Get
rid
of
the
self
checkout
lanes
and
hire
more
cashiers!
It
doesn't
take
a
genius
to
see
that
many
of
the
customers
who
go
to
this
BJ's
are
older
folk
who
have
lived
in
the
neighborhood
for
many
years.
Not
everyone
is
capable
of
self
checking
out
or
using
the
app.
On
top
of
that,
even
as
an
IT
professional,
most
times
I
use
self
checkout
at
this
BJ's
there's
a
problem
and
then
I
have
to
wait
for
assistance
from
employees
who
don't
even
want
to
do
their
jobs.
They
blame
the
errors
on
customers
as
if
their
self
checkout
system
isn't
garbage.
Also,
who
puts
self
checkout
in
the
middle
of
the
checkout
lanes?
This
creates
mass
delays
and
confusion
for
customers,
not
really
knowing
if
you're
on
line
waiting
for
a
cashier
or
self
checkout.
