Cracking position right across the road from the Empire state building. Food was very cheap by New York standards and was actually pretty good for the price you pay. We went more for the novelty as we'd never had a Wendy's before. Clad we did and enjoyed it.

I'm from Ohio. Wendy's originated in Ohio. That has to be represented first and foremost lol. But, seriously, this is a good location and one of very few in Manhattan. Order fries and use a frosty to dip them in. Hot/cold + salty/sweet experience that will rock your taste buds.

I enjoyed Wendy’s before. This restaurant is terrible. I ordered two sandwiches which is grilled chicken and home stle cryspy one. Both are not good. Inside stuffs and taste. I never have been left sandwichs I ordered. I don’t know it is one time incident or not. I am disappointed.

First visit to Wendy's in a few years because there isn't a store near where I work or live. Super long line in this location. Burger feels fresh, but I like BK much better. My daughter says the nuggets are better than McD. Manager needs to review staffing and training. Delivery people won't make a dime waiting this long, unfortunately.

We waited for a moment but we could clearly see that the employees were doing their best to lower the queue. The food was a typical fast food, the taste was regular. The restrooms were really dirty.

Honestly, it was a great experience! The burgers came super fast and were deliciously juicy. The fries super fluffy and nicely seasoned. Unfortunately you can't find a Wendy's where I live but I'll always look forward to it when I'm in the states!

Well on first experience of this place is good. Well priced food quickly serviced decent place to sit in and enjoy the experience. Very fresh and moist burger love the cheese. Great cheesy fries and thick mikeshake.

Wow, we had a medium spicey chicken combo between two, the drink was huge, the burger was good an service reasonably quick, was busy as near the empire state building.

Love many of the other Wendy's in the city, but this one AIN'T IT. This was my first time here, and while the food was the same as every other Wendy's the service was ATROCIOUS. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 burgers, fries, and drinks and waited 30 (no exaggeration... 3:51pm to 4:21pm) for our food. The disorder of the staff members was incredible. By far the worst Wendy's experience I've had in the city (and I've been dozens of times)

Wir hatten nur kurz ne Kleinigkeit essen wollen. Haben darum auch den kleinsten Bürger von der Karte genommen. Es war alles ok. Der Bürger hat auch wirklich gut geschmeckt. An Cola und Pommes kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Für fast Food absolut ok, da gibt es auch schlechtere. Besser wird es nur im Restaurant oder im Diner. Wir hatten einen direkten Fensterplatz. Kein besonderes Ambiente, aber trotzdem schön.

Good restaurant, especially with the good price and taste. Some of the attendants could have a better humor, but anyways. The downside about this location is that the WiFi doesn't work well on the lower level. But the space is comfortable and big.

I don't recommend anyone to eat here. Maybe to go only. I am eating slow but while I was having my biggie bag and frosty, a security guy was swiping literally next to me that was disgusting while I didn't even finish my fries and kept saying I stayed there too long. Could you just leave me alone since I paid and had food? There was even plenty of tables were there. That was such a ridiculous customer service I never had!
