    I have been calling on behalf of my father who has been experiencing concerning GI symptoms. I’m a healthcare worker and it is absolutely atrocious and dangerous the way this “system” works. No one picks up the phone, no one returns calls. Essentially you can not have your concerns addressed because in order to see the doctor you need a referral. How do you get the referral if there is no to even speak with let alone schedule an appointment?? A tremendous disservice to the loyal men and women who have been working for YEARS. With this non functioning system there is sure to be more ER visits. There is nothing preventative about this care. This isn’t even care. Who is in charge ????? This is disgusting

    the receptionist are so rude, they feel as though they can talk to you anyhow. I was just explaining to the receptionist my situation and she cut me off and told me I was taking to long to tell her the situation. very rude and very disrespectful. Don’t get me wrong There are some nice nurses/doctors in there who really care but I don’t know where they find these little receptionist.

    They do terrible dentistry every single time. Do not go here, even as a last resort. Please see if your insurance can cover it, take ANYWHERE else. They are rude, provide inadequate care, and are incredibly dismissive. The employees should not work in the health care field because they do not care about the patients in the slightest and their work shows it. If you go in for dental work I can guarantee you will need more work done because they do atrocious work. I wish I could give zero stars. For years they have been terrible horrible and not nice. They treat people terribly because they know most people who come there have no other options. A total disgrace to the health profession, I hope they employ more people who actually care one day, and if they don’t, I hope one day they are shut down. Good riddance.

    Made an appointment back in May for July 19. Today I received a msg saying that my appointment was canceled. Four days before my appointment. I've waited over 6 weeks for this appointment. This place is horrible. I have never had a pleasant experience with the staff. They run the place like it's an airline. Awful. Had another appointment for Sept 24 for a deep cleaning that I made 4 months ago. The first thing the lady said was 'I don't have time to do 2 quadrants. I don't have time to give you novacaine so we're using the gel,..'- I walked away and made another appointment. They got me in on the following monday. Had an appointment today to see the periodontist. It was cancelled. This place is the worst place on the planet. Oct 1st my insurance runs out. I've waited over 4 months.

    I have been going to this place since 2009, it was good back then, then few years after that it was bad and now it is the WORST PLACE to get any service. In middle of long treatment my doctor left this place and no one took over the patients. It’s all hanging out there and make an appointment from scratch. Talking about appointment... it’s a joke takes you months and months to get one... all in the name of excuse( pandemic). The receptionist and guards are rude, bullies and act like they run this place. Before they used to have directors walking around making sure the patients were being taken care of. Now no one cares. They are forgetting that patients, the hotel members are the ones running this place. It’s better of switching your insurance to hotel ones at this point.

    I have been going to this clinic since I was 4 years old. As I've transitioned into an adult I have witnessed how the health center has progressively looked better yet their infrastructure and services reek of a rude and disorganized staff. You no longer get appointments within the same months but now you must wait ATLEAST 2-3 months. When you finally get your appointment, be prepared to stand your ground as doctors will rush you out or defer your symptoms and illnesses to covid and quick prescriptions. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE THERE, will reciprocate your kindness, the staff seems monotonal to your needs and I say this with confidence as I've gone to four different appointments in August and July and I have left feeling unsure, insecure about my prescriptions, even scared because I still have problems that are persisting despite the doctors prognosis. Look there are good people in this clinic but you have to weed them out through trial and error but when your health is on the line, the patience needed to exercise this right is thin and unwilling.

    If I could give this place a 0 I would. It feels like you are in a third world country with how bad the service is. Everyone is either lazy or rude, albeit a select few that still try their best which is only reason this center can even run. Be prepared for war if you want any type of good service.

    Since the pandemic everything changes. To call for an appointment is ridiculous they tell you to call at certain time and then they put you on hold and when they decide to pick up the slot for appointment is book already. I go through the portal and is awful. I used to like the center.

