This Denny’s isn’t using brioche buns as advertised or as other Denny’s. This is a very cheap potato roll you could easily get from a grocery store across the street. This burger was disappointing to say the least and excessively salted. Never had such a terrible experience at a Denny’s. When I called the manager she said she would refund and rudely hung up. I had to call back to ask if I would get a confirmation. In addition to that I order pancakes with extra whip cream and they did not provide any.

Today’s lunch is Denny’s. It's a pretty famous place even without a review, but the service and food taste make it worth it. If you want to look cool, look for a French restaurant. But if you want a friendly atmosphere and a comfortable family gathering at a reasonable price, this is the place. I visited this place alone. What do you mean? It's okay to be alone! The food isn't bad either. Above all, the friendly staff will make you smile

If you ever come to Denny’s ask for Dimitri! He is such a great and welcoming server. He really makes the environment fun and my mom likes him. My mom don’t like nobody. Lol My father likes him too. He said he is very respectful, patient and funny. He serve us our food and took a picture of my family. He suggested to download the app to get free pancakes next time since my mom’s birthday was last week. Thank you Dimitri for making us look foward to see you next time. Take care.

Nice to find Dennys in our stay in Astoria. Food was typical tasty and all prices were comparable. Value menu is the way to go. One less star for service. We had to ask for everything. Server was very busy. Never checked up on us. Forgot to charge one shake. We had to remind her to add it to our price. Not managed properly. But cant beat Dennys in queens.

Love going to eat breakfast at Denny’s. It’s one of my favorite places to go to when I want to go out with family and friends. Whenever I go I only need to wait 5-10 minutes for a seat. The staffs are caring and friendly.

Steaks were overcooked. Over medium eggs were overcooked. Still got charged for it. Couldn't get refills on water or coffee. Literally did not have service. Had to ask host for everything. She was lightweight rude. Food was cold by the time I was able to let them know. 0/10 recommend this location. Don't come to Jackson Heights Denny's unless you need a job as a server.

Amazing customer service from our beautiful server Denise.C, she’s always has the biggest smile and great conversation. Brings out the food quickly. And is constantly asking if we need anything else. Thank you so much!!!

As usual, food was great! Service was great (Thanks Dimitri)! Atmosphere was the usual Denny's atmosphere. Well, except for the robot that brought us our food. That was pretty cool to see.

First time back in a year and I enjoyed the whole experience. Food was great, had veggies option, fluffy pancakes and loved the OJ. The atmosphere was great even had this cool machine bring me my food. And the service was the best by Denise. The Manager Patrick stopped by to check in to make sure everything was good.

We stopped by this Denny’s on our way out of town and could not be happier with our choice!! The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent!! Maribel and Laura were phenomenal! Maribel told us she was in training which was shocking because she was perfect! So kind and attentive when we needed it! I will definitely be coming back!

Great, friendly service each time we come. Especially with Denise and Dimitri as servers!! The food comes out hot. Needs a BIGGER bathroom though.

Miriam was my server and she was absolutely great. As soon as she came over she brightened up our day and had us laughing from beginning to end. The food was also great. 10/10 would come again!

What an amazing experience I had with my best friend. Such a great atmosphere, and the food was perfect. What won me over the most was our waiter name Dimitri. So nice, cool and fun. The Denny’s restaurant in Jackson Heights, Queens will definitely be the one I would recommend and go back to eat. When I do return, give us Dimitri. He’s the best.

If you are looking for an alternative to other breakfast spots and pancake houses, this is the place. Great breakfast and dinner selections with their current Endless Platter as a highlight with all you can eat eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes, and meat-(extra charge). Healthy and fun kid's meals selections, and awesome music while you eat. Seniors with an AARP card also get 15%. Great place for everyone!

Great service and good food.

Great spot to get something good and good to eat. The only thing that I didn’t like was the service. The waiter had attitude most of the time. The manager took over the waiter job and made our experience even better.

