Borrowed two bikes today for a tour of Central Park. The bikes were in great shape and the employees were very friendly. Paid €39 (+$4 insurance (optional)) for three hours - okay for NYC standards. Credit card required for insurance, no cash payment possible. Identity document must be provided as security for the duration of the excursion.

What a little gem in such a busy, hectic city. Well worth a visit.

I was visiting New York City from D.C for a few hours and decided to rent a bike around Central Park with one of my friends from there. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! The staff was awesome and super efficient in getting us the bikes. The park was beautiful and it took us around 3 hours to go around. We ended up taking the day pass and it was worth it because we stayed out and went to the Hudson River with them. The bikes are all in amazing condition and they gave us locks and baskets which were really helpful!

Central Park Sightseeing is a one stop shop for all of your Central Park activity needs. They have the best bikes you can rent in the entire city. They have new Cannondale bikes the are sleek and lightweight, unlike the ones that you get when you rent one of the City Bikes that are kinda heavy and clunky. There’s definitely a huge difference so if you’re planning on biking a lot or want to take one of the tours, opt for theirs because it’s much more enjoyable. You can also get a basket attached to the front of your bike to put your belongings at no extra charge. Last time I was in NYC, two of my friends and I decided to take a private pedicab tour around Central Park with one of their guides, Chengo. He is by far the most knowledgeable tour guide I’ve had and he’s such a funny, delightful person. He brought us to some amazing hidden gems off the beaten path in the park that were great photo opportunities! He has some really cool ideas and is great about helping you capture those special moments. You won’t regret choosing him and this type of tour! Next time I visit, I’m going to try the horseback riding in Central Park. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

An excellent New York experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and let us know everything that we needed to know. We were provided with maps baskets locks and helmets for free. I reserved online before coming in and the process was very easy. The bikes were all new Cannondale’s, which was a nice surprise. The bike guys were also very nice and adjusted our seat heights for us. We were overall pleased with the experience.

These guys are easy to rent from and we're fast moving people through. For sure get the all day. 2 hours isn't enough time to see the park and stop and enjoy things. They have bikes with baskets for stuff and include a bike lock. They have a number to call if you need help while you are out. Great way to see the park.

With the new york pass, a bike tour with normal - non electric- bikes. We loved the tour hosted by Dan (the man!) he told a lot with a funny twist with cool local music for everyone in the tour. Bikes where OK.

Used city pass rental via Costco. Good deal that way. My bike was a little shaky. All in all great way ride around central car.

I visited their store today to get 2 bikes. I reserved them both online because the prices were lower than in-store. As soon as I walked in, I was treated with generosity and welcoming. The lady at the counter, Alexis, was extremely nice and funny as well. Our ride was amazing but the bikes were a little bit squeaky. But it definitely wasn't a major issue in our bike ride. We still had a lot of fun and enjoyed the ride a lot. I recommend this place to all families and friends that are visiting New York.

Bikes worked but not great. Did a tour of central park. It was supposed to be a small group for but there were 11 in the group. Tour guide was knowledgeable but not personable at all. Guide also was not conscentious of slower people and traffic that he could cross but others could not. It made it dangerous. Also not kid friendly or interesting for kids.

Went today to rent a bike. 2+hrs to get a bike. Super unorganized and huge delays. Half the staff didn’t know what was going on. On top of that they wanted to charge be $40 late fees when two of the hours were due to their delays in getting us bikes. Kudos to the two guys distributing bikes (Spanish guy and older guy) that were doing the best with what they had, but the rest of the staff were lost and had no idea what was going on. The helmet I received was extremely dirty, sweaty and gross. They had no locks and all their baskets were broken. Beware!

*Used a groupon Super affordable and nice workers. Bike was very average (be careful with gear shift, my chain came loose) I took off 2 stars because they made me buy insurance even though I stated I didn't want to. I asked if it was optional for me and the guy said no, I HAVE to buy it. His other reason for charging me insurance was that the groupon was a very good price. ...I don't think that's a valid reason to give when you're charging a hidden fee... Maybe if that was stated on the groupon then I would have been okay with it, but now I feel scammed by that. Please update your listing to say that.

Bike rental was a bit hidden but very easy to get. We were there in winter and the weather was great. You can see a lot and the route is about 10 km long if you drive around like we did. After that, you've definitely accomplished something. However, you should plan around an hour for a round, and preferably more if you want to look at everything in peace.

I bought an all-day bike at At Home Trip. Had to pay 1 dollar no refund. I was a little embarrassed because I didn't know. Still, it was nice that the staff and guys were friendly. I had to rent it around 11:45am and return it by 7:45pm that evening. There is no basket on the bike, so you have to hang your bag on the handlebar, which makes it a bit inconvenient to ride. However, bicycle locks and helmets are available for free.

Took the Central Park 2-hour bike tour guided by Dan, who was very informative, kind, and enthusiastic to answer any questions and take our photos. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful staff on Easter! They quickly got us our bikes, offered helmets, baskets and locks. We should have got the basket but we survived. Great day of biking in Central Park!

Smooth operation, just to be sure, took the insurance of 5 usd per person. Bikes were fine. Nice to cycle for 2 hours in Central Park.

Super nice day trip with the top bikes from Unlimited biking. It's best to buy tickets in advance using a sightseeing pass.

Had a reservation at 9 pm for 2 carriages for my sister's birthday. They called me a week prior to our tour to reschedule to 930 to make sure our 2 carriages went at the same time. We showed up at 830 and waited until 10 and we never got our ride. They were very disorganized and only had 2 carriages running. There were many more families that ended canceling their reservations because no one could get us answers. Very disappointed.

Best bike shop, rental in South Bay. I recently took my bike for a few repairs. Best turnaround time, super affordable and professional. Mark is the best!

My sister and I came on the first of april. We rent two bikes and paid for it at your shop but then we realized that it was including in the Go City Pass. So we asked Priscillia if she could do anything for a refund. She called her manager and then told us it was ok for a refund. She asked my sister to put her credit card on the terminal again to get our money back. We still don't have received the refund. I am VERY DESAPOINTED because at the shop Priscillia told us it was Okay. Moreavor, as we told us it was ok for the refund, she scanned our pass so now WE LOST ONE ACTIVITY of our pass + WE LOST 50$.

Great staff, great bikes and an all around memorable experience. Will definitely come back next time I visit New York and I definitely recommend this to anyone looking to take in all Central Park has to offer. Despite the store being busy the process was relatively fast, smooth and I was even given a free biking map!
