Perfect place for anyone who loves M&M's. This is three floors of adorably themed M&M's merchandise. They have everything from shirts to towels to dispensers. They have more different types and flavors of M&M's than I have ever seen. We spent way too much time in here. Worth it!!

This very well may be the greatest store I have ever entered and no I am not joking. From the second you walk in you are greeted by the grandest blue m&m Statue you will ever see rotating in all its glory. The glory only continues from there! There are three stories of goodies, all of them chock full of things to buy or simply enjoy while you are there. You can even customize your own M&M'S with whatever you want, which in my opinion is one of the greatest things ever to grace this country. You absolutely can NOT skip this location if you are visiting new York, and if you live in the area I recommend visiting at least once a month just to experience it.

A really cute and colorful place with everything you can ever imagine concerning an M&M. you can buy almost anything you can think of here, relating to M&M candies. I feel this is a really cute place, but not worth the huge line to stand in before getting in. My Granddaughter really wanted to see it so I guess it was worth it.

I had a great experience at M&M's New York! They have almost every color and flavor of M&M imaginable, and you can even customize them. The price for a pound was a bit high at $18, but it was worth it for the quality. My favorite was the almond M&M and the caramel cold brew. The staff was friendly and the place was clean, and they have three floors. The only downside is that it's located in Times Square, which can be a bit overwhelming. Highly recommend for all the M&M lovers out there!

The pros : great choice of M&Ms you can’t find in general stores, such as special flavors and almonds. Lots of staff available to assist and guide shoppers. The cons : a lot of space is dedicated to other products that are mostly advertising materials for which you have to pay.

We had so much fun visiting this store! This is probably the perfect place for M&M lovers and a fun opportunity for everyone else who’s just curious. I truly didn’t know how much different merch a brand could have. Here, you can find anything from coffee mugs to pillows and T-Shirts. I also liked all the different flavors and colors of M&M’s available. The large tubes with all the different colors as well as the view in time square are worth a visit.

It smells delicious inside. There are tons of clothes, dolls, mugs, etc to purchase. Even more than those, are packages and make your own bags of every flavor and color of M&m. It's a fun place for kids, but not as fun as the Nintendo store!!!

The M&M Store in Times Square, NYC, is a kaleidoscope of color and chocolate delights. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a dazzling array of M&M's in a stunning variety of colors. The classic milk chocolate M&M's, with their iconic candy shell, are a beloved favorite, but this store takes it to the next level. You'll find M&M's in an assortment of rich and tempting chocolate variations, from dark chocolate to peanut butter, almond, and even crispy rice. Each variant has its unique flavor profile, offering something for every palate. The vibrant candy shell colors are a visual treat in themselves, with a spectrum that seems endless. From the classic red, blue, and green to more exotic and seasonal shades, you'll discover a rainbow of choices. Whether you're a chocolate purist or an adventurous flavor explorer, this store offers an enticing selection that caters to all tastes. It's a mesmerizing world of chocolates and colors that makes every visit to the M&M Store a sweet and delightful experience.

This place is cool and nice. It’s full of gift options and cool stuff to look at. It’s very very crowded in there just a heads up to people who want to go there. It’s a bit pricey in there if you want to buy something but if your just going there to sight see and just wonder it’s a nice place. Staff are really friendly and good attitude.

M&M's World in New York City is a delightful haven for candy enthusiasts. This multi-level store immerses visitors in a vibrant world of M&M's, offering an extensive range of merchandise, exclusive flavors, and personalized options. The playful atmosphere is heightened by interactive displays and the iconic colorful decor, making it a must-visit for both locals and tourists alike. While the experience is undeniably enjoyable, it's worth noting that the prices can be on the higher side. Nevertheless, M&M's World in New York delivers a sweet and whimsical adventure for those with a sweet tooth and an appreciation for novel candy experiences.

A must visit in every state you go to. I would say NYC location in times square area would probably the most visited location. When in NYC do stop by and see what it can offer. I always bring my friends visiting NY to this place and get a uniquely NY memorabilia from this location. It brings out the kid in me😊😊.