If I could leave no stars I would. I went to this location and as soon as we sat down there was dried egg yoke on my coffee cup. I told thr waiter and he was actually annoyed at the fact that I wanted another cup. I ordered the 9 grain pancakes and eggs, the eggs were not even cooked and the turkey bacon was cold. I was sick to my stomach, I had to rush home because of the pain. I'm never eating there again.

My sisters, cousin, and I had brunch at this location and I must say the waitress was very pleasant, respectful, and very attentive. She didn't rush to get us out either and we were there for a very long time just eating, and enjoying each others company. It was a very nice end of year get together and the food was warm and delicious. I would definitely recommend. With the exceptional work of the employees at this location there is no need for the robot. Please get rid of it. It does nothing but get in the way. That's my only take away.

If there were more stars to give, I’d give them all lol. Came on a Thursday night for dinner with the boyfriend, he had a craving for pancakes and me for an adult meal :) - so of course diner was the way to go. We chose Denny’s and WOW. I ordered this chicken with veggies and mushroom that comes sizzling on a skillet, AMAZING!! Also, I must say, the service was too on point to not mention. We were seated right away, our waiter Luis was great, food came out fast, I just have nothing but positive things to say haha. I highly recommend!

I usually visit this Denny’s when I bring my vehicles for maintenance in the area. The environment is always nice and clean. Staff is usually very nice and make you feel at home with that old school warmth. On my visit today, I noticed that they have a little droid that brings you your order! That was kind of cool (I’m a nerd). Wishing the staff wellness and the best in all they do!

The place is always clean ,the Spanish speaking staff are very good to me and make me feel welcome after a long day at work ,Dennys is like my second home we’re I get to eat differently every day ,The afternoon staff are always welcome,they made me feel like home.

It was a great experience. Though be patient when you want to find a waiter to pay or get the receipt as it was busy on the morning time. But we didn't have wait even 5 minutes to order a food though, which is a plus. So overall a good experience.

The location is in a busy boulevard so parking is difficult. Usually a 2 min wait to be seated but they are always pleasant and communicate. Our server Denise is always great and friendly, our coffee cups are always full. The food is delivered quickly and warm. Definitely recommend visiting this location.

Used to be reasonable prices now everything how's up, what can we expect with this inflation, the best choice probably will be staying at home and cooking, but I can't 🤷‍♀️😆

I love Denny's! The staff is always warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. Our server, Laura, took great care of us. She was attentive and kind. She brought our orders out expeditiously and made sure we had enough coffee. She is a one of a kind! ✨

Order a whole order of nachos if you want enough for two people or more to share, just an extra $2 from $8.99. Free coffee refills but would’ve been good to have the waiter come by to look and inquire about it.

It's our first time here in US. Me and my parents went hunting for the best Denny's and this was on the top list. I guess they are not wrong. The food are amazing and the service from Myriam & Denise are exceptional. They were lovely and sweet so if you want Denny's with great service, please do visit the one's in Jackson Heights. ❤️❤️❤️

This place is an amazing spot to go for Breakfast. Clean, great atmosphere, and a great addition to the neighborhood. Wide selection of food to choose from and a very friendly staff, like Denise, who is attentive and takes the time to know her customers. Doesn't have excessive waits, and the pancakes are exceptional. The milkshakes and the country fried steak are further highlights of this establishment.

It was good. The waitress was awesome, and the chicken gravy dish I had was so good. It was a quick bite to eat on a bad I was having

I have only ever come one other time when they first opened and I didn’t like the food very much but now I came for a second time and the food was very good. I enjoyed the all American slam and the rest of my family too enjoyed their food. Our server was Evelyn and she was very sweet and friendly to all of us and frequently asked if we needed anything else. I am definitely planning to come back now and explore other foods on their menu :)

It is disappointing and completely unacceptable the service we received from the Dennys restaurant located in Jackson Heights. We waited three hours to receive the food, only for it to arrive cold and poorly prepared, which is a total lack of professionalism. Furthermore, the fact that one of the items we ordered didn't even arrive is completely outrageous. I do not recommend their disgusting "Sirloin Steak". And for dessert, Uber Eats' frustrating response in not taking responsibility for this scam.
