Highly recommend this place if nicely cooked meat is your jam. Salad bar is also good, and the cocktails were great (we had a Manhattan and an Old Fashioned, and I'm factoring these in to the price per person). Yes, it's somewhat pricey, but I thought the value for what you get was actually quite good. They were constantly coming around with freshly cooked items of good variety. Will definitely go back.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The ambiance was beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. During Restaurant Week, they offered a $60 dinner with an Unlimited Salad bar featuring delicious options. The variety of meats cooked to your preference kept coming as long as your card was green. The choice between Tiramisu and Keylime Pie for dessert was a delightful ending. While drinks weren't included, they were excellent and reasonably priced. The only downside was that they only allowed the dessert to go, which felt wasteful. Overall, I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

All you can eat Brazilian steak house, the meats were delicious and the salad bar has a good variety to choose from. You also get sides included which are also unlimited. Service was great and the restaurant has a nice interior.

It is amazing to find such a big and fun place in Time Square area. Great caipirinhas and good selections at the salad bar. Sushi is not that good here, but who cares. The place was definitely not cheap on the meats. They came out very fast, all types. The servers are all good here. Wonderful experience!

***** I am changing to 2 stars (original review below) because the manager came by the table as we were paying our bill. He apologized for the bad service and adjusted our bill to remove the drink refills and half of the desserts. He also apologized for his server (who was rude when we expressed our concerns) and the lack of transparency about the pricing and gratuity. The manager, Leo, was really apologetic, very sincere, and sent us away with $100 gift card as an invite to come again to give this place another try. I feel like anytime a manager steps up to address concerns, it's a positive reflection on the business. For that reason, I have changed my reveiw from 1 star to 2 stars for good management and for acting in good faith to make things right. Thank you, Leo! Please beware if you go to this restaurant. Ask questions. There are no prices anywhere. I really feel that this restaurant should put a menu on the table with pricing and what is included/excluded to set proper expectations up front. ***** ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm so sad to say that this place is a giant disappointment and a scam. They do not tell you the prices. They do not tell you what is included in the price. We had reservations at 8pm, but we still had to wait a while to be seated. The live music is lovely. The food is NOT GOOD and so OVERPRICED. Be careful! They nickel and dime you for every little thing!!! They charge you full price for all drink refills. Meat and salad bar cost $80 per person and do not include dessert, which they do not tell you! The meat is dry and not seasoned well. Very bland. The brisket was the only good meat offering and it was tasty and flavorful. The prime, filet, ribeye, and sirloin were so dry and bland. The salad bar is underwhelming. The selections are subpar at best. The worst part of the experience was the service. Our server rarely visited the table, only took drink orders for part of the table (I was at the salad bar and she never circled back) so I wasn't ever able to order my drink. I finally gave up. We also sat after we were done eating for a long while before having to flag someone down to ask for the dessert cart because we had been told it was included initially. The desserts were pretty good but not included in the price. This was THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY! I am in shock that their pricing is not disclosed up front and what is/is not included is also not disclosed. They also automatically add in gratuity but then have a note on the bill stating gratuity is not included and have a place to fill it in. Be careful!! This is so scammy. I'm giving 1 star because the place is pretty and the location is convenient. But save your money... there is WAY better food in this city to enjoy.

The meats were excellent! That's what you corn here for! The salad bar had a wide selection and was fresh. It was decent but some of the non-leafy green items were not super flavorable. The wine list was decent and priced well for NYC in my opinion. Great spot a little away from the standard chains near Times Square. Definitely worth the short walk.

Fantastic Brazilian style steak house in the theater district. The service was fantastic and the meal was just as impressive. Even my Brazilian wife was impressed with all the meats and authentic Brazilian sides. Sure spoke more Portuguese during the meal with the servers and staff than English. They topped the meal off with a gratis slice of birthday cake which was accompanied by dinner very delicious dark and rich coffee. Bring your appetite.. and maybe fast for a few days before you visit..