Title: "A Sugar-Coated Delight in Times Square – Room for Improvement"** Yesterday, I visited the M&M's Store in Times Square. I was instantly engulfed in a world full of colors, taste, and the delightful charm of M&M. The visual spectacle starts at the entrance with interactive displays and larger-than-life M&M characters, truly a feast for the eyes. The array of merchandise, from mugs to t-shirts, luggage tags to coin cases, is a treasure trove for collectors and fans alike. The staff is highly efficient, readily available to assist customers through the crowd, and make their selection process a breeze. Although bustling, the store maintains a balance and does not feel excessively crowded. The energetic ambiance and in-store restrooms for customer convenience enhance the overall experience. However, amidst the rainbow of candies that are undoubtedly the showstopper, I noted the absence of sugar-free or reduced-fat options. This lack overlooks a segment of customers who may be health-conscious or have dietary restrictions, a factor M&M's should consider. The prices are pretty reasonable in light of the store's prime location in Times Square. All in all, I had an overwhelmingly positive experience, and with its candy-coated charm, the M&M's Store offers more than just shopping – it's an unforgettable journey. Hence, a well-deserved 4 out of 5 stars rating. The one missing star is due to the lack of healthier candy alternatives, a gap I hope to see filled on my next visit. Don't miss out on this memorable experience, but remember – indulgence is best in moderation.

You can buy M & M'S of different flavors and colors, toys and other related items. (I think there are flavors that you only find here) You can fill a bag with your favorite flavors.

Giant m&m's tourist attraction. If you are a fan of the candy, you'll love this place. Bathrooms at the top (3rd) floor. One of the few places that had a public restroom. Small though. Line for the ladies room was looooooong.

Okay, Okay. This shop is supposed to be all about the fun of it, and I certainly wont speak badly about the yummy goodness of M&Ms. This takes commercialism to a whole new level. Do we really need every clothing item known to man to say M&Ms on it? We’re talking three storied of merchandise that I personally can’t image why it exists at all. I can’t mark it down though…hey, it’s M&Ms. LOL

A very fun place to see. Lots of different flavors of M&Ms which aren’t available in regular stores. Lovely souvenirs, even with NYC theme. Highly recommend this place to every chocolate lover :)

This store has almost everything you can think of pertaining to M&M. I love all the colors they have. 3 floors of goods. You don’t leave empty handed. I didn’t give 5 stars because they are pricey, but I guess it’s because of their location. They also do provide guest bathrooms.

It was such a fun experience! Definitely crowded though... however, seeing all the colorful M&M, the cool sculptures they had, and the cute souvenirs. It made it all worth it. I spent about $80 just in this one location!! Money can add up quickly.

If you like M&M' s, and who doesn't, you are in heaven. But it's just a happy place full of bright color and happy 😊 things. Make your own candy, and find some unique gifts.

A nice place to get out of the hot Summer weather. Three floors chock full of visitors. There were some signature items such as an apple shape filled with m & m chocolate which was really nice but would have melted by the time we reached outside. Some areas were great for photo ops with your favorite colored M & M.

We were so excited for the m&m store but it lacked compared to the Hershey store across the street. We did create our own custom m&ms but I feel like the wait time was not work it. It was $20 for one cup and we waited a long time in line to have them done. The store overall is beautiful lots to see and do!

Located in Times square this is a place to visit even for those who are not huge fans of M&Ms Candy. We have never been to an M&Ms store before, so cannot compare it with similar stores. But, we were amazed not only by the variety of colors and types of the famous candy available here but also the different packaging options as well as other products available such as clothes, stationary, pillows etc. You can personalize your M&Ms here. The store was quite crowded due to the fact that it was just before Christmas when we visited, but the staff was very efficient and managed to make sure to keep the lines moving.

