I
must
begin
by
saying
I’ve
visited
A
LOT
of
guitar
stores
all
over
North
America.
The
experience
I
had
at
Rudy’s
was
nothing
short
of
great.
The
store
is
run
in
such
a
kind,
caring
and
helpful
manner.
Everyone
was
low
key
and
very
polite,
but
also
extremely
knowledgeable
and
attentive.
It
was
an
amazing,
unexpected
surprise
to
get
to
see
Rudy
himself
and
hear
a
ton
of
his
and
the
store’s
history—
the
rarest
of
the
rare
instruments
he
has
now,
has
sold,
and
the
incredible
range
of
extraordinary
musicians
who
he
has
crossed
paths
with
over
many
decades.
He
could
not
have
been
more
kind
and
generous,
and
this
way
of
conducting
his
business
has
clearly
been
ingrained
into
the
way
his
business
operates
as
a
whole.
The
environment
in
the
store
is
inspiring
with
such
a
wonderfully
curated
collection
of
instruments—
both
old,
rare
and
expensive,
as
well
as
new,
top
notch
and
affordable.
Customer
service
was
so
attentive,
patient
and
very
low
pressure.
I
purchased
a
Les
Paul
Special
today
and
Rudy
was
very
generous
in
offering
me
a
really
great
price.
Stephanie,
Rudy’s
daughter
and
wonderful
person
who
was
helping
me
try
instruments,
was
listening
to
me
play
and
noticed
the
guitar
wasn’t
staying
in
tune
quite
as
well
as
it
could.
She
so
kindly
offered
to
have
their
great
tech,
Zack,
make
a
quick
adjustment
which
made
a
huge
difference.
That’s
GREAT
customer
service
right
there,
folks.
I
am
so
glad
this
really
fantastic,
spacious
store
is
so
close
to
the
NY
metro
area.
I
am
very
much
looking
forward
to
returning.
Can’t
say
enough
good
things!
