My Family & I visited Red Lobster twice during our vacation! We found it to have most flavorful food out of all of the restaurants we visited. We did have an issue w/hair in an order (Which is why ALL employees in food service should be required to cover their hair!) Management was very apologetic & fixed the issue right away which was appreciated. Other than that the food, drinks & overall service were good.

Friendly service, pleasant atmosphere and interior, good New England clam chowder as a starter, ultimate feast extraordinary delicious (comes with snow crab, shrimps in garlic oil, fried shrimps and of course, a lobster tail), two sides like mashed potatoes and broccoli are included. Overall, a perfect lunch for a good price, looking forward to coming back soon

Have been going here for years but lately I’ve been noticing a decline in the quality in their food. Got milkshakes with my friends and their smores and cookie dough ones had banana chunks in it ??? 11$ milkshake that must have been made incorrectly :(

We thought we’d grab a quick bite because everyone has been talking about NOT going to Red Lobster on date night. I would say that the quality of food has declined drastically. The cheddar biscuits are still pretty good but everything else was TRASH! One dish had to be sent back because it was so cold. Definitely a waste of money. They were also severely understaffed and someone who seemed like the manager was berating our serve because a customer walked without paying. Our server was fantastic considering the circumstances.

Food and service was absolutely amazing! The menu is a bit different from what I remember, so be ready for some changes. But I guess it's to be expected due to covid/seasonal menu changes. However everything we ordered was well worth it! Definitely recommend trying it once and will definitely be a returning customer.

All vegan diner! I do wanna try other items, but my chicken and waffles were just okay, the batter on the outside of the chicken wasn't super crispy, it was a little too salt and pepper reliant. Would have been better with half the thickness of chicken too, it wasn't good enough to have a big thick block of it like that. The waffles were fine but had a slightly odd aftertaste, and they also weren't crispy. The mozzarella sticks grew on me as I ate them, although the chewy stretchy texture of the mozzarella wasn't there at all. I'd recommend they make the sticks skinnier to increase the batter to cheese ratio, because it's really the outside that shines, and the vegan cheese isn't quite ready to be the star of the dish yet, even though it's not bad at all. Maybe even rename the dish to just 'cheesy sticks' or something so that you aren't comparing it to the chewy/ stretchy texture of mozzarella.

We got there, seated immediately, server was friendly. Food came out quickly. Got the biscuits fast and left full. Food was OK. My daughter wanted to come here and she enjoyed every bite and that was the main point. (5 stars on her end) my noodles were kinda hard but not inedible. I would go back, I would just order something different.

I loved every single detail of that place during my short stay in the US: food, staff, service, and the atmosphere. Taking a free photo of you is a good idea, and also, selling a bigger photo of you is a clever idea 😎 and a good memory, too. Prices are really reasonable for the cuisine and the location. For me it is unbelievable that a restaurant located in one of the most visited spots in the world does not accept electronic credit cards using Google Wallet or Apple Pay. I would like to say that it was the only way I could pay the bill, and then I would want to see how they would manage. To me, it seems more like laziness on the part of management and servers to bring the equipment to the customer's table than anything else.

My server was Temple! He’s very attentive, professional, and a great asset to Red Lobster. He’s the type of employee, who makes the customers want to return to this restaurant. Prices are equated to the quality of the food you get. Environment? Phenomenal! It doesn’t get any better than that… it’s Times Square!!!

I personally liked it a lot. The Salmon (see photo) was great, unfortunately my partner didn't like the sushi package. He said it was too salty.

Our waitress was very attentive. The food was delicious too and the beer very cold. I had the daily special of steak and lobster and the fish and chips. Both very good.

Our food came SUPER quick and everything tasted so delicious!! I was shocked because it was the weekend & I expected them to be busy but it didnt disappoint. Everything tasted impeccable ! We got the NY steak, coconut shrimp starter and the lobster pasta. Absolutely delicious!

