Great service! Walked to the pickup spot and saw a line forming for the bus. They check your info to verify you are registered for the correct bus time. Ride was smooth to and from the outlet. Bus arrived on time at the outlet to head back to Manhattan. Bus is clean and had AC. I'd definitely recommend this service. It's convenient! Happy shopping!

Well I have to say that I went again and this experience was 9 out of 10. Great bus driver and on perfect time! Woodbury Common oultlet bus 9:30am bus we are still waiting for more people to board it’s now 9:55. Ridiculous especially cause there is a 10am bus!

Diabolical. My wife and I took a coach to Woodbury Commons at 09:30 on July 21st 2019. We got there just fine. There was a heatwave in affect over most of the State at the time and today was no different. Our eventual pickup was at 4pm and as we headed home over Highway 95 beside Kane Stadium our coach overheated at 17:10 in the worst possible spot - an elevated freeway facing some toll booths in the distance. We were told a replacement coach was coming. With the sheer heat and humidity hitting everyone, we all began to exit the bus to cool down. With tempers raising there was zero communication from the driver to the passengers including children who were suffering from the heat. A relief driver appeared about an hour later with drinks and tried to flag down other busses with no luck. Where was the replacement coach as stated by the driver? Eventually a state police officer arrived to calm the situation and requested women and children board the relief driver's van to head back to Manhattan. At 19:05 a replacement coach arrived to take everyone remaining home, exhausted and tired. Never again. I shall be in touch with the company to file a complaint and ask anyone reading this to avoid them wholeheartedly. Don't go through the pain that others have endured.

The Woodbury Bus from 51st St. was a great way to make a day shopping trip out of Manhattan! The price can’t be beat, and Yunior was considerate and helpful. The ride was comfortable and super quick. I’ll definitely be riding with them next time I need to get to Woodbury for the day. I highly recommend them!

Fast clean and efficient. Busses were all new and modern. Very nice seats, plenty of storage both under the bus and in overhead bins. The bus also had a restroom, but I did not check it out. The pickup/dropoff location is dead in the center of times square, right by the theaters as they are all getting out in the evening. This is either a pro or con depending on how you are traveling. The drivers were polite, and had maps available for people who needed them The trip itself was smooth and quick. It took much less time than the estimated 2 hours. We left at 8:30am, and even with loading/unloading time, we were in the outlets before 10am. It was a very easy and relaxing way to get upstate.

Had a great experience with Woodbury Bus. The journey to Woodbury Commons and back was comfortable, efficient, and on-time. The pickup/drop-off locations are close to Times Square and easy to find. Overall, it's a great option if you're keen to shop at the outlet stores in Woodbury Commons.

It was a smooth trip! Right from the time you purchase the ticket till you end the trip. just need to be there on time and enjoy the shopping spree!! The staff are very friendly and funny … intro by a lady who brief us about the trip was enthusiastic to get our shopping spirit started at 8:30 am! not to forget a free tour guide on hells kitchen by the bus driver! We had a wonderful experience with Woodbury Bus. First, we didn't have to worry about driving from Manhattan to Woodbury, didn't have to worry about the tolls. Some shopping experts brought their large empty suitcases. The overhead on the bus is very small (for a jacket or a purse, but not big enough for a backpack), the bus was pretty full both ways, meaning if you have more than 1 large shopping bag, you will have to consolidate somehow. Hence the large suitcase. We took the 8:30 am bus on a weekday and arrived at the outlet little before 10 am. We took the 3:00 pm return bus and it wasn't crowded, but I suspect that the later ones may be more full. Reserve the tickets online. Apparently, you can change your return time by calling the phone number, but that doesn't guarantee it, so I suggest you select your return time wisely.

I can only say 10/10. getting the tickets online was 2 minutes. We were a group of 4 and one couldn’t make it to the first ride time and it was no problem that he came one bus later. Driver and employees were very friendly and the ride was fast. The coupons saved us another 50 bucks. Can totally recommend it!

We contacted Woodbury Bus in the morning to see if we could get availability that day. We were contacted back promptly by Mario who managed to accommodate us (we were the last two seats on the bus). The bus was well organised, we are advised of where and when we were to be collected which was great and on time as advised. The shopping trip was well worth the visit and managed to pick up a lot of deals on make-up and clothes. Highly Recommended.

We took the tour to Woodbury, the bus was waiting for people and delayed for about 30 minutes. Won't buy tickets here again.

You can make an online reservation. Before you board the bus, you will be checked in the list and you will receive a return ticket. It leaves on time. We went on a Monday morning and there were some traffic jams. We started at 8.30am and arrived in Woodbury at 10.15am. Since most of the shops don't open until 10, this wasn't a problem. Woodbury itself is a really good place to shop, there are special offers. We went back on the last bus at 7.30pm, the bus was on time again. 42 dollars for one person is a bit high, so I gave one star less. But overall, I can definitely recommend this bus!

This is the best experience and the best way to shop at Woodbury Common Outlet. The bus is always clean, and has WiFi. This time we had a driver named George, and he got us there in an hour and back in an hour, in very safe driving conditions! Love that you have an option to board later than your ticketed time or leave earlier from Woodbury than your ticket. This is the only way that’s safest, fast and reliable to travel to Woodbury Common Outlet!

The bus is quite old and the service is somewhat expensive. They are quite punctual but you can be left out due to too many people on that bus.

Bus going down was 30 minutes late and bus coming back was almost an hour late. We missed our train back home because of the delay and had to purchase new train tickets which cost $220 more than the ones we initially had. The staff were all very friendly.

