The only way this place survives is based on flights being cancelled from LGA and is the only option as all other places are booked. I read reviews of dirty sheets and stinky rooms. Although my sheets were clean and my room did not smell - I felt dirty in this room. The chairs in the room were filthy with stains, the carpet in the room looked like it was just laid over top of the carpet underneath. The sheets did not fit the bed, the hairdryer in the washroom was fallen off the wall. The TV did not work, I called the front desk and the guy said the technician was working on it - decided to try the TV upon checkout the next morning and it still was not working so my guess is they don't even have basic cable. The guy at the front upon checkout was completely rude did not say hi, good morning or thank you. Just handed me my receipt and walked to the back. The last thing you want to deal with when your flight gets cancelled is to stay in a hotel like this. I was so hungry I ordered in food and actually lost my appetite when the food came as I felt dirty eating in this place. The showers did not even have body soap to take a shower.....they had hand soap....REALLY!!!!

Horrible experience! Condoms in my trash can, the air conditioner doesn't cool off the room at all. The sink was clogged & the headboard fell off the bed when I sat on it. All that for the great price of $220. This was the worse experience I've ever had.

There was mold on the shower curtains. The floors were sticky and dirty. Roaches were on the walls and gnats were everywhere. The tub and sinks were dirty. We waited over an hour for the rooms to be cleaned before we could go in. The rooms were cold and they had no blankets. The American Red Cross paid for these rooms. Government money and this is how they do people in great times of need and despair. Same on you.

Disgusting rooms. Clearly a scam where rooms are upcharged for people stranded due to cancelled flights. I have never felt more unclean or unsafe. The hallways was littered with garbage. Additionally, there were naked screaming children running around unsupervised. Would stay far away.

Disgusting. Trust the bad reviews - the good ones are lies. A few lowlights: filthy (obviously not cleaned between guests), smelly (garbage and cigarette smoke), bugs every, stains and puddles, broken air conditioner, dirty exposed mattress, trash in the halls. Sleep on the airport floor instead. It would be cleaner, safer, and more comfortable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This โ€œhotelโ€ shouldnโ€™t even be legally in business. Between the lack of cleaning and lack of safety this is easily one of the the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever encounter. If you want to stay somewhere that reminds you of a a hotel horror story. This is the spot but if you want a habitable, clean and safety placeโ€ฆ avoid at all costs. Listen to the majority of the bad reviewers. They are all correct. The good ones have to be fake I can promise that.

This place needs to be shut down. Staying here was like living a scene from a horror movie, complete with bad smells, burn holes in the bedding, filthy floors, and a room that is falling apart. Bed bugs were literally crawling up the walls and on the sheets while I was awake, forcing me to move my stuff to the bathroom to sleep in the bath tub. Don't bother with the airport shuttle too. Despite what Google tells you, they don't have one. No matter how desperately you need a room for the night, do NOT stay here.

HEY PLEASE READ THIS FROM SOMEONE THATS NOT PICKY AT ALL. if you just want to survive for a night and you are not expecting anything but to get over the night you can stay here. IF YOU STILL CARE ABOUT HAVING A GOOD EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY. all what's been told in previous reviews is 100% true. IT WAS MY ONLY CHOICE SO IT WAS EITHER STAYING THERE OR STAYING IN THE CAR.

It it wasnโ€™t for every hotel being sold out or highly priced I wouldnโ€™t be here, yet here we are Hair everywhere, ac leaks, toilet wasnโ€™t cleaned, no face clothes to bath. Definitely not worth the 200

The room smelled like dog and must, the wall paper and carpet were half coming up and off,the beds were hard as rocks and no comforters, just a sheet. When i took a shower there was no hot water and the fixtures were half broken. I dont recommend this hotel at all and for $266 it was the biggest ripoff ever!

Wonderful, friendly staff. Has a quirky, NY charm. Rooms are small but very cozy and the neighborhood isn't bad, plenty of food options. I enjoyed my stay and it was a short shuttle ride to LGA.

Extremely nice employees. Very charming hotel. A one of a kind in these franchise times. Reasonably priced, 6 dollar cab drive from la Guardia. You might hear the neighborhood coughing or an ambulanse, but man this is New York City for 170 dollars pr night! Breakfast was also top notch!

