I had Aubrey Connors as my dental hygienist. She was very kind, personable and gentle! She makes you feel very comfortable and does a very thorough job. My teeth felt nice and clean when I left! The whole office is very welcoming and nice! Even when the dentist Dr. Laura Picano came in she made me feel at ease and was so nice to me! This is a great dental office to go to!

From the second you walk in to the second you leave, the entire staff makes everything quick and easy catering to you, the patient. You can really tell how much everyone cares about you. From the top to the bottom, every staff member is willing to do anything to make you feel comfortable and okay given the circumstances. Any question or concerns you have, they will give their honest unbiased opinion to suit what’s best for you and your case. I couldn't recommend East Amherst Dental Center enough for an open, friendly, and stress free environment revolving around you!

I’ve been going to dentists for many many years. The level of care that I have received here has been unequal to anything I’ve ever experienced. The technical expertise, the clinical help the professionalism. The kindness and compassion are just things that aren’t seen anywhere nowadays let alone in the healthcare industry. Everyone here went out of their way to make sure my experience was a positive one. Chloe, the hygienist, was particularly kind and compassionate and very helpful at explaining every step of the process to me. Good help is hard to find, but they seem to have it here in spades. good people tend to gravitate toward good places and this is a great place staffed by nothing but the best. I wont even consider going anywhere else ever again.

Dr. Fagin and team represent best practices. Subsequent to a procedure, Dr. Fagin called that evening, simply to ascertain that all was well. That initiative speaks volume for his practice, and his humanity. The entire team expresses that level of care - not transactional, but continuity of engagement. These behaviors reinforce the concept that “Talent wins games, but teams win championships.”

I have been going to East Amherst Dental since they started their Practice. I first saw Dr Rice and Dr Wendling. I then started with Dr. Picano. Every one of these Dentists are the very best. My Hygienist, Emily, is a wonderful person and very personable and professional. The girls in the front office are kind and caring and Lori always takes extra time to chat with me. I would highly recommend EA Dental to everyone.
