Pumphouse Park is an urban park along the Hudson River with a spacious green area popular with dog walkers and dogs. When it snows in New York City, families can be found playing in the snow at the park as well.

You will be surprised by the serenity of the park in the middle of hustle and bustle. A nice place to relax. If you need a break from work and want to regroup this is probably the place.

It was a very peaceful time. No city noise just nice trees. Wonderful park benches! The place was nice and clean too! Just a nice place to just sit and exist for a few hours. Just you, your blanket and your snacks!

Stunning park, one of the best in the city. Currently full of hydrangeas and lots of shady benches overlooking the river full of sail boats.

This park felt very peaceful and pleasant to me. The park is very organized, clean, nice seating arrangement. Very comfortable for our eyes. I sat there for ten minutes and I want to sit here again. Nova Marina, Brookfield Place, West street, restaurants, Hudson River etc lot of attraction around the park.

WOW!! Lovely park for an afternoon picnic. We went with family and used one of the tables to cut a cake and have some sparkling water, enjoying the sunset views over the Hudson. This place is a gem! The flowers are gorgeous and the trees are mature and provide lots of shade. You also have plenty of food options near by and shopping at the mall. It's hard to believe you are downtown. Must visit place in NYC, just steps away from World Trade Center.

Pumphouse Park is the Brookfield corporate overlord name for this lovely little oasis. The park's real name per its users is the Circle Park. Perfectly designed for small people, and for reflective big people. Has a little bit of everything. A perfect interior lawn, only big enough for little kids to play in, with protective bushes limiting egress for runaway toddlers. Numerous benches, all shaded, line the exterior path. The circle is buffeted by trees, hiding the street to the east, will permitting views of the river to the west. Picnic tables populate a maze-like section on one side, in which wildflowers abound. Equally beautiful in summer and winter, with lots of shade when it is sunny and protection from the elements in the rain. A true gem not (yet?) ruined by the owner's rapacious development of property for profit.

I love this little area, especially during the spring. They would put so many fresh tulips and it feels peaceful and calm with a water view. It’s not big but it’s like a quiet place for me to rest. We used to take walks along the water and walk through this area on the weekends when we lived nearby.

I went on a field trip to this park & I had a blast watching my kids have a lot of fun. Traffic is tough to get here but once you arrive the experience is worth it & to top it off it’s safe you don’t get that feeling you get at other parks in the city.

Beautiful small lap to view cherry blossoms. Near by, you can go for a jog near the water front or pick up coffee and go for a walk.

Hanami in the heart of Downtown Manhatten :) We found this place on Saturday morning with great cherry blossom (Mid April). We got a blanket and enjoy the weather and the views. Great for families over the weekend. Awesome view of NJ just a quick walk from there through Battery Park

Large picnic tables. Well manicured. Next to Brookfield Place where there is a wide selection of food from Hudson Eats. Also retail stores.

I love this park so much. It's the best place to get a group together, get your game on, practice your skills, or just play around. With so many courts like handball and basketball you're bound to find something that you love. The people are all super friendly too. I've been going there for years and it's still one of my favorite places in NYC.
