The only reason why I’m giving this location a 1 star is because 1) the iyawo that works there is rude. She has no business interacting with anyone with that attitude. She was rude to my godbrother. And he is the sweetest person alive. So for him to come back with that kind of rapport is shocking. 2) Lily was nice to him. But the fact that the muñeca that was sold to him was broken and knowingly sold for $200 plus dollars is wild to me. He sold the doll - Unmanifested- but this isn’t an honest business practice at all. Check the girl in the front. Iyawo or not. Honesty is the best policy. Do better.

Walking into this store feels like a kid walking into a candy shop — you don’t know where to look first! They have all your needs: candles, incense, figurines/statues, supplies for the saints, miscellaneous supplies for many different paths, and yes — fresh herbs & crystals! And it is a large space so very comfortable to walk around in without having to sidle past other customers. It’s under new management now and this has brought even more wonderful updates to their inventory including crystals, tarot decks & spiritual soaps! Will I go back again and again? Absolutely yes!

Huge store, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness! Usually botanicas are small and there's always dust & webs in the corners, but it smelled amazing and CLEAN, the second I walked in. It's bright & organized, the prices are excellent & the person at the counter was kind, helpful & extremely courteous. I'm surrounded by botanicas, literally one a block away & I can say truly, this store is worth the drive. Officially my new one stop shop.

I want to thank Danny for his amazing knowledge and detail to what I needed. The time that was taken to ensure that I gathered everything I needed was above and beyond everything I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never been in a one-shop botanica with this much quality Merchandise in one place. If Danny doesn’t have it in stock- he can definitely get it for you. I drove 5 hours to get to this store and it was worth it. Thank you.

El Cacique is a spiritual store with good customer service and very friendly and good prices and if you can't find anything at the store they will find it for you and if you can't make it to the store they will mail it out to your house.

The knowledge and friendliness of the owner and employees is wonderful! Wide selection of items, healing stones, figures, candles, and much more. Well organized and clean shop as well!

Danny was very nice & helpful with the translation of Spanish to English of some things I was looking for. The store has a vast selection of many supplies for spiritual needs. When I asked for things he didn't have he offered to order them for me. I was VERY pleased with my experience & will shop with him moving forward. Prices are EXCELLENT! His prices are the most reasonable I have ever seen. I got A LOT of bang for my buck, so I can shop more often. Fresh herbs are hard to find & he has TONS! I give thanks for finding Danny & his store!

Very Friendly! Always Great Customer service! They have items you won't find anywhere else straight from Africa! Love the energy! And if you need something you can't find, they will order it! I definitely recommend it!