Wow, amazing concept. I'm from the north country and there is nothing like this up there. I had the Mac n cheese bowl, kinda spicy. The people at the next table had the Philly cheese steak, that's what I'll get next time! Had to wait 35 minutes for a table on Sunday at 3pm. Very popular place.

For our first visit we truly were impressed. The customer service was amazing, our server was so helpful and polite. Even though she was run off her feet she was very attentive. The food we ordered was full of flavour and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the bathroom area did not live up to good hygienic standard.

Super friendly staff! Tasty food. I’ll recommend the salmon and the lobster tail. The shrimp cocktail it’s also really good. Big portions and fair prices.

The food was pretty good for a generic fast food restaurant. It also came out in a very timely manner. Our server Azariam was absolutely delightful. Very warm and attentive. The only thing is the carpet smelt so horrible. As soon as we sat down the scent was so strong. We had to endure A musty constantly wet from spills that uncleaned and let to dry scent for the duration of our time.

What you think of this place, surprisingly it's what you get. All the food tasted amazing, the cocktails weren't good and it was a bit pricey that's what I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But definitely worth a visit!

So I haven’t been to a chain restaurant in YEARS because I live in NYC there is no reason for me to go to one but I went for the Tuesday crab legs special for $28.00+ special and to see if this was a good place to take a person on a 1st date..in my opinion I would NOT take someone here as a 1st date but if y’all are dating already it’s a Kool place. I spent $56+ on myself alone. I could get Better tasting food than this…my server was really nice though!!! I sat in the bar area because I was alone .. Now the food…everything needs to be SEASONED. The food got 3 stars because I wish I bought my old bay even the garlic butter was bland..the crab legs needed seasoning. Imma go back bring my own ole bay and see if it’s worth it again . The drink was really strong it was the casamigos margarita!

A friend suggested this place for dinner, which was a pleasant surprise. We did not make a reservation and got a table pretty fast. They were having a "Lobsterfeast," and the waitress said the plate served for this occasion was for one person, but look at the picture. It was huge! I shared it with my husband. We also ordered appetizers. Make sure to try the biscuits served as a complimentary side. It's expensive, but well, if you are eating lobster, it's always costly. I live in Massachusetts, and you can find better lobster places, but considering this is located at one of the busiest places in the world, the service and food were good.

Oh, man. Loved the food. We just walked in there on Sunday evening, and immediately got the seats. The food may take 15-20 to arrive at the table but the food was delicious. Enjoyed the evening with family and great food. I definitely recommend it.

Jase was our waiter and he gave us fabulous service. Our meal was delicious. What really made it 5 stars was the time and attention Jase took to give us directions and told us which subway to get on to get to the next place we were going. It was our first time in NYC. Thank you Jase 😊 ♥️

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly but the tip is included in your bill and the amount isn’t your choice. I went around 6:00 so they were a little busy but the service was alright. The theme of the restaurant is great for people that are on a date but I’ve been to red lobster’s that had a sea theme and in my opinion that looked better. The price of the food is not bad depending on what you get but the tip they want is included in your bill no matter how many people you’re with. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless there’s no other place nearby that you would eat at.

My score is 5 out of 10. And only thanks to cocktails. That it's in a carpentry shop and a mango. A dish of salmon, shrimp and lobster was about not good and not cooked properly. The lobster tail was dry and bitter.The salmon fillet falls apart from overcooking, a tasteless shrimp skewer. From toppings I took broccoli which was like porridge and French fries with prominent marks of burnt oil. In short it was my first and last visit to the Red Lobster Network I had been waiting for so long...

The food was great and the waitress he was really nice and attentive and polite the place is clean an service good , the only thing is really hot in the 3 floor need more air cooler so we can be comfortable please , thank you 😊

The initial impression was not the best, the host at the desk as you enter was rude, unresponsive and definitely doesn’t want to be there. But once you pass that, everything was amazing, great service, amazing, fresh food (on the salty side, but they did warn you on the menu), and the price is reasonable! Also, we loved our mojito!! Will definitely come back again!

