I was out and about with my child when she told me her head itched. I check her head and I saw the dreaded nits! I panicked and called Fairy Lice Mothers hoping they were open since it was Sunday! Praise the Heavens, they were, and took us right in! The staff was friendly and thorough and deloused my child in a timely manner and instructed me on homecare. Thank you Fairy Lice Mothers!

Tonight I called fairy lice mothers at the Deer Park location around closing time. I spoke to Carol. She was extremely helpful. She took the time to talk me through checking my children. Gave me advice. I look forward to the zoom call to help guide me through making sure I keep my kids lice free. Thank you Carol.

Christine and her staff were so professional and accommodating!! They made our first experience with lice not as scary and intimidating as we first thought it was going to be. My daughter came home with lice. I treated her at home, yet felt like I didn't go a good job and wasn't sure the lice were gone. I went to Fairy LiceMothers in Deer Park. Great experience! I so appreciated how quickly they called me back (during non-business hours) and how soon they were able to see my daughter. They were extremely professional, calm and caring during our visit and in explaining all we needed to know to be fully rid of lice. I highly recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier. I called on. Sunday afternoon, they were supposed to be closing shortly but wait for us to get there. I traveled 40 mins to get there and I can say I would travel even further. We had treated my daughter at home twice and were still having problems. They staff is amazing. They are so nice and so knowledgeable. The fact that they send you home with specific instructions and that your treatment includes 2 follow up visits. It may be slightly costly, but beyond worth it. And to top it all off they give you a receipt that has procedure codes and all so you can submit it to your health insurance for FSA/HSA for reimbursement. There are no words to express the gratitude for Fairy Lice Mother’s.

They get everything out, great service it’s worth the money

The ladies at Fairy LiceMothers were amazing! My daughter got sent home by the school nurse for having lice and having never been in this situation, naturally I freaked out and starting throwing away pillows, stuffed animals, blankets, you name it. I did two at home treatments to my daughter and then a few days later realized that my hair looked the way hers did when she got home. I didn't think I would be able to do a treatment to myself so we went to see the Fairies. After checking me and my daughter, we were informed that neither of us had lice and from the pictures I showed her, we never had it in the first place. They then took the time to educate us about lice, the life cycle and stages, prevention and early detection tips, and showed us actual specimens in each phase of the life cycle so we knew what to watch out for in the future. After such an emotional scare I was ready to buy every product they had for sale but instead of just taking my money, they explained what each product was for and point out which ones we wouldn't need to buy. I am so impressed by how CLEAN the office was (not even close to what I had imagined), how kind, respectful, and genuine the staff was. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is "diagnosed" as having lice come to see the Fairy LiceMothers before doing anything unnecessarily drastic like I did! You will NOT be disappointed!

I could never have taken care of this myself. Even if I tried, I would not have the peace of mind I had after leaving The Fairy Lice Mothers! They were not only incredibly thorough in their checks and assessments, but they were friendly and highly informative. I didn’t expect our visit there to be such a learning experience, but they uncovered many truths and disbanded many myths about lice. I would certainly recommend them to anyone with lice or even wondering if they have it. My 5 year old was kept calm and comfortable throughout the check and combing out of the lice. She also loved the braid they put in her hair at the end! I’m also appreciative of the advice they give for moving forward after leaving the facility on how to maintain the hair and take preventative measures to prevent lice moving forward. They also include two follow up checks, which put us even more at ease! Thank you for your service Fairy Lice Mothers; every star is well deserved! :)

We had a very positive experience with Fairy LiceMothers. I noticed my daughter had lice after midnight and called at 6 am. They not only answered the phone but offered to come in alittle early to accommodate our schedule. They were quick and very reassuring. They took an uncomfortable situation and made us feel much better with great service and very friendly staff.i can now say we are happily lice free. I would highly recommend them

Very informative and thorough experience. They took us right away and had two different people check us to make sure they didn’t miss anything. Hope to never have to go back, but if we get lice again, we will be back.