Had a great Sunday lunch here! Food at buffet area was great, and of course all the meats we had were delicious. Top sirloin was our favorite, very juicy and tender! Servers were very nice as well. About half of the tables were free, so it didn’t feel too busy, which was nice. There were many family with kids too. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to go back again sometimes.

The food is pretty good. The meat selection is good and the buffet is solid. While there isn’t a huge variety in foods there is multiple types of meat like lamb, chicken and beefs that make it worth a visit. Make sure to come hungry because it’s buffet style.

Upscale churrasqueria in the Theater District. Great value and excellent service. We were a group of 11 with one with mobility issues. We had paid out check already but we were allowed to stay on and just have coffee as an accommodation to our lunch companion who needed to kill time. Thank you Plataforma for the wonderful lunch experience

This Brazilian-style grill all-you-can-eat restaurant was a marvelous experience. When my boss and her associates, including myself, went in, we were awed by the splendor of the restaurant. Carpeted floors, well-engineered lighting, flat screen TV’s, a performance studio, a bar section for winery and beers, and a buffet kitchen for visitors to dine. It is best to make reservations via the hostess and the receptionists who warmly greeted us in. The first procedure is to go to the buffet section and fill your porcelain plate with veggies, pastas, rice, and seafood. As you sit, there is a red symbol given to all customers. Flipping it red will notify the waiters to continue circulating. Flipping it green will give waiters the signal to service you. You can also signal with your hand. Certain waiters deliver prominently grilled meats of all kinds, from chicken, beef, lamb and pork in varying preparations, from medium rare to well-done. The whole restaurant is elegantly decorated, and the staff are well-represented and dressed in class. They are friendly and will supply the type of meats you desire for your lunch or dinner in due time.

The food was one of the best I've had in any Brazilian churrascaria so far, I would say is better than the competition. Price is fair for what they offer, the service was also great with extra help and tips for best cuts. I will be back soon...

More like a 3.5 🌟 We dined here 16 Sept’22 It was not bad, but I was slightly disappointed in the overall experience. The meal itself had both hits and misses. I tried to taste each of the meats (except the lamb) and all had good flavour, except the chicken, to me something tasted off and the bacon wrapped filet was just too rare. The short rib was all one temperature, well done. It was all pre sliced, very tender, and had nice flavour. The ribeye kind of lacked. The picanha was very tasty. The appetisers we wanted to try all so if we came back we would know what we liked and did not. It was also a 50/50 split. We read a lot of people were disappointed in the salad bar. If you compare it to Fogo yes, you might be dissatisfied. But you are not dining at Fogo. The salad bar here has quite a few tasty items on it as well. I was disappointed the most in service. Our main waiter seemed good (at first - he kind of forgot about us afterwards until the check came) but everyone else just did not smile from the moment we arrived and left. I also accidentally spilt my pomegranate martini and we called for the closest available waiter to bring additional napkins. He brought one, yes, just one extra napkin over. I was wearing a white dress. No little bit of club soda or extra water or extra napkins to help with getting the stain out. Or changing the table cloth (since our appetisers etc had not arrived yet) We just took napkins from another tables and covered the wet tablecloth ourself. I think staff members were more focused on the 3 birthday parties going on Friday night than our table. Would we come back here? If we were craving Brazilian and in the neighbourhood yes. But we would not go out of our way after an overall unfriendly experience, and a hit/miss meal. The hits were really good though! I forgot to take pictures of the meat :)

A big thanks the wait staff and the cooks for an amazing dinner Saturday night. Angel was tremendous. He was actually with us last year out on the main floor and loved him. He was attentive, friendly and made sure everything ran smoothly. We were very happy with the private room (21 people). The U shaped tables were a great idea. People could move around, eat, talk and having a fun time. There were a few instances when it was hard to hear with how loud our crowd was! The food was overall, excellent. However, my wife's salmon was undercooked. Otherwise, everyone was very happy with the meats, sides and dessert. My wife and I enjoyed the creme brulee. Attached is a photo of all of us. We had people fly in from Colorado and Chicago just for this annual Rutgers friends meetup. Your restaurant helped make memories for a lifetime

Went there for a work event, so I can't speak to the prices as I have no idea what they were, but everything I ate was quite delicious, as were the drinks. Lovely all-you-can-eat experience where they slice the meat right onto your plate for you.