Even without being a super fan of M&Ms, I enjoyed this store. It is very colorful, with all types of souvenirs for the M&Ms lovers. And definitely very Instagrammable for the very detailed and nice decoration. In the section of different flavors and colors of M&Ms, I found those orange/black/white that I regret not having bought more. I went in October, one weekday just before noon, and considering that the store is in one of the main avenues, it was not crowded.

Such a cute store. I was shocked it was 3 levels! Lots of new ideas and old ideas were shown and the customer could follow the evolution of candy. It was unbelievable how many options for different candies.

This is a great store to visit. I'm not a fan of the chocolates but I love the characters so I really wanted to visit this store. Situated in Times square it has a huge screen outside so it's difficult to miss. There is loads of merchandise and of course many ways to buy the iconic chocolates so if you're looking for something quirky then this is definitely a place to visit. It has great views from inside the store as it has a glass front so there are some opportunities to get some great photos as well.

Nice to see for a first visit, but after years, not much has changed. Pretty much the same merchandise. You can do some good photos in it, but I wouldn't buy anything for that expensive prices. But it's always full with people.

Great store. Super cute. 3 levels of m&ms and merchandise. Multiple stations where you can get the exact color and type of m&Ms you like. You can also fill collectable containers with them and customize them with words and select images (several to choose from)

M&M's World in Times Square is like a huge candy store with four floors. You can see lots of colorful M&M's things there. They have many types of candies, let you make your own, and you can take pictures with big M&M's characters. It's a fun place in the middle of New York City for people who love sweets and fun things to do.

Conveniently in Times Square, it’s like the other M&M stores but with a view of the Square, and it’s a great view. All kinds of gifts and merch, but the best part of this 4 story store is the unique NYC containers you can get with “I ❤️NY” stamped M&Ms! A very fun store to shop in here in NYC.

  • 5/5 Dena J. 4 months ago on Google
Lots of fun. We got matching pajamas. Only complaint was that the line to get personalized M & M's was a 45 minute wait so we skipped that part ( they offer it online also )

  • 5/5 Lucas 1 year ago on Google
Amazing place! They have so much to explore here! Chocolate, gifts, souvenirs, kitchenware, clothing, accessories, and so much more. There is so much to see in this multi-level store! This an absolute must for any chocolate/m&m lover!

I loved the M&Ms world! Where you can find the nitty gritty stuff of mnms! 3 entire floors of gadgets, personalized mugs, cloths, key chains, fridge magnets, and more Indoor elevators are included, wheelchairs and strollers friendly place. Don’t forget to scan the QR code for next time purchase gift!

  • 5/5 Daniel F. 2 years ago on Google
Awesome time, way more fun than I was expecting! Had a cool scavenger hunt for the kids in the store. Nice to actually offer something for free to do right in Time Square!

  • 4/5 Adira B. 2 years ago on Google
The entire store is colorful and joyful, but much of the technology was malfunctioning. The color mood scanner's bottom half of the screen was glitched, and the spin the wheel was not working. However, the staff was friendly and helpful so overall I loved the place, especially the love wins photo backdrop.

  • 5/5 Jenny L. 2 years ago on Google
This was a very cool place to visit. They have lots of M&M merchandise that you can purchase. Obviously, they also have M&Ms that you can buy too. I like that you can mix and match the different M&Ms you want.

  • 5/5 Alexander L. 2 years ago on Google
I am an M&M lover I do accept it, so getting inside that store was simple mind blowing It is impossible not to buy at least a single toy or a pound of M&Ms, they have rainbows, not just one but several rainbows of colors you haven't seen before. And the giant M&Ms of a dancer by the entrance, the Statue of Liberty and a Fireman in the back are just amazing. If you are bringing your kids be prepared to leave that store with several bags. By the way don't forget to bring enough money. It is not a budget friendly place.

  • 4/5 Sean F. 2 years ago on Google
A great NY experience. It's nice to dive into this store for a short diversion of the hustle & bustle of Times Square. You can buy candy in here but they have many other items from t-shirts, to bowls to mugs... anything that can be branded will probably be found in here. You can buy individual colors of M&Ms or you can mix them the M&M world is yours! Enjoy!
