Love this place! Perfectly retro cocktails in an art deco atmosphere. The attention to detail that they took in restoring this Woolworth space is really impressive. Definitely check this place out -- come in the evening for the vintage vibe and well-crafted cocktails, and then come back the next morning for the perfect hangover coffee!

I really love this place and it's right off the park place subway stop. It's a great place to sit and have a coffee during the day and then eventually have drinks at night. They also have live music some nights so be sure you check their website. The staff here is really nice and friendly. It's definitely a breath of fresh air. They don't serve food but they're more than happy if you order Uber eats or something for yourself.

Have only been here in the morning but they serve good coffee in a beautiful environment at the base of the woolworth building. Plenty of seating, outlets and wifi as well.

Coffee with good aroma and taste, well-mixed cocktails, and beers with different tastes... It was a very interesting place with happy hour (3:00 pm to 6:00 pm).

Love the space so much, and my barista was the best. And the coffee was delicious as well. Coffee and cocktail lovers this is a place to go to. I’m yet to see what it is like at night but my experience with the day was great

Went next door to pick up my order in Just Salad and noticed “Coffee & Cocktail” in the glass window and it’s right in the Woolworth Building. Sold. Felt like you went back in time and speakeasy feel, I ordered dirty chai right off my head for some reason, friendly barista and took my temperature after I said I wanted to sit down for a bit. It was such a nice coffee break, coming back here for many foreseeable days as long as it’s not closed.

Never seen a place turn from a cocktail bar at night to a coffee shop during the day. Cool spot with some nice tea and coffee. The banana bread was dry but don’t think they make it there anyway. It is a cool shop and wasn’t too busy when we came. Will go back.

This is a cute speakeasy! Come, choose your table, scan the QR code, order at the bar! Sit and enjoy! Music is perfect volume where you hear it, but still can easily talk and hear others! Lovely place and beautiful atmosphere.

The hopelessly inquisitive is my favorite drink and the opera nights are absolutely amazing. Great management and an even more amazing team!

Love this place! It's like walking into a piece of history. Coffee is very good. I've never had drinks there but when I walk by at happy hour it always seems to be full of young people having an excellent time. Whether you're a local in search of a coffee spot that's a little off the beaten path or a tourist in our neighborhood to see Ground Zero, City Hall, South Street Seaport, the Woolworth Building, etc. (btw this place is practically IN the Woolworth Building), I highly recommend Five & Dime.

Quiet place to have a drink and enjoy a conversation. Not much in terms of scotch, and they have no beer at all, but they can shake up some nice cocktails.

There is an ambiance of the 1920’s architecture with a modern twist added to it, and I always enjoy the atmosphere of this place. The staff is super friendly and attentive The mocha latte is my guilty pleasure

This place is pretty unique as far as coffee shops go. The coffee is of course- amazing, but the atmosphere is what makes it special. It’s a classy 1920’s vibe with bright red coffee cups and shiny chrome and marble finishes. The bar is also pretty great, good selection of drinks. Fred makes the best latte I’ve ever had. Beware it’s card only. They won’t take cash.

Super cute and cozy atmosphere, large vaulted arched cielings which give it a gorgeous feeling and view. Girls at the front were very nice, they are asking for vaccination proof for indoor coffee and pastry eating but are patient while you look up info/picture. Delicious pastry - everything croissant was amazing and everything I'd ever wanted. Must try!

We wanted to surprise our friend for her birthday here, and Jeff went over and beyond to help us make it happen. He reserved a table for us and checked in with us throughout the night. He even asked the opera singer to sing to our friend. The drinks were so delicious (and strong!) highly recommend this place. The interior gives a fabulous Art Deco feeling.

Had an amazing holiday party, hosted by warm, charming, attentive host Eevahn! The bartenders are awesome, drinks are excellent and the people are great! This bar is situated in a unique - historical building, which adds to the charm of this place!

I spent a very good time here with my wife ans my daughter. It's a relaxing, cozy and friendly bar. How amazing it is to see friends speaking quietly, with peace of mind and a certain "elegance". A peaceful spot from the tumult of the world which is nevertheless not so far away.

They switched my card with someone and when I came back the next day to help fix the mistake, the guys working were rude. I sat at the bar waiting for my credit card to be returned and it became clear they lost my credit card. What an awful experience. I would avoid this place, there is plenty of great ones in the area that know how to treat customers nicely.

Really great drinks and very fair prices. A really pleasant spot to grab a drink and talk to folks from many walks of life. Overall a good experience and have plans to go back next weekend!

It’s got a great atmosphere, but the prices have gone up and quality goes down. Iced coffees used to be nitro but are now just regular cold brew for $6 each which is super high even for the area. Cute but super overpriced

The staff was extremely nice and always smiling. The drinks were excellent. I had the coffee and also the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The appetizers are extremely tasty too. I'll definitely go back.

I really like this bar because it's super spacious and not packed!! Plenty of seating, a lot of space for standing, and chill vibes. Great for large groups and also for dates. I enjoyed the vibe of the place, it was comfy and cozy. Sitting at the bar provides a great experience. A great place to reconnect with old friends or make new friends.

Drink was great but a bit too sweet for my taste. Would come back to try other options. They had pleasant live music as well. The pizza was delicious.

Stumbled upon here after walking over the Brooklyn Bridge! It is a cozy coffee/cocktail bar. There is a cute seating area by the window, perfect for a date night! The staff were also friendly.

What an amazing place! Good coffee! Craft drinks! Attentive service! Come early if you want to snag their delicious pastries! There is even live opera on Wednesday evenings! And all in the historic Woolworth building! As the world re-opens post-Covid, it is great to know that there are places that remind us of the pleasures of being out, about, and in communion with others.

I have been coming to Five & Dime since they first opened. This is one of the best kept secrets downtown. They host live music and fun events, serve GREAT coffee, and have a bar of some of the best crafted cocktails around. The service is great and it is super convenient.

Still processing it out... Thank you, Eevahn, for this wonderful night, a memorable event, and a great experiment. Now the cultural and concert map of New York has been replenished with another modern and conceptually well-equipped venue. Five & Dime Coffee & Cocktails bar is located in one of the most historic places in New York, The Woolworth Tower. The COCKTAIL «DJ & DIVA» party that took place this Saturday was an unforgettable meeting. Eevahn & Ksenia took care of the exquisite author’s design of the decor elements of the bar. A separate compliment for the design of interior details and table lamps. For me, there was a feeling of the atmosphere of the salons of Paris and New York in the 1950s, the atmosphere was complemented by the background screening of the movie “Some Like It Hot”. It was truly a «great discovery»: in honor of the start of the parties in a new format, on the stage of Five & Dime performed for friends & family, it is DJ set and opera music into the oldest skyscraper in the world. Warm atmosphere and friendly relations between guests in the private atmosphere of the bar, and none of the guests were deprived of attention from the owner's party Eevahn & Ksenia. The guests were also accompanied by a photo session from a professional photographer throughout the evening. The first highlight of the program was the opening music set from DJ Guevara. His magnificent musical gift immersed all the guests in the atmosphere of the celebrity party. However, the main attention of the audience was focused on the performance of Adriana, the owner of a unique voice opera singer, who performed in a duet with DJ Guevara for the first time. Most of the bloggers and secular critics of New York were among the guests of the evening. Judging by the opening's bright, loud, and famous guests, COCKTAIL “DJ & DIVA” in Five & Dime Coffee & Cocktails, a wonderful and loud future awaits! And his guests — a lot of beautiful music and parties!
