Smaller and pretty busy post office location. When I need to use the post office I usually use the self service kiosk. You can do almost anything you need on that machine. It is pretty easy to use and quick. It is a great alternative to waiting on line. This location usually has a pretty long line so the self service machine is your best bet at getting in and out quickly. If you need last minute packing materials, greeting cards or gift cards this location has some for sale which is convenient. When I have had to speak with someone here in the past the staff has been helpful and were able to answer any questions I had with ease. Staff is wearing masks and following covid protocols.

Customer Service is poor at best. I inquried about a first class package they had abd it was not showing in transit. The female clerk refused to look up the tracking number or even look to see if they had the package. Put in a lost item claim online and now it shows they just sent it out in transit after holding my item for a week! Also the female clerk always makes comments on my pre-paid packages So i just drop them in the bin to avoid making any contact with her. I noticed this female clerk is rude to seniors when the need help. This clerk needs to be let go or moved away from person to person contact.

I was up that way for a doctor's appointment and knew I wouldn't make it back home in time (2hr drive) for my postal office, super quick and efficient! Quickest post office I've been in in a while

Super nice staff. Helpful. I feel comfortable shipping my packages with this branch. Stay away from the Sheridan Road location unless you want to be treated poorly and your packages lost. Hamburg location may be busy at times but the staff and service is best in the area.

The clerks at this location are very good, but I’ve had nothing but issues with the carriers and management, mostly regarding my carrier’s refusal to do their job and deliver mail and packages. I receive alerts indicating that attempt was made to deliver my parcels before he is even on the property. Spoke with the manager, he said he won’t address the issue with the carrier, then just walked away.

The lady who helped me today was fantastic! She went out of her way to be helpful and she was extremely personable.

The USPS is useless and so is the 1-800 number to which no human is available to help! My pets medication has been sitting in there facility since 12/29 and i cannot get a hold of a person that will help me locate the package so i can get my dog his medication that he has been without because of the horrible mail service! Two different websites tell me different things, one of which said it would be delivered yesterday by 9, but it wasn't. Another says it’s pending acceptance. I can see why they are slowly going out of business!

for multiple months straight all i would receive in my mailbox were spam/trash that weren't addressed to my name. when i stopped going out everyday and throwing away the spam mail they claimed my address was vacant and stopped delivering to me entirely. now anything i order gets sent back return to sender, all because i was sick and tired of the spam advertisements the post office was delivering to me everyday.

This post office is amazing and the staff here especially the post master and front tellers are what the USPS should strive for as an industry standard. Some times the lines are a bit long but they go quickly and the tellers treat you like a human being not like they are better than you, and always go the extra mile to help. I live in buffalo but drive all the way to this post office if I need something important mailed or have a post question. Keep up the good work you put faith back into the USPS.

Sent out christmas cookies,were suppose to get there last Monday and still haven't arrived. Their going to be stale by the time they get there. All it says is it's going to be later then expected but no delivery date. Never use post office again
