Ample paid parking. I was there under an hour and paid $6. I do prefer getting there as soon as they open and getting right out. The traffic in the surrounding area can get very hectic, taking away from the fun of shopping. Keep that in mind, and you'll be fine. The food court is large and the restrooms are available on that level, as well as throughout the mall. The food can be pricey, but that's to be expected as you're helping to pay for the overhead. Ate at Sbarro pizza, as I just wanted a quick bite. It's always yummy there. Ask for less ice for your drink. TIP: The cubes are larger and they take away from the amount of drink you get.

Keepin it real out here at QCM, one of the best performing malls in America. Potato corner has become part of our mall rituals, along with a bubble tea from the spot 40 feet away. It's probably really unhealthy but it's so darn good. We always go with the giga just to keep us satisfied and usually end up too full for dinner. We had it in the summer, in the winter, during the holidays and solid experience every time. Yes, will definitely go back.

I love a big mall. Queens Center has pretty much everything… all the brands you would want in clothes, tech and more (I think…) There’s a large food court with several food options although they can be overpriced (it’s a mall.. duh). If purchasing a drink anywhere in this mall, ask for light ice. I got a smoothie with 30% and a lot of ice. It’s not my fave big mall so far in the US though… it needs more variety 😬

I came here to see everything change in Queens Center Mall after pandemic, and everything looks good and they keep it safe while shopping some value stuff in the mall. I miss coming here since I didn't have much time to hang here after this so I just came here to see my beloved mall that I hope soon will bring back to shop or hang in the mall. Hopefully.

Actually I do not know how to review details about this place as I just went to the food court to buy food at Burmese Bites on the ground floor. I like the food court as there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the meal. There are many restaurants in the food court. I went to Burmese Bites as I wanted to eat Burmese foods because I can easily find other restaurants in NYC but not Burmese foods. It's easy to get here with subway and about 5 mins walk from the metro station.

Went here with a few friends, really nice mall. Super clean. Just really easy to get lost which isn’t great especially if you’re new and it’s your first time. Overall though we had a really good time. The chipotle over there was pretty good and for the food court you had to be vaccinated to eat inside. So yea

Recommendation if you have time to just explore or need something to buy- lots off stores with a wide range of choices and really good prices. In every way is my top choice, specially because there is a Apple Store and every time when I had emergency they helped me immediately so favorite place 🤞🏻

I love shopping at this mall. They have a little bit of everything. Expensive, inexpensive and in-between. Food court has a lot of options with plenty of seating. Plenty of paid parking, but on a busy day it may take a while to get out of the lot.

The mall opened at 10 on the day I arrived but most stores officially open at 11 for deep cleaning. Security will help you out if lost. I enjoyed my rainy day trip to the mall.

Has nice selection of good stores. Always busy. The signs to food court which is at a lower level are confusing. The signs to JCPenny were confusing which is at more than 1 level. They check COVID cards to sit and eat at at food court is good.

Great shopping options, good food court on the JCPenney side and a cheesecake factory. Lots of little stalls, a Dunkin donuts. The parking lot is convenient with tons of spots available. Food court includes Chick FIL a, KFC, Cbao, Burmese bites, Halal, Sarku Japan, Sushi, Cheese steak, and others. The taiwanese pork bun from Cbao is good, about the size of two small pork buns and toppings are great. Pork was on the fatty side. Cost about $9.

Over 100+ stores with most of them being friendly on the wallet. Plenty of really good clothing, food options (30+, mostly in the food court) with various cuisines and multiple dessert options of various kinds. The Burmese bites restaurant is a hidden treasure here. Definitely recommend. They have ample parking and the center is easily accessible through public transport (Bus stop at the center and Subway 2-3 walk away).

Yesterday, I went to this mall to reward myself for everything that I get through. The place was clean, big, and safe to walk in and out. Besides, the cashiers and saleslady that entertained me was very nice and accommodating. Eventually, I left to this mall, bringing the new clothes, bags, and shoes that I wanted for myself. Thank you so much! Till next time!

Not as busy as it was a few years ago but...hey it's COVID days. Who needs a crowd. Many patrons wore masks. All maintained a distance while we had a nice stroll shopping. EV Charger on the top floor of the garage make it convenient for EV drivers.

👏 I thought this mallwas overrated but it has a lot. There are many stores/kiosks with food options. I personally loved zumiez and garage. It's surrounded by restaurants such as, cheesecake factory, olive garden and a in house Applebee's. Great experience. Next time I want to go with my whole family.

Okay, so Ive been coming to this mall since I was 10 yrs. I stopped because I moved. I recently went back and holy bananas, its the best it's ever been. The new stores they added, it looks really good. It's clean and the made improvements in the food court as well.

The only complaint I have about this mall is the bathrooms. Especially the family and diaper changing area. They need to do better with cleaning these facilities. It a high traffic area. The family rooms need to be kept clean and disinfected at all times. Also there is hardly any light in this area its dark and smells like urine. Broken changing tables as well. Please fix this problem. Its very frustrating to have no other choice because I need to change my baby's diaper in conditions that I just explained.

