You can make your favorite burger (Caramelized onion, tomato, pickled, sauce, ...) The burger is ready very quickly Delicious hamburger The fries were not crispy There are free peanuts, but they are not in a very good quality Friendly and patient staff The restaurant is busy and there is a lot of noise inside the restaurant. The staff screams when the food is ready and it's annoying.

We were just walking by and the sign said it opened at 10 so we went to go inside and my 5 year old son needed to use the bathroom. The lady that worked there yelled from across the counter we are closed we open at 11. So I just kindly asked do you know where there is a closest bathroom to use for my son and he screamed we are closed. She walked away and I was like I get that it’s closed but do you know where the closest bathroom is because we aren’t from around here…… she said no we are closed then turned her back. I work in the industry and I get that they are closed but being kind is part of customer service.

A bit pricey but good quality food. Homeless people were inside begging for money as you eat very annoying. The buns get soggy and you eat the burgers are also annoying but with all the add-ons is to be expected. The oreo milkshake is excellent and so are the fries. Really wish they had a security guard inside. Place does not feel safe.

James helped me weaponize my little bacon cheeseburger with fried onions and A1 and mustard and knew I meant business with my order. He made sure that I was having a good day, man! He and his manager Christona are GOOD PEOPLE making times square tick! Tick with people at five guys here getting their burgers and fries and SMILES from NYC's best people! Come on in and customize a burger, dog, fries, or heck ALL of that! They got ya covered here and they'll make it fun.

Here at the "Crossroads of the World " anyone can get fresh sandwiches and large portions of fries. The place can get quite busy so it maybe a good idea to order carryout.

Excellent burger! Best fries, love it how they over flow the cup. Price is fine since it’s NYC, I understand. Highly recommend. Don’t know about now but back in the day you could hit up a karaoke stop, then a bar like Beer Culture and end you night here. Near perfection.

Just ate here and quite a lovely place for midnight. Open till 2:00am in the morning and if you are wandering around in times Square and hungry, good place to visit. Has all the standards for Five Guys joint. Friendly staff and fast service. Overall I would rate high as overall experience was good. Recommended!

I was very impressed with the service here. My friend mentioned she had allergies to milk and eggs and they took special care to ensure there would be no cross contamination. They prepared a lettuce wrap that she loved.

This is an awfully busy Five Guys. Lines to order and really long line waiting for your food. Tables are spreaded along the right and left side of the line to the cashier, were orders are made. I had the All the Way Cheeseburger. In my memory Five Guys was a place the burger had the flavor of a Gourmet meal while the cost of fast food. I guess time has catches up to them because he burger here reminded me of McDonalds... To be fair, McDonalds when McDonalds was better then it is today. And what's up with calling you burgers mini for normal, and just burger or cheeseburger for double?? Would make a whole lot of sense if they just called their double burgers Double!

Update 2024: the worst Five Guys by far. They hardly dressed my burger with condiments, so I had to ask for extra ketchup and A1. Never mind everything else I wish it had more of. Out of stock of small plastic cups for malt vinegar. No self dispensed ketchup. No peanuts. Photo: ketchup mayo mustard and A1 barely visible, hardly palatable. The cashier was rude. Quality and quantity of fries was reduced compared to other locations. I guess it comes with the territory being times square. Worst location I've been to.

Enjoyed a quick dinner tonight with my wife and daughter. The sitting area is small and crowded, but what do you expect this close to Times Square. Food was served in a timely manner by friendly staff.

Five Guys makes awesome burgers and serves amazing fries, but I would not consider this branch as one of their best.

Since it was a famous burger place so I visited it while I was in NY. I was really excited to try the famous burgers but unfortunately I was disappointed with my order. The fries and the burgers were just not good at all. The burger was really dry and the fries were also dry. The sitting area overall was good.

Fries are awesome, but not too many tables to dine-in. All tables are high tables. Free refills for fountain drinks.

I ordered food the other night online. I walk over to pick it. I get greeted that they are closed, I show my online receipt, order receipt thru their text messages, and even my bank statement on my phone stating the 25 dollars was debited out. After the 5 minute run around, my order was finally found. So I was told that they will close the order in their end because they are closing and my money will be refunded. Nope! No surprise, a few days later now and it’s not pending any more. This business is legitimately stealing. Please don’t support a business that does business like this.

Im not a huge fan of five guys to begin with but they do make a half decent burger and a far cry better than McDonald's, I stopped in to this branch before heading out for the night and was just let down in every aspect unfortunately. Service was slow and got my order wrong and then my meal was bearly room temp. I wont be back

I generally love Five Guys because I'm about the food, but I had to specifically review this store because they really shined with their personalities and service. I went there Thursday (June 22nd) around noon, I say this because I don't know the names of those working there at the time, but their smiles and friendliness taking my order and serving my food really stood out to me. Customer service is so important and I really appreciate their work ethic and attitude.

The best fast food franchise burger ever ate!!!!! And the French fries also were great.

Got a cheeseburger an fries and it was pretty tasty. They also give you a good amount of food but it is still somewhat expensive. The place wasn't very clean either and there was food scattered all over the counter I ate at. Along with that, there was a plate of peanut shells in front of me while I was eating. The environment wasn't great and I think you are better off taking the food and eating at Bryant Park. When I was ordering my food the cashier wasn't too friendly either. It was my first time at Five Guys and I was unprepared when they asked about the toppings. I paused for a moment before responding hesitantly: "everything I guess". Not sure if it was my tone, but the cashier seem irritated and rudely told me that I was being asked because they don't know what I would want on my burger. That interaction ruined the rest of my experience there. I quickly finished my food and got out. I wasn't expecting the best customer service since I know its a fast food joint but I certainly wasn't expecting the treatment I got for the price I was paying for the food. If you've never had Five Guys, I think you should check it out at least once. Otherwise, I don't think this location warrants another visit. The food is too expensive and there's nothing great about the physical location or the customer service.

Could have gone to Shake Shack to re-live the NY burger experience (i had 10 years ago), but Shake Shack is everywhere these days, so may i need a NY version of Five Guys. Turns out to be a massive disappointment. The patties were dry (see picture) and lacking that beefy flavours, it was all round a let down. I'm wondering if it's my jaded taste buds or is NY losing "something"? Steaks, bagel, pizzas, and now burger - all missing the mark for me.

One of the best burgers I’ve had. Customer service can improve though.

Your usual 5 guys! Very good quality food, a bit pricey but so much better quality than most other fast food joints. Staff is very nice and helpful despite the amazing number of customers they get there at all time.

Customer service was good and the cheese burger was great and as usual they give you more French fries than you can shake a stick at.

This was a good experience and a nice place to go for dinner. The burgers were made as asked and arrived very quickly. The chips were a little too salty, however.

One of must try fastfood. Build your own burger or hotdog by adding free vegetables and sauces to basic burger "templates".

1st try… burger was good.. sinfully good… juicy patties and crispy bacon just hit the right spot… Fries were amazing.. I noticed that regardless of size you order you get a lot of fries… really a lot so the little one should suffice.

The service and food were both great. The guy taking our order was super nice and double checked he got everything right, then they gave us so many extra fries in our bag. Have nothing but good things to say about this place

please do something about your employee by the name of Greg. he has tattoos and a serious attitude problem. this is the second time i had an incident with him. the first time i asked for ketchup and he rudely tells me “there’s ketchup over there” twice. the next incident was today a few minutes ago. he made my milkshake and i showed him my receipt, he gets an attitude and bends down to read the receipt and he gives me my shake, then he gives another custom their shake and tells them “thank you for talking” and gives me a dirty look. if he doesn’t like his job do another task or find another job.