We always have a great experience here. On Tuesday 12/28 evening around 8pm we had Jamal as our waitor. Jamal is great. Very friendly and great service. Food is always delicious!! Donna is also great and friendly service . We have always had a wonderful experience when dining here. We been here about 4 times since July and we are always happy. Thank you for hiring people that actually care to make customers enjoy the experience of dining here. Would recommend 100%

Overpriced but decent food

The food out here is quite good. This place will satisfy all hard-core seafood lovers. If you are in love with clams and lobsters, this place is for you. Otherwise, I would suggest going to Cheesecake Factory or any diner since they have a large variety of foods. Overall, this place is pretty great for a lower budget hangout spot.

Lovely service. Wait time was quite reasonable. Clean surroundings and excellent food. Our attendant was worth every bit of his tip! Covid19 protocols in place. Very impressed!

Our first time in a Red Lobster and I was incredibly impressed. The food and service were both superb. The dining environment is so relaxed and luxurious you would never think you are right above Times Square. Alexa looked after us very attentively and answered our questions well. Food arrived in good time and all of our dishes were very tasty. Highly recommended!

First experience of Red Lobster and wasn't disappointed. We shared a dish and got extra sides, yet it was still too much for the both of us, would recommend coming with a long stomach next time. Full flavours and so much to choose from. The Bahama Mamas were amazing too

Visited Red Lobster based on popular positive feedbacks online. Friendly staff at the door, we got our table ticket and were led to follow the lift upstairs. Received by another friendly staff upstairs who led us to our table. It was cosy, beautiful ambience with some smooth songs playing in the background. Our server was Angelica, smiling, and happy to serve. She guided us and gave some nice suggestions, being our first time. Lovely starters. Refillable soft drinks with ice! The food was good and a huge portion. We loved everything except that Hubby's shrimps(King Prawns) were a bit salty. I love spicy food but a bit disappointed my Shrimp Linguini Alfredo was not spicy at all. I was given some cajun pepper that didn't go nicely with my meal either. However, kids enjoyed their burger which I'm grateful for (cause they don't like seafood of any kind). Will be trying something different next time as they have loads on the menu but spoilt for choice!

I have gotten take out here a few times and it is delicious. They were late when I scheduled a pickup time. The food is good and the family meal deals are pretty affordable. I like the rewards program and I just got free muscles as part of it.

We had a nice quiet dinner here. We were waiting to be seating for about 5 minutes, no one in sight. When we sat down our waitress was very nice. The food came out pretty fast and was decent for what it was. The seating area is pretty dark but that seems to be a red lobster theme. If youre a red lobster fan definitely come here but real foodies know this isn’t where you come for the good stuff.

This place says they are open but they took my money online and they are closed! I came from NJ for my order, which I paid for on their website. I listened to their voicemail and the website which directed me to order online. I called them multiple times but no one answered. When I arrived to the restaurant 20 minutes after I ordered and paid, the restaurant was closed! I called the restaurant over and ovrr again. And tried knocking on the silver gate. Online and on the phone this placd says they are open, BUT THEY STOLE MY MONEY FOR MY ORDERED FOOD WORTH $50! AND THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS CLOSED! I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM NJ. I HAD TO FILE claim with my bank and go thru so much hassle. This resteraunt shouldn't be taking orders and taking peoples money if they are closed!

All vegan diner? Pinch me. I can't come to Brooklyn without stopping here. I've had so many things from the menu and every single one is amazingly flavorful, fresh, and well prepared. The service is great and staff is super friendly. There are waits at times and it's a little cramped inside but it's Brooklyn so that's understandable. Street parking is easy to find after 6pm even on weekends.

The place is nice and the food, which is vegan, is really good. I tried the mozzarella fingers and one burger with mushrooms, artichoke and spinach dipping (includes fries). Both delicious. The only drawback is the price: 40$!!! No sides, no drinks, no dessert. Way too expensive even for NYC.

