Shut this store down please they are struggling in this new economy i can see why they wont just be a online store because they make more by having a store because they over charge on items and earn buy low balling customers and just know your item will be appraised based on whose there all staff will give you a different price on everything .. customer service sucks and if your black you might as just save your time because you will be unhappy how they will just look at your stuff and wont even attempt to buy it smh

Love coming here with my bf every few months and checking out what they have. I always gotta buy something when I’m in, they have great stuff! The guys working at the counter are amazing too and always help out when you have questions about something. This place has some great stuff you wouldn’t want to miss out on.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE WITH RUDE/UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. The short white dude with the septum piercing was being nasty and escalating the situation telling us to call the cops when we came back the same exact day to return something that didn’t work. he ended up giving the money back after giving us a hard time & being rude. i wasn’t born yesterday & do not expect the highest quality of people working at a pawnshop but i would seriously avoid this place. just awful.

They give you the best bang for your buck. Great service, no rip offs, nothing but genuine and honest and willing to negotiate. I highly recommend selling/buying/pawning with Jacob. He’s kind and all about the customer. 5 stars hands down.
