Very nice range of products! We ordered the meat combo with ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. The server also recommended the BBQ chicken, which was also amazing! The price for all the food were very reasonable! It would definitely be the place I would visit whenever I am around that area!

After having been to the Original Dinosaur BBQ in Syracuse & Rochester the atmosphere is not as cool & eclectic. Same goes for Buffalo, Troy, Newark NJ. The buildings they find & history of them are great & you will find similar paintings in each one. The food is always good & fresh. No matter where you travel, you know it's a good meal. Always worth a stop.

I've had their sauces in the bottle and was always a big fan. Didn't even know they had a restaurant in the city until recently and I'm glad I went. Super filling for the price. The wings were delicious. Everything was, really! Not exactly the healthiest or most nutritious meal - maybe hold off on the sodium to compensate for this - but dang tasty. Very good service as well.

My daughter and I took my closest friend here , because he wanted to go here for his birthday. We very much enjoyed ourselves here. I had salmon, which was wonderful, the macaroni & cheese wasn't nice at all. It was prepared with disappointment. Overall we still had a damn good time. And will probably go again , the smoked wings were fabulous.

I enjoyed the vibe an atmosphere of this place so much I’m gonna make this a weekly thing. 🕺🏾 My waitress Johnee was AMAZING!!! She gave honest recommendations and was also super helping with letting us sample sides we wasn’t to sure about ordering. The last time I’ve had Fried Green Tomatoes that good was in Louisiana I highly recommend ordering them. DONT ORDER THE JERK SALMON!!! Everything else is good tho the drinks the baked beans the Mac & Cheese. Looking forward to exploring more of the menu in my future visits.

A "down to earth" menu featuring burgers, smoked meat, ribs, homemade sides, and more. The ribs stand out, with a single recipe but the choice of a full rack or smaller portions. We opted for the two-person option with full rack and four garnishes of our choice. Fries and mac&cheese on the side were great. Quick and friendly service; ribs arrived within 15 minutes after ordering. However, minus for cleanliness of cutlery and sauce bottles on the table. Btw, this place has a unique history behind its creation, as it was founded by a motorbike rider last century when they weren't welcomed in other diners. At least that's what they say :)

I’ve been going to dinosaurs when they were at their other location in Harlem. Great atmosphere great food great service. I would highly recommend reserving a table because they tend to stay pretty busy. Never order your burger well done, medium is the way to go. Also, the mac & cheese is delicious, French fries aren’t bad either.

They mean it when they say spicy on some dishes. The food is ok. The brisket is tender and tasty. Not a fan of the sides. Peanut butter pie for dessert is a no brainer. The service is outstanding and will cure a lot of ills.

Have been going to Dinosaur BBQ for years, both in Rochester and Harlem. Each location’s menu is slightly different but very tasty. I recommend the ribs and pulled pork combo with Mac and cheese and garden salad as your sides. Wango Tango is my bbq sauce of choice, it has a little kick to it. Definitely have to order the wings with their homemade blue cheese sauce and their deviled eggs. I never liked deviled eggs before having theirs, something about the creole seasoning hits the spot. I can never choose between white lightning and donkey punch so I always split both, but they are strong pours so be warned!

Don't order the papaya salad. It taste like wet stockings. Also, don't order the Thai ice tea. Taste like Lipton Ice Tea has a baby with some coffee dregs. Do order the basil fried rice, with shrimp. We're it not for that and the Lychee Martini, this would be a 2 Star review. Do order the lychee martini. It's 5 star delicious.

Very cozy restaurant with great southern cuisine. The service staff here were super friendly! I'm normally not a fan of green tomatoes but I gave it a shot over here and they were easily my favorite appetizer. The ribs fell off the bone with no effort, brisket had a bold BBQ flavor which is better accompanied with the habanero BBQ sauce. The only issue is that Dinosaur BBQ is a bit out there and you might have to go out of your way to get here. I would come by here again for special occasions.

Dinosaur BBQ is a cute spot to stop in for some good BBQ food. Family-oriented restaurant and good for date nights as well. Hostess and wait staff are very friendly and nice. Drinks were spot on, the appetizers were yummy and the entrees were really good. I had to take a doggy bag because I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. All in all, I'll be a returning costumer.

