Finally got a birthday card that was mailed over a month ago. Not only was it incredibly late to be finally delivered, the individuals in the post office clearly ripped the top left corner to search for money. Have had this issue before where they will rip it enough to reach in and check or use a tool. It’s disgusting and trashy that their employees find it acceptable to steal out of other people’s mail. Thankfully there was none in this envelope to steal. They need to desperately check their employees and their behavior during work.

The lady working at customer service today 1/4/21 (not the Indian lady she’s very pleasant) was not helpful at all and very as a matter a fact-ish! Envelopes were out of stock at this location and was not helpful at all as to how to ship my packages. It was more so like oh well you have to figure it out on your own. This is completely unacceptable and I hope that her manager looks into polishing her customer service skills to ensure that our community is being serviced in a welcoming manner!

Wish I could give them -100 stars. This is the worst place for you to come and send your packages. They never ever have the USPS priority package. Never refill for labels so you have to do the line twice, one to get the package (which in other USPS office are out for you to prepare you package) and one to do your transaction. The customer service is horrible! You can't ask a question cause you will get an aptitud. Do NOT go to this USPS office. I usually drive 20 minutes to go to a place where I can be treated as a person and not like an animal. If you are not happy with your job, get another one! The people working here seem unhappy, unsatisfied and miserable. Therefore, that's what they project tk the customers.

Post offices generally give me anxiety and I try my best to steer clear of them due to awful past experiences. This time I had no choice as I needed to get my passport renewed and I had to ship out a return. Fortunately for me the staff here (Darvin clerk #38, and Yinney (pronounced Jenny) were actually the friendliest and most helpful post office clerks I have ever met in my life. Darvin even made some jokes that made me laugh and eased my anxiety. What’s more impressive about their amazing customer service is that there were only 2 people doing everything. It was obvious they were understaffed but that didn’t stop them from being nice to literally everyone. I see the post office has improved and I’m glad they hired these two really great people!

Best people at this Post Office. However, the line is often slowed down by people who don’t know what they want when they get up to the counter. They come with boxes still open and unlabeled. And or they want to debate with postal workers regarding Zip codes and locations. Honestly, its amazing. I’ve been going here for the last 10yrs. Amazing staff and atmosphere.

Today, I visited this post office to mail 50+ large letters. I want to give a big shout out and thank you to associate - Kelvin. His customer service was outstanding. I haven't visited the post office in yearsss but Kelvin was kind, patient and took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. I even purchased a PO Box today. We need more Kelvin's in the world. :)

When I was going to get my passport they needed my drivers license or permit and when I told the man that I didn’t had one he started getting angry and gritty like never get your passport there.