This was my first time using this service and it was good and simple. Just some suggestions. The host should make an announcement that we will not be returning on the same bus. I a left small bag on the bus (nothing major) thinking I would return on the same bus. Also coming back the host needs to make an announcement that passengers have to be mindful using the seat next to them for their bags. When there is a certain about of seats and is book all out or close to it. Me and two other people were scrambling for a seat and had to see who would actually move their bags for us to have a seat. The host stood outside even when a lady said that there wasn’t enough seats the guy said it can’t be but he should have came on the bus and make that Announcement.

what I love the most: close to the hotel I’m in (walkable and doesn’t have to go to the bus terminal which has hundreds of gates), and RELIABLE SERVICE! ⭐️ bought the tickets a night before my trip, all fast and seamless. easy to find (at the corner of the street). both drivers and bus attendants were warm and welcoming. dropped in front of Saks Fifth Av. totally recommended!!

Since I can't drive, it's difficult to get to Woodbury. I heard about this Bus a few years ago. Today is my first ride. The price is very cost-effective. When I needed to change the time to return to New York, the customer service phone was answered quickly and the response was prompt. Helped me change the time so that I could return to New York smoothly. There is a subway station near the drop-off point, which is very convenient. Will take this bus again. It would be nice if you could get other discounts for multiple rides.

Clean bus with good drivers. Only problem is other passengers had phones on loud speaker, which was very annoying!

No fuss service. Easy ticketing…. Easy to find…Professional staff… i had my return booked at 5 but wanted to get back earlier and was easily accommodated. Reduces cost from almost 300 to 42. Bags are included… will definitely use again…

Great service - was at both stops there and back again on time and ready to go. Definitely can be busier when returning but if you got your tickets, no problem. Professionally driven and well under the time I've seen it take. Mr. George did a superb job on the way back, Woodbury to Manhattan in under 1 hour. A close girlfriend of mines and me planned a trip to go to Woodbury Commons. Upon planning we could not find any bus from our city to get there. While searching we seen Woodbury Bus so we look into it by calling to get information regarding our travels. From that one call we were very interested in scheduling on line. The customer service representative was polite and very knowledgeable. We schedule on line a day before our trip to NYC and was very impressed . The directions to get to the bus was very correct. The attendant at the bus that check us in was very knowledgeable along with be very helpful and courteous not to mention made us feel secure about getting on the bus for the first time due to we didnt know what to expect!!! The bus drivers going and coming back to Woodbury Commons was very nice and knowledgeable as well. Our bus drive to and from was smooth and on time!! Our experience for the very first time was very satisfying!!! We are planning our next trip with the Woodbury Bus!!!

Really liked this tour. The location of the bus to come and go from the Premium outlet was easy and super convenient. The drivers were super on time, and on our way there the driver even shared a few things about the neighborhood. We had some traffic on our way back, but obviously nothing you can do about it. Really recommend the service.

when we went to woodbury everything was fine, the driver, the bus but on our way back to new york we had one of the worst bus i've ever been on! I think some buses should just retire them! the departure and arrival times were fine!

The worst bus I have took ever. I bought New York City explorer pass, was asked to make a reservation by phone. Without any text to check, the staff make mistakes for our boarding “date ”. What a mess! Also our return drive, I gave the staff 4 tickets, when my mom got on the bus they said only 1 ticket received. Never to take again.

The Woodbury bus is a really good company. It organizes transfers to the Woodbury outlet. The buses are very clean and the tour is organized very good. You can teach them very easy if you have a problem and they answer within a few minutes. I would book the bus Afghan again and I can recommend the company.

Such a convenient service from Times Square to Outlet mall. Takes about an hour without traffic. The bus is comfortable and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The times are often and flexible, I highly recommend .

Easy to book online. Prompt coach. We arrived on time but unfortunately there was a huge queue and we had to wait for the second coach which was already there on standby. So we didn't miss out at all nor did this delay us. I would just recommend arriving a little early to avoid the queue. We had pre booked but many people buy their tickets at the queue. There isn't a fast track queue for prebooked customers. Coach is nice and has its own toilet. Friendly drivers. We booked for a 7.30pm return but we were done by 6pm. The return bus has 2 queues, one for those who have booked that timeframe, and another queue for those who had different timeframes booked. If there is space, they let those with different timeframes use an earlier or later bus. We were lucky and jumped on the 6.30pm. Great service. Just remember, the traffic on the return bus is hectic!

This company is so greedy. They overbooked the last bus going to the mall by 2 seats. A family of 4 therefore couldn’t fit. The company refused to reimburse the family a 4 for all 4 tickets, only 2. Made the whole bus wait 40 minutes before departing. The issue was only resolved because 2 very nice people gave up their seats for the family in exchange for a reimbursement. Who knows how long the company would have made us wait because they wouldn’t reimburse 2 extra tickets…

I’ve used this service for two trips to woodbury common. It’s so great. The pick-up location is really easy to get to. The bus takes an hour or an hour and a half (depending on traffic). Pickup is also really easy too. We had a really friendly driver. Bud seems to be packed all the time so you need to book ahead.

Excellent service. Easy pick up and drop off. Both on time. Mr George was our return driver and he was great, made good time, smooth driving and was generally just a nice guy (with some good banter). Highly recommend these buses 👍

Clean, comfortable bus, professional and pleasant driver and bus operator, punctual and easy to get to (location much preferred to Penn Station). Overall, a most easy and pleasant ride both ways. Hope they can run some specials, i.e., discounted trips, once in a while.