Pork and brisket plates were extremely tasty, and portions were generous. As far as the sides go, both the mac and cheese and beans were excellent. Very good drinks menu with lots of choices as well. Prices were fair. Great atmosphere, and great service. I won’t say it’s as good as the barbecue joints in the south but it’s pretty darn close and the best you can get in Manhattan for sure. Super happy to have found this place, it’s epic, and I will be going back as often as I can.

The food & drinks was amazing, we had an hour and half wait time (if was Father's day, so it was expected) once we got called they sat us right away. We had a table by the window. I would recommend the devil egss and the honey bbq wings for the starters. They ribs was so good, nice and smoked with that char on the outside. The inside was so tender and juicy, it fell right off the bone.

Top notch BBQ! I have gone here many times and it’s always amazing. The brisket is the best I’ve had. Chicken wings are smoked and finished on the grill, a must try. The fries are some of the best you can find and consistently perfect. I’ve had about everything on the menu and it’s all delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Unexpectedly good BBQ in NYC. The ribs were falling off the bone. The brisket was moist and tasty. The hot link was spicy but not overly so. The mac & cheese was a hit with the kids. The drinks were tasty as well. The only fault would be they over sat our waitress. She had a table of 6 plus two tables of 3. After taking our order she was given a table of 8 a table of 10 and 2 tables of 4. That’s just too much for one waitress to manage efficiently. She did her best but no one got quick efficient service.

Must try!!! We all order something different to try a little bit of everything. Started with the fried green tomatoes which were cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce makes you want to drink it. Pulled pork and ribs were juicy! The Cuban was on point. Mac n cheese was a little different than what we’re use to but still very creamy. Baked beans are a must and the corn bread was the best corn bread I’ve had! Clean restaurant, friendly staff, and close to the Hudson River for a nice walk after you eat.

The only reason I gave a 4 and not a 5 stars because of the parking. However the food is delicious. And the price is reasonable. 3 meats and 2 sides for $23/$28... the portion size is worth it. I recommend the Brisket and Ribs. The Bartender Carlos was very entertaining and hooked up the drinks.

We are visiting from SC for the week. We ordered the sampler platters. The pulled pork and ribs were delicious! I’m not a fan of brisket, but my husband loved it. He also said the bbq fried rice was good. I want a fan of it because it had cabbage in it and no taste for me. The sweet tea was great. The Cajun potato salad was good, but I just wish that it was a little colder. Service was fantastic, but it did take our food a while to come.

Very american style diner. Amazing food, already been here three times and brought my friends here! Highly recommend the smoked brisket first and foremost, pulled pork and ribs, as well as buffalo wings are all close seconds. Amazing food and sides, the service was really friendly but it may be difficult to flag down servers. Loved this place!

Very delicious rib. We tried the sweetheart dish, and it was so much food for two! The atmosphere was cool and the people were nice. Totally recommend it! (I recommend not to get the green side though!)

So, not knowing where I’m at. I walked forever down riverside drive. From downtown to get this place I remember before they were shutdown in Chicago. I had to run in run out now trying to catch my flight with less than an hour till departure home. The sister at the check in desk was highly attentive right away. And came across to me as genuine. No conscious bias or subconscious prejudice behaviorism’s toward her customer. Food was ready before I finally made it. Plus the restaurant was busy. All I came to New York for was Gotham barbershop and Dinosaur Barbecue. On your face & knees , DIE HARD TO LIVE FREE. Jeremiah 33:3 Philippians 4:13 John 14:6 Shalom

Decent food. Sat in a booth that was a little tight for and average size person. Service was quick and friendly. Food was good, I had a half rack of ribs that were very tender that I could pull the meat off the bones using a fork. My kid had a steak that was ok (remember it's a BBQ spot not a steakhouse). Parking was difficult, no legal street parking. if you are driving here there is a parking garage around the corner but they're only cash.

It has been more than 10 years since our last visit at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que! They have the best chicken wings I ever have and was really looking forward to it again! Was really worried about the quality may have changed since.. but it was awesome! We ordered a few items but they are good but I get similar quality those BBQ items elsewhere. So at the end just decided to go with additional order chicken wings! It's a chicken wings dinner at the end.