Thos was by far the WORST HOTEL I have EVER stayed at. Room was a HOT 85 degrees all night. Room smelled like it has never been cleaned. Television did nor work and no towels for shower!!! I only stayed there because I already paid 200 dollars on a hotel app. I would avoid this place like THE PLAGUE RUN RUN RUN!!!!!!! SHOULD BE NEGATIVE 1000 STARS

Hi, please don't stay here. This hotel is indeed operating a scam. We tried to stay but the hotel was not cleaned--there were blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases, cigarette burns on the bed, roaches, bed bugs, and the rooms are not cleaned. There was urine on the bathroom seats and the hotel tried to charge me twice. Though the hotel offered a different room, there were multiple people at the front desk complaining about roaches. They will refuse any sort of customer service. Please, DON'T stay here. You will lose money and feel absolutely disgusted. This hotel should be condemned by the department of health.

I am so sorry. I usually do not post bad reviews but my goodness. Do not stay here. There's roaches. The beds are wore out. The sheets are dirty. They do not clean the rooms. As soon as we walked in there was a piece of bacon on the side of the bed. The rolling chair has wet stains the small couch is better not to sit on it. It smells. We paid 130 for one night for that. We learned our lesson. Pictures are deceiving.

After looking at the pictures and staying at the hotel, I now know what it feels like to be catfished. The hallways smell like cigarettes. The room smells like cigarettes and dead bodies. Paint falling off the walls. Yellow stains on towels. Dust all over the tables and carpet. The absolute worst smelling a/c I've experienced. Also, you'll have little roommates crawling around your bed and sink. $157 a night, I honestly would pay 3x that amount to not stay there again.

This hotel I stay in was very bad I have been itching all day in the beds and when I go in the elevators they make the loudest creaking noise ever and the doors. Everything is so musty crusty. Iโ€™m in a crackhead room and the smell is so disgusting golden Ramsey should be closing this hotel down.

Our stay was horrible. Read the rest of the reviews and a rude concierge. Sleep in your car instead. Didn't even want to give them the 1 star

Never visit this dump. The only thing close to good about this place was the underpaid gentleman behind the counter. The rooms stunk were falling apart and were barely cleaned. Garage sale furniture, stained rugs, shower heads rusty. Sink didn't drain. I could go on....don't stay here.

Impressively dumpy. Especially for $178. Stuck in NYC (LaGuardia) for the night and figured the closest hotel would be better than sleeping on an airport bench. I've made a terrible mistake and will be sleeping on top of the blankets with my clothes on. And still probably going to catch something.

So sad that this place is still open, they should at least clean it up real nice! The staff wasnโ€™t too friendly eitherโ€ฆ. Chung was very respectful and understanding. I believe the boss came charging at me while I was in the main bathroom near the lobby , I had about 3 big duffle bags so it was hard for me to move around, he was given the idea that I wanted to just stick around the motel after checkout lol! The only reason why I went into that bathroom because 1. The bathroom was so dirty in my room. 2. The toilet wasnโ€™t even working! Mind you I had my 7 year old son and they gave me a smoking room !!! The sheets, curtains Etc was disgusting! I would wish they can remodel this place for sure, such a shame.

This hotel is disgusting. Really wish I read reviews before booking. For paying for almost $200 a night you get a gross smelly room, bugs in the bathroom, dirty filtering on an AC unit and noisy staff. This place is absolutely horrible and should not be able to be an open business. Glad I only have to be here for less than 12 hours

Horrible and crazy price. My plane was canceled. I paid $290. Donโ€™t pay more thzn $50 for that hotel: light broken, air condition broken, 90 degrees in the room in october, fridg horribly noisy, credit card terminal not working, had to go and get cash in the gas station. Awfull!!!!

Three nights no room cleaning. No shuttle to or from airport. Overpriced and attempted to raise rate when inquiring about a room change. Not recommending but a warning to all: you can do much better somewhere else.

Room was nothing like the photos, beds were worn out blanket on sofa bed had holes definitely would not recommend was close to trying to cancel but was traveling with 4 kids so was not an option. Also NO SHUTTLE!!

The rooms are not as dirty as other reviews say , in fact the sheeted were spotless we had a tv and mini fridge that worked well. however do Not use the elevator there are Stairs just down the hall! Much safer,.people complaining about smell are crazy! maybe in the hallways but not in the rooms it is fine. The rooms are too overpriced but if your flight gets cancelled it will be fine
