I don't think there's a word in the English language that can express how perfect our wedding day was. Let me start from the very beginning: After many days of visiting venues, and sorting through reviews, we found our favorite, Hiland Park. Dan who runs the wedding services met us, showed us around, and introduced us to the Hiland Park brand and it was everything we wanted and more. As soon as you drove your car onto the grounds, you knew it was a top-notch place. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The renovations (aka the entire place) were modern with an elegant flair, yet little touches of history were scattered throughout the property, especially in the bar and cocktail hour area. We wanted a wedding with great food (not mediocre by any means) and Hiland blew us away with the selection. We picked a plethora of foods for the cocktail hour and curated our dinner menu with ease. Hiland Park ensured our guests would be well *hydrated* by only offering a top-shelf bar (liquor, wine, and beer) for the entire reception and cocktail hour. You aren't suffering from lower-tiered alcohol packages, there is one and only one. Easy choice! Our attendees (and my wife and I) are still raving about the food. The staff, as they deserve their own paragraph. Holy Toledo, we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Every detail of the day was spot on and their attentiveness to ensure it was perfect and never faltered. Everyone had a smile on their face. Dan really takes care of his employees, and they really take care of the business. We haven't seen this type of service in all of our life. They were a major reason our day was so successful. The kitchen staff and chefs blew our already high expectations out of the water with some of the best food that ever grazed our palates. The bartenders were speedy, and aces at what they did. The servers and bride/groom attendants were some of the kindest people in the world, and they took their jobs very seriously. With a wedding of 180 guests, they served everyone a piping hot dinner in 10 minutes...unheard of. Our photos came out perfectly. The scenery was stunning! We wanted an indoor/outdoor vibe, and Hiland had this wonderful patio with heaters, a fire pit, a gazebo, etc. so our guests could choose to be indoors or out. At the base of the Adirondack mountains, the views were a perfect backdrop to our pictures. If you're still deciding on a venue, look no further. We wish we could relive this day over and over again. Dear Hiland, thank you for making our wedding day the best ever. We won't ever forget it!!

Having our wedding (ceremony & reception) at Hiland Park was a dream come true! In fact, Hiland Park was the only wedding venue we looked at and instantly fell in love as soon as we walked in for our tour. We knew it was the one! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and it was everything we could have hoped for. The food for both cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic, in fact our guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner because of how much food there was! Everyone raved about the quality of the food and the experience they had at our wedding. The staff was incredible and so attentive to our needs! You can tell that they love what they do and we appreciate all of their help and special attention given to us on our special day! Dan was phenomenal to work with! He is professional, communicative, and just an all around good guy. We had a wonderful experience having Dan as our coordinator and can’t thank him enough for all of his help and expertise! We wish we could relive this day over and over! My husband and I will continue to recommend Hiland Park to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

We had our wedding at Hiland Park in Sept 2021. When we first started looking at venues, there was none that even came close to Hiland Park. We fell in love! They truly provide everything and the food and service was amazing, especially for the price! Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous the venue was, inside and outside, and also about the food! The amount and quality of the food was insane! We worked with Dan for about a year leading up to the wedding and he was great and super helpful and responsive. Dan is the one who helps plan the weddings and also acts as your day-of coordinator. He is experienced and it shows. The only negative we had was the lack of communication in the week or so leading up to our wedding. We showed up to our final meeting to pay our final balance and go over last details to find we were locked out of the building and no one was around. We had to search for an open door to get inside and learn that Dan was out sick that day. A phone call or email would have been appreciated. We met with someone who was very nice and accommodating, but after working with Dan for a year on our wedding plans, this person was definitely not up to speed on things and unable to answer our questions. I emailed Dan after this meeting and received no response which was unlike him. We ended up calling the venue to see what was going on, I believe 3 days before the wedding, only to be told that Dan is still out sick and wouldn't be there for our wedding day. Again, totally understandable, but there was zero communication regarding this. The last few days seemed disorganized but I do have to say, they pulled it off on our wedding day! Everything went off without a hitch and our day was absolutely perfect. You can tell they have been in the wedding business for a long time and anticipate every need and know how to handle any wedding-day issue you may have! I highly recommend Hiland Park and rave about this venue to anyone who will listen.

