Tours
failed
to
provide
the
tour
they
sold
my
group
and
I.
A
representative
called
the
day
before
to
see
if
we
could
change
our
tour
time
from
2pm
to
10am.
That
was
not
something
we
were
able
to
swing
last
minute
with
our
packed
itinerary.
I
was
told
she
would
check
on
whether
or
not
they
could
stick
with
the
purchased
time
and
would
let
me
know.
The
next
day
I
texted
to
reconfirm
with
the
rep
about
the
tour.
Five
minutes
later
I
received
a
separate
text
confirming
the
tour
with
the
arrival
instructions
etc.
We
went
to
the
tour
spot
and
no
guide
ever
showed.
Now
it
turns
out
I
missed
a
VM
the
night
before
from
the
rep
saying
they
would
not
be
able
to
give
the
tour
time
they
sold
us.
It
came
in
while
I
was
in
transit
and
I'll
take
the
hit
for
that.
The
confirmation
text
was
apparently
automated.
None
the
less,
we
were
left
at
the
meeting
place
empty
handed
with
unclear
communication.
I
was
told
we
would
be
refunded,
however
here
we
are
several
weeks
later
and
I'm
having
to
follow
up
with
them
to
do
the
right
thing.
I
don't
know
how
it's
right
to
sell
a
tour
time
you
have
no
intent
on
operating.
It
was
very
shady
that
it
seemed
they
would
consolidate
their
bookings
into
more
efficient
times
for
them,
despite
what
the
customer
bought
and
planned
for.