Excellent service! Great meats and delicious desserts. Yes, it is expensive ($100+ / person) but does not disappoint. If you want an upscale dining experience with a variety of well-cooked and fresh meats, and are willing to pay for it, then this spot should be on your list.

Fantastic Brazilian food with the rodizio system, which is very cool. Make sure you reserve in advance as the place is super crowded! The quality of the food is great and there is a good variety of meats, cuts, desserts and salads. Their personnel was attentive and cool. The buffet is pricey though at $75 per person.

Excellent service & food 🥰 all the staff were extremely thoughtful and attentive. Delicious steak and caipirinhas. We were able to get to our Broadway show on time thanks to our amazing server Jon! Lovely experience! Highly recommend.

We had a reservation for thanksgiving 2023 and it was a lovely experience. There was a live band playing when we arrived. The servers are very quick and keep the meats coming. Dinner was so good we ended up coming back a few days later. One of the hosts was John, he provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend this establishment if you enjoy Brazilian steakhouses.

We just dropped over $250 at this restaurant and I am fuming! Service was sub par we didn't see our waiter for about 30 minutes. It seemed he was more interested in talking to the bartender than waiting the table. I finally had to get the drinks lady to get the check. The food was absolutely horrible we had a couple of steaks and we just stopped eating, the chicken was flavorless and dry. For the amount they charge, you would think the quality would be a lot better. We have been to multiple Brazilian steakhouses and none have been as horrible as this place. I would never recommend. Spend your money where you will get good quality food. .99c pizza is better than this place!! Update 11/23/2023 I emailed the restaurant with my concerns the next day and no response. At this point it is what it is, I was the idiot that spent the money there. Now this is going to serve as a public service announcement. Please don't waste your money. Spend it elsewhere.

One of the things I liked the most was that they made the feijão tropeiro on the spot, it came warm and reminded me of home (BH). The meat is definitely delicious! The coalho cheese is to die for, perfect! And I have to say that the heart of palm made me go to heaven! The service was spectacular, all the people were super friendly (they don't even seem to be Brazilians in NY hahaha). I've been to Fogo de Chão. and without a doubt the Platform has become my new point! Do you know what I wanted? The good old Malzebier (which is not the bitter Xingu), who knows, maybe you can insert it in the menu? I really enjoyed it and will be back!

The wait staff was awesome. The food was alright. I liked the salad bar, had to ask staff for type of dressing because it was not labeled. When the meat was coming around, although I was asked level of doneness I wanted. Most often times I didn't get it because while the were carving a piece it wasn't what I wanted so I made due. I got an order of white rice with black beans. The rice was very dry, like it was sitting there for a while. I left the side dishes alone.

I stumbled onto the restaurant because I was staying at The Belvedere (attached). Food was excellent. Salad bar included things such as sushi, blanched asparagus, caprese salad. The meat selection was excellent; the only one I was disappointed in was the lamb - it was quite tough and gamy - and I love lamb! I would definitely go back. It's similar to Fogo de Chao, for reference. I would definitely go back.

Amazing food. From the salad bar to the meat. Edmundo helped me with drinks and dessert and was very nice and attentive. Discounted parking too. Best place to eat in the city.

We were tricked into coming here with the high amount of ratings. Note to self to read more in detail especially around price. This place is completely overpriced for the value of the food and service you get. Service was good for the first 10mins and the gentlemen preparing cocktails at the table was very kind. After this, it went downhill to the point where they just didn’t respond and walked away when I had questions resulting in the manager having to come out. There was no transparency on costs nor apparent discount options for youngsters etc all of which they had plenty of opportunity to tell us about as we were sat at a table in a completely empty restaurant. This is a tourist trap. Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else. This restaurant needs a visit from Gordan Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares. Unfortunate as Brazilian BBQ usually is a family favorite. I do hope they prioritize quality and customer service and less and exploiting customer wallet. If I could give 0 stars to food and service I would have.