I've been following this place on Instagram for months and recently moved closer and have finally been able to try this place. It was hard to find at first. No good signage but once we found it we were happy! I had the biscuits and gravy for breakfast and my girlfriend had the chicken and waffles. Mine was pretty salty but still very yummy and hers was delicious. It was early so we had breakfast only. I would love to try this place for lunch. 👌🏽 Loved the atmosphere too!

Let me start by saying I used to eat here almost every day! Love the food but the staff hosts you guys been having lately are so rude! Please get rid of your staff. No manners!! I have been really wanting to try this vegan diner so while in Brooklyn I was determined to give it a try. The restaurant didn't open until 12pm so decided to order online at about 11:15am. I ordered the BLT and vegan milkshake with oreos. It came to about $22. On the website it said it will be ready by 12:15. When I got there it was about 11:55 and it looked empty. At about 12:05 I seen movement and a line of people start to arrive. I got out my car, which I illegally parked becauae of no parking, and waited. Asked the girl how long it would take and she said 15 to 20 mins. I waited about 30 mins or so which was annoying. My food finally came out and I left. As I was driving home I started to drink the milkshake and this is the main reason I am giving the restaurant 4 stars. It was sooooo good. The best vegan shake I have ever had. When I got home I ate the sandwich and it wasn't bad at all. I would try something different next time.

Good food

Champs lives up to the hype! I had the Reuben sandwich and it was by far the most authentic Reuben I have ever had. From the rye bread to the chopped seitan to the cheez, dressing and sauerkraut it was all delicious. The mozzarella sticks are a must if you visit Champs. My friend had the bacon cheeseburger and it was grilled to perfection. The cookie dough sundae was as good as it looks. And the service was too notch and friendly. Also very quick. The dining area is not big but we ate there on a Thursday night around 9:00 pm and had no wait time.

Was totally busy at 4PM on a saturday seems like they run on through from brunch to dinner. Food was killer though my 4 year old thought it was a little loud for him. Other kids there, that was good generally. I got the 'Cheese' 'Steak' since it is vegan is it similar to both but not either. But I think better in a way. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, but I found many many of good options.

Best vegan place I've been to, and I've been to a few. I had the Caesar salad and the BBQ ribs and I was especially impressed with the ribs, how do you even pull that off?!

The food isn't what it used to be, I believe the pandemic has had a negative affect to the quality of the food. It's not only this specific site that has lost its food quality, it's many different restaurants that have become like this in these current times. Prices have increased over time as well. Despite these shortcoming we did still enjoy our food and I eagerly give 5/max stars because of the service we received. Our waitress named Donna was very accommodating, made an amazing impression and would make anyone want to regularly eat at this specific Red Lobster. Donna's hospitality and attitude goes a long way in making a normal lunch/dinner into a happy memorable experience worth returning for.

I had the chili, and Cubano sandwich. The chili was good but it was not actual chili more like tortilla soup. The Cubano was not pleasant to the palette and the textures were off. I sampled the Nashville chicken it was nice.

Stopped here on my way back to the airport. I just knew I had to have Champs Diner before I headed home. Everything here at Champs is delicious. I couldn’t even finish half of my burger. I wish I ordered something smaller hahaha so I could have more room to try more food from Champs menu. I will definitely come back here again.

The food is good and I frequently crave their oreo milkshake, but all the wait staff are nasty. I usually dont care too much when any customer service workers are dry or cold, but the people here are flat out disgusting. Just a collection of all the rudest people they can find in the same high waisted cut off shorts.

Be prepared to pay a premium. Very overpriced for the value and food. Lots of options. Friendly staff. Classic American diner style with booths and black and white tiles. The interior was excellent. The food sometimes takes a bit to come out. They do have a name to back them, allowing them to charge a premium. $11 for a “Sausage Egg & Cheese” is wild. They have slices of cake for $7, kinda crazy.
