While
I
enjoyed
the
services
at
first,
the
communication
at
this
company
must
be
completely
disorganized.
Everyone
I
have
talked
to
has
been
very
sweet
and
patient,
but
that
ultimately
gets
drowned
out
by
the
multiple
different
pieces
of
information
that
many
of
Lifestance’s
employees
seem
to
contradict
amongst
each
other
(leaving
out
vital
information
that
left
me
without
therapy
for
over
3
months).
There
is
a
lot
of
potential
with
Lifestance,
but
their
website
UI
is
messy
and
lacks
basic
features
such
as
being
able
to
simply
reschedule
an
appointment.
It
becomes
a
monumental
task
of
waiting
for
Lifestance
employees
to
contact
me
back
after
being
promised
that
they
would
(not
a
single
one
ever
contacted
me
back
after
being
reassured
and
promised
multiple
times).
It
was
only
until
recently
when
I
switched
companies
for
my
therapy,
did
I
realize
how
much
they
overcomplicate
a
process
that
should
and
absolutely
could
be
immensely
more
simple,
as
proved
by
the
quick
and
easy
process
that
many
other
companies
has
offered
us.
Thank
you
Lifestance
for
your
help
thus
far,
I
just
wish
it
could’ve
been
much
more
direct
and
professional
than
they
have
shown.