This venue is one of a kind and something special. We got married on 1/22/22, a beautiful winter wedding with snow on the ground. The Hiland is completely renovated for the 2022 season. Too much to describe, you need to see it for yourself, the place is gorgeous! The mountains in the background of the golf course are a great site as well. The flow of the wedding was top notch too. You walk in for the ceremony to the right of the venue: a beautiful semi-circular room with floor to ceiling windows! Exit for cocktail hour in the middle of the venue: fireplaces, exposed brick, multiple step downs to create a lovely warm space. Heard towards the ballroom on the left of the venue: huge wide open space with gigantic windows in the back overlooking the golf course and the mountains. The food is INCREDIBLE. You could eat your fill just at cocktail hour. But hopefully you don't because the main dinner was absolutely amazing. Steak and chicken! Yes, both. Daniel, the wedding coordinator, is amazing. I was very impressed by him. Before the big day, he is very laid back and reassuring that all your needs are met, he does everything. On the wedding day, he was a different person. Daniel was on top of things before you even knew it. If you can't decide between venues, choose the Hiland because of Daniel. You like two places and they're similar financially, pick Daniel. You won't regret it. He made the day of a breeze, literally didn't worry about a thing. The Hiland does everything for you. The only other vendors you need are flowers, music, photo, cake. That's it. It was honestly the best bang for your buck too. We looked at over 50 venues. We liked a bunch and loved only a few, one of them being the Hiland. The others we loved were so expensive that the venue took the entire budget! We had the best time there. The groom and bridal suites are super nice too. There isn't a negative thing I can say about this place. Great views: check Beautiful venue: check Awesome food: check Day coordinator: check

I LOVED having my wedding at the Hiland this past weekend. It was beautiful and all our guests raved about the food. Dan was always available to meet with us to go over all our questions and details we wanted to add. The Hiland was like our second home during the whole process and it was so easy working with Dan I was able to focus on other wedding details. 10000/10 recommend.

A huge THANK YOU to Dan and his whole team at HPCC for making our children's wedding day absolutely perfect. The food and drink was everything and more than even expected. We caught a rainy day and missed a ceremony in the grotto, but quite frankly once the day got started bright and early in the bridal and groomsmen suites we hardly took notice. His suggestions for menu selection (the seared ahi and seafood station was amazing) music, local lodging, florist, etc was spot on. You will be most satisfied in choosing HPCC for your special day! Our wedding at the Hiland Park Country Club was a dream. Dan and his team were amazing to work with and did such a great job! Everything was set up perfectly and ran so smoothly! Dan was so responsive and worked with all of our requests. All our food was amazing and our guests already can't stop talking about how perfect everything was! Not to mention how gorgeous the grounds are and how beautiful all of the renovations and updates they've made inside the building are! From the moment we booked in 2020 until our wedding in 2022 it was just such a great experience and we would highly recommend using Hiland Park as your wedding venue!

I can NOT. Let me repeat myself CAN NOT say enough good things about the Hiland! We originally signed our contract back in 2018! But due to COVID we ended up moving our date 3 times. Through all the madness the Hiland help med us and worked with us to find a new date every time. They were always quick to get back to me and answer my hundreds of questions. Due to pushing back we ended up with a totally new venue due to recent remodels. And all I can say is that it was worth the wait. They did a wonderful job making the Hiland fresh, light/bright and modern. The food was to die for! If your wedding guest like to eat you can’t go wrong with the Hiland! We had so many guest ask if cocktail hour was the reception due to the amount and variety of food that was served! Everything was fantastic some of the best food we have ever had. Everyone working was attentive and so kind to all our guest and bridal party needs big or small. The manager, Daniel, is quick to read a room and make a decision into what needs to happen to ensure the flow is uninterrupted. We had practically all guest show up early and he made the choice to start about a half hour early to avoid issues with guest experience! He was our guide through most of the night! From the moment the bridal party walked in the day of the wedding the Hiland crew had already help so much. After having a wedding the night before the staff were able to put it almost all our decor so that we didn’t have to worry about anything the morning of. The moral of the story is if you are looking for an easy, stress free day, which I know most people are. Go. With. The. Hiland! I can’t not tell you how happy we are with our choice. All our guest said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was money VERY well spent.

We recently attended a wedding and after being there less than 15 minutes my 80 year old husband fell down a step in the bar area that was not marked or had hand rails it was to the right by the door no marking and the floor covering did not indicate any changes in elevation. He fell and broke his hip. He was taken by ambulance to Glens Falls Hospital. I forgot to mention we live in Florida. The only connect with management from the staff at the Haviland was an unidentified man asking my husband’s name. He didn’t ask how he was he was laying on the floor not able to move he just ask for the name and left. We have not heard from them at all. That is just wrong. Shame on you for that type of behavior. He had to have a total hip replacement 100’s of miles away from home. It would take five minutes to give us a quick call. Management should be held accountable for safety problems within their establishment and look into training in compliance courtesy 101. If you are planning a party I would think twice about putting putting your guest in danger.