More and more stores are closing or stores are getting smaller so not much options. Almost makes no sense to shop in store but online instead. Sucks im a person that prefers to see the product in person. But if the stores are small or closed not much to see.

They need to reinforce social distancing and force people to follow directions like one side goes one direction and the other side goes the opposite direction. Even though arrows are present they need to have police reinforce the rules because people are so stupid that they don’t follow simple directions.

Queens Center Mall’s food court sustained damage from the recent floods. Yesterday food court was completely closed yet no signs were posted anywhere and only pickup was going on outside. Today it’s open with same handful of restaurants offering pickup and on site ordering. I even texted their concierge service prior to going just to find that in fact it is still not fully operational.

  • 4/5 David C. 2 years ago on Google
Went on the day after Labor Day. It was somewhat packed even on a Tuesday. Parking was $6.50 for the first three hours. Decent variety of stores and the space was well maintained. The food court seating area were all closed from COVID pandemic. It’s a nice place to shop for a few hours if you are in Queens.

  • 4/5 Sean F. 2 years ago on Google
You can spend hours in this place. I often see kids riding electric kiddie sized bikes on the lowest level. They are very slow so the kids will not get hurt but they seem to love them. There are a few food places here as well so you can take a break and refuel to continue shopping. There are plenty of places to sit and relax although some of the really comfy seats are taken over by campers. I have seen people knocked out and dreaming in them 😀 must have been a tough day shopping. Enjoy Queens Center Mall, it has just about everything you need.

GREAT SHOPPING I TAKE LOTS OF PEOPLE THERE ALL FRIENDS. THEY LIKE IN QUEENS CENTER YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF ALL KINDS OF PLACES, I PARK AND THEN WE SHOP 2-3 HOURS. REAL EASY EVERYBODY IS HAPPY, PARKING ITS A LITTLE BIT EXPENSIVE BUT ITS OK

  • 3/5 Emi W. 2 years ago on Google
Honestly the most confusing shopping mall. There are absolutely no directories to tell you where to go so if you don't know where you're going then you're gonna be walking around like a maniac. They are also stuffing people in one section of the food court instead of using another seating area for social distancing.. Very close together.. Makes no sense during a pandemic.

  • 3/5 Sadik A. 2 years ago on Google
Kind of boring to be honest. It's an okay mall but not a lot of things to. The stores are good. They only have one bathroom and it's on the 3rd floor at the end so if you have to go make sure you have 5 minutes to spare walking there.

  • 5/5 Julekha S. 2 years ago on Google
So many stores to shop from and food options! The food court is usually crowded but worth it after a long day of shopping. Some of the stores that sell food give free samples as you walk around. Love the Pacsun there!

  • 5/5 Queen of G. 2 years ago on Google
I love going to the mall with the kids. We get everything we need in one spot and make an experience out of it. We also enjoy the food court so everyone can eat what they want instead of compromising on what’s being ordered. Many things to do if you know where to look. So sad they closed the Disney and Lego stores though. After Toys R Us closed, those were our favorite spots to take the kids. Hope they bring some kid-centric stores back to the mall soon.

It use be a good mall with a lot of different varieties to shop for, but now? Every other month there's stores closed or relocated and a lot of cheap and generic merch being sold there. It has gone down the tube. And now there's more security staff present now, feels ratchet now. It was never like this before.

Been to a few malls in queens and this one has so many stores. Walking around is ok, the walking paths are a bit narrow. But more important, they have a ton of stores. Nothing fancy though, nothing like container stores or west elm quality. But that also makes everything a lot more affordable at this mall. If want a fancier mall the Columbus circle shopping center is where you wanna be.

  • 3/5 Jasmin R. 1 year ago on Google
Nice place to hang out. I would recommend staying away from walking pass this store, they will literally grab you by the arm and drag you in, and force you to buy their products with discount, they kept asking why I’m in the mall then if I’m not there to spend after I told them I’m not interested in their product! It was so annoying and uncomfortable. Straight up harassment :(

Best mall in the city no questions asked. It’s got the very good stores. It has the proper mix of cheap stores and high end stores. Very nice food court and very good restaurants inside or around the mall. All with great access to transit and by car. Interior is absolutely beautiful.

Security locked doors at 8:50 on third floor. Store closes at 9. Asked her to allow us through as we were steps away and was with a handicapped individual. Paid us no mind. Called her boss Rios, said it was protocol. They both should be fired. See the POS. When you see her in the mall remind her she is a POS.

Queens Center can be a bit tricky if you're not a local. Parking is scarce, and you must pay attention to which street or ave you are on. However; once inside, this mall is smoothly navigated through four floors. I had a difficult time finding Victoria's Secret (has anyone discovered her secret). There needs to be maps similar to other malls, and I didn't see one. When leaving, I didn't know what street I was parked, so it took 20 minutes to locate the car: ) You've been forewarned..

It’s not too bad- it’s clean. Just make sure you don’t visit during the weekend, it gets very crowded and you will have a hard time finding 🅿️ parking.
