with alcoholism i signed on to this place for iop. Although i completed the iop process i really had to push myself to remain interested and engaged. In my opinion the counselor i had was terrible. They are unprofessional and i would never recommend anyone to go there. I am currently attending AA meetings and get more out of a week of meetings than i did all those months of iop at the counseling center. God Bless

Went in for anxiety issues related to Covid and none of the staff were wearing masks. Simply disgraceful.

Best intensive outpatient/outpatient facility I have ever enrolled in. Counselors are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, very attentive to their clients’ needs. Also, the counselors make sure to meet with individual clients when necessary in a private or public setting- whichever the client would feel most comfortable with. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with depression and/or substance abuse to consider this place first before trying similar programs.

If your drug test comes up for fentanyl they will take refuse to let you drive home and threaten to call the police, I was stone sober and not allowed to drive my own car home.

don't let them get away with false positive drug tests. horrible place if you plan on staying sober

Still waiting for someone to renew my prescription, no meds left. One of those drugs you’re not supposed to just stop taking?! No one returns phone calls, unprofessional. Shame on you!

Went there for help voluntarily. No legal issues, no court orders. Just looking for a good therapist. Choosing the Fair lawn counseling center was one of the worst decisions I've ever made in my life.
