I have seen doctor Gordon from many years. I've had no complaints up until a few years ago. I would usually see the PA who I believe her name is Robin. Anyway she's a sweetheart. About 2 years ago out of nowhere my world started spinning, I've never dealt with anything like that. After 24 hours of my world spinning I called Dr Gordon's office to make an appointment to find out what was going on. The office staff informed me that I never went to the specialist that Dr Gordon recommended so therefore he won't see me. I was flabbergasted! I've seen a specialist just not the one that he suggested. But according to the receptionist that doesn't matter. I will not be able to get in to see him because I did not see the specialist he recommended. I have been seeing him for at least 10 years now maybe even more. And this is the way I'm treated. The last time I saw him he suggested I have reconstructive surgery or tubes. I have gone that route before with no help from it. I am not interested in surgeries. I just want my ears cleaned out and checked to make sure I don't have infections.

My son recently graduated from their speech program! If you are questioning sending your son or daughter, look no further! I couldn’t be more proud of his accomplishments and that’s all thanks to Robin and her amazing team. He started going when he was 3 and when I look back at videos, his speech was basically grunts and sounds. They realized the root of the problem and worked toward developing his muscles and movements before anything else. Now going into 3rd grade his IEP no longer required speech. We enjoyed seeing all the speech therapist! He might have had his favorites but he liked changing it up. To him it was games and toys, but to me it was soooo much more. The down fall to seeing them all, was the goodbyes at the end. They had all helped develop so much more than just his speech! His confidence alone is something I will treasure forever. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. At the time of my appointment, I was seen right away. I meet with Kaitlyn Buck, PA, who was very thorough and took her time with me. My experience there was definitely a pleasant one. I would not hesitate to go back, and would certainly refer someone.

Using ENT specialty care for years!!! Dr Gordon and his PA Kate are the best~thorough, professional, smart and wonderful. Office easily accessible, proficient. Such a tremendous service so close to home. Kate really goes the extra mile, just, so awesome 😍

Excellent experience! First time using this practice and the doctor was fabulous- true human being! Knowledgeable, patient, accepted my reticence for procedure, kindly and calmly led me to a decision based on her knowledge of my descriptions/ complaints. Actually held conversation with me with no reminders of time spent. I have and would recommend this practice and this particular doctor to people I care for. This was a 10+ if my medical appointment was rated.

My son has been going here for the last few years, recently he started working with Nick, who’s been great! He’s kind and patient to my son and is very good at knowing when to give my son a break or shift gears so he doesn’t get overwhelmed. Nick and every other Speech therapist he’s seen at this location have been amazing and hard working.

I am so grateful for Kaitlyn and her professional and thorough health services. The entire office is extremely comforting and caring for their patients.

Dr. Buck is terrific. She is warm and comforting as well knowledgeable. She answers all questions and gets the job done! I felt so much better after treatment. Susan
