The
food
quality
is
sometimes
good
and
sometimes
not
so
good.
The
service
is
sometimes
good
and
sometimes
not
so
good.
However,
don’t
be
fooled
be
the
owner’s
initial
courtesy
and
seemingly
“friendliness”.
When
you
are
a
new
customer,
he
treats
you
well
and
with
respect.
He
comes
to
your
table
and
asks
how
good
the
food
and
service
are
and
he
chats
with
you
in
a
respectful
way,
but
he’s
just
pretending.
He
is
not
genuine,
and
he
is
a
mean
person
with
an
attitude.
Once
you
become
a
regular
customer,
they
take
you
for
granted
and
their
real
carelessness
and
arrogance
emerge.
I
have
seen
the
owner
sitting
behind
the
counter
taking
take-out
orders
and
making
mistakes
and
when
the
customer
tells
him
that
the
order
is/was
not
right,
he
responds
back
with
an
attitude
as
though
he
is
always
right.
I
have
seen
the
owner
sitting
behind
the
counter
and
treating
his
staff
like
a
“piece
of
…
“
and
talking
to
them
as
though
they
are
his
slaves.
I
think
you
can
find
better
Indian
restaurants
and
better
places
to
have
Indian
food.
