Kudos to Trek Bicycle Geneva! Another great experience at a superb bike shop deserves a great review. It starts with them contacting me about a free $100 tune-up within a year of purchase (and they didn’t sweat the purchase date). I brought it in today, Saturday, right after they opened to beat the rush. Mark got right to it and finished in about an hour. These guys always respect my drive time & do their best to finish while I’m there. Suzanne offered some nice conversation to pass the time, I even found some great items on sale. I ended up with a new chain & rear brake pads after 1,660 miles. Sure, the parts cost a little more than on-line, but who offers customer service like this on-line? Absolutely nobody. Every visit is a great customer experience and I almost always learn something new. Trek Bicycle Geneva is a corporate store and offers amazing customer service and the kind of knowledge & support that you don’t always get at franchise stores. Like Jeromy replacing my $75 pump which had a problem without questioning the warrantee. I’ve said it plenty of times, support the brick & mortar shops, you won’t ever get this kind of experience when you buy on-line.

I was a customer here before it was run by Trek. It was a great bike store then, and seems to still be a great bike store! I take the bikes I bought there over the years to be serviced and this year they were again fantastic and they also were super-efficient. The employees know their stuff, and were able to assess what was needed, and finished the work ahead of time. They also have a new computer system that sends out updates with the status of your work, which is super-convenient. While at the store, I saw staff working with lots of potential cyclists of different ages and abilities to try to figure out what the best bikes for them would be. Everyone looked happy (staff and customers alike). The whole shop just has a great vibe. Unlike some of the bike shops that are closer to me, in Syracuse, this shop doesn't try to sell you what you don't need, and listens to you about what you think might be wrong with a bike or what you are going to be doing in terms of types of rides or races, and tries to make sure you are getting what you need, not just what they have a lot of and want to sell or their supplier is pushing. Overall I would highly recommend this bike store and the awesome people who work there.

The employees were amazing. They helped me pick out the best ebike for me. They even helped me rearrange my car and load the ebike into it so that I could bring it home with me. It was a great experience.

Visited again for a tune-up as well as a purchase of several parts and a new helmet. Customer service is amazing! Each person I worked with was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist me. Even so far as helping me put my bike on my car rack and staying past closing time to help me. Highly recommend stopping in here for any purchases or service that you might need.

Staff is incredible. Worked with three staff members on getting my bike tuned up, general questions about what kind of bike I need, and what helmet I need. All were super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Exactly the ideal for a small city bike shop.

I’ve had my bike for over 2 years and was having braking and shifting issues. Nick and Suzanne at the Trek Geneva store checked it out and found that the problems were warranty issues (load off my mind!). Unfortunately the parts had to come from California. I thought I wouldn’t be riding for awhile. Within a week my bike was up and running flawlessly! Communication was awesome and the staff was great. Thank you Suzanne, Nick and Mark!

Brought in my daughters bike for repair and they had it ready to go by the next day. I bought a Trek Roscoe the day I picked up my daughters bike and then spent the weekend reviewing the website and decided I wanted the Trek 1120 instead. Called them up, they searched around, had the bike in the shop and built by the next weekend. Great bike, exactly what I truely wanted for my riding style. Thanks for being patient and understanding to make the switch! The staff is beyond the best, super friendly and helpful! They are just as excited as you are when you leave every time!

Loved this store before it was a trek dealership. Good news for me I LOVE Trek - so could not be happier with the change. They have all the knowledge, the goods and know the brand through and through. David bleeds trek blood having worked in Wisconsin, so always great to get his inside view on the latest innovations, etc. Suzanne and David make me feel like family and are always there to help. Nothing but good things to say!
