We had the best experience ever at Mini of Morristown and our AWESOME salesman, Leonard!!!! I never like going to dealers for a car because I really dislike dealing with the salespeople. Well, Leonard changed all of that! Super, super nice guy, so knowledgeable and so professional. No pressure - just all the information we needed to make our own decision and he never tired of my husband's questions lol. We purchased a previously loved mini and Leonard knew everything about the car and when we were ready to leave he sat with us in the car and went over every single thing with us. I would also like to mention that the sales manager, David, was also so nice - never had an experience like this at any other car dealership. I just purchased my first Mini and I couldn’t be happier that we chose Mini of Morristown to help us with the process. I put an inquiry in via the website for a preowned Mini on a Friday evening, received follow up from Giuseppe on exactly what I was looking for on Saturday morning, test drive with Omar on Saturday afternoon and drive it home on Monday. The entire office made the process pleasant and seamless. Many kudos to Omar who answered my many mini questions and made me feel at ease through the whole process. Best car purchase experience ever and I love my mini!

I love the entire experience I had with the team here. Irma is very attentive, patient and helped me get through the administrative process at a stellar speed. She took care of me throughout the process and after. Omar is wonderful too, always there to help with questions after purchase. I went to test drive a car and bought it right after it. They have an awesome collection of MINIs with fabulous colors and configurations, just the kind I look for in a car I want to drive.

From the beginning I realized this place sets very high standards for the industry. I was welcomed over the phone by Irma who provided a lot of info on a vehicle I was interested in, on to the meeting with Rami the salesperson who was great, and final meeting with Mohammed the finance guy they all gave the best service. If I were to sum up the experience it is honesty and integrity. Highly recommended to everyone. P.S. I got a Mitsubishi outlander and I’m very happy with the entire experience. Thank you guys!

Fantastic dealership! The staff are very friendly, efficient and welcoming. We took the trip from Maryland to purchase a car and I'm glad we did. Lenny (would advise to ask for him) and Pep were fantastic, swift efficient and easy transaction, even though my insurance company were a pain! They helped out and made sure everything was all in order before we made the trip back home. I would thoroughly recommend this dealership. 6 stars but can only do 5 ******

After an unfortunate incident with my 2013 Honda Civic, I was in the market for a newer Honda Civic. After a lengthy search, I found the car of my dreams at Mini of Morristown, which is about a 2.5 hour drive from where I live. After seeing the vehicle on auto trader, I reached out to the dealership, first speaking Giuseppe, who was great. He answered all my questions, and got me in contact with Lenny, who was amazing throughout the process. Lenny sent me a bunch of pictures and videos of the car and was a great communicator. My only concern with the vehicle was some road rash on the passenger side rims. Lenny and the leadership team at Mini had their “rim guy” repair everything for me before I took the vehicle home. This guy did fantastic job, and you would never know that the rims made contact with a curb. The only critical feedback I have is related to the amount of time it took me to receive my PA tag. Being an out-of-state buyer, I needed my tag and registration before I could get my car inspected. The tag eventually arrived 3 days after the temp expired, which was not a big deal. Lenny communicated with me throughout, and we learned that there was something new in PA, whereas of April, they stopped transferring PA tags, that began with specific letters, including E, which was my previous tag. I just had my PA inspection completed at a local dealership, and they were very impressed, as the vehicle had already had it’s 60k Maintenance performed (at 47k miles), which included transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant and filters. This undoubtedly saved me some $. Thank you, Giuseppe, Lenny and Team at Mini of Morristown for hooking me up with my dream car! There was another manger involved as well (Omar I think) who was great as well!

Just brought a 2018 Honda Civic from here yesterday and had the best experience! Lenny and all the other staff were such a joy and made the purchasing process easy and quick. I'm recommending this location to all my friends and you should stop in too!