    Extremely extremely disorganized. Not exactly sure where all the recent good reviews are coming from, but it seems like the staffs and the doctors are always giving out vague answers and transferring you from places to places. MHAP never ever gets back to you regardless of the numerous attempts in calls. No one seems to know what they are doing and are just simply bsing their way to just get things over with.

    0 stars. The patient service, call center are all a joke! They need to hire professional, kind customer service agents! Leeching off of hardworking union member's money and not doing their job! Patients are calling for help and they just sit around transferring the phone from one person to another. I've been waiting for someone to help with scheduling an appointment since 8am!!! It's 3pm and they hung up on me sooo many times...

    Five stars to be sure for my first visit. I read the reviews before I came here (I have to come here because I use HTC union insurance). The reviews were bad and I was nervous to “meet bad doctors”. But it turned out that they are very good. Everyone I met knows what to do, and they did it very professionally and efficiently. They are better than some of those working in big hospitals. My eye doctor, Dr. Cho, carefully checked my eyes and explained a lot to me about my eyes. He make me feel like “ hey, I came to right place today”. I got my medicines in just few minutes today at lower copay ( I paid $12, but I used to pay $30)

    I went to Queens Health Center on Nov 18th, 2022 at 12.30 pm to see a doctor, waited 2 hrs just to see a nurse, no doctor, no response. I can’t go to the emergency because hospital cost will be not covered by Hotel Trade council insurance, you are not able to provide me doctors and you are not letting me go the the emergency department. No option, no doctor.

    Worst health center to go to. All the staff should be reevaluated, this is not city health center ; but is paid by worker from paycheck to paycheck. Better have a good attitude toward patient. Workers should have a free access to all the hospitals rather than this shady health center.

    Janine & Sunita were so kind to help me during such a stressful moment after my husbands surgery. Both were so efficient & caring with confirming his follow up appointments. I’m so grateful that they didn’t rush me & they were empathetic as well. They are a HUGE asset to the Hotel Trades Council office. I love it when I am fully assisted w/o any issues.

    The dentist at this establishment have been working on the same teeth for almost an entire year now without fixing a thing. They put temporary fillings that last a couple of weeks then they schedule you months later. I have to get the temporary filling replaced multiple times before the tooth is fixed. After the tooth is supposedly fixed it feels like a lousy job. The tooth feels weak and the filling isn’t sturdy. The last filling left my tooth feeling pain when I rinse with cold water, which it didn’t feel that way before. Today 03/07/2024 I went to replace a temporary again and I felt extreme pain as the dentist drilled the tooth. After I stop them 3 times the dentist said we’ll just continue without seeing why the location of the pain hasn’t been numbed. I had to walk out without finishing the procedure.

    I had to come here for extensive dental work after chemotherapy did a lot of damage to my teeth and I was left with a lot of cavities. The service was not the issue for me personally. The dentist left me with a big gap in between my teeth that has left me in incredible pain every time I eat something. I went back and she claimed to have fixed it but the pain has not gone away at all. I won't be coming back here even as a last resort.

    I personally love how my GYN she took care of me when I first got to know that I am pregnant till now(My daughter is almost 6months) she is really good I would like to recommend if anyone is looking for GYN in queens health center. Thank you for your everything dr. I will never forget your kindness.

    My experience was great and Josephine was able to squeeze me in and was so accommodating when I came to the wrong eye clinic by mistake.. Dr O. was great and very thorough and I can't wait for my next visit.

    My favorite center to go is definitely Queens! I’m always treated like family, my kids issues and concern are always their priority. Alin, Diane, Sunita and Janine are definitely wonderful! Ask for them for any assistance or concerns! Go Queens Health Center!

    The one star goes to some of the workers that actually care. The rest you will be surprise on how awful they are. And I have stories . There is one person however that sets the bar her name is A** . Even people at my job says the same thing. I have personally dealt with this lady multiple times and I always try to be kind but she is one bad and vindictive person. I tried to leave a voicemail with medical director and never received a call back. What she did to my family shows how evil she is and shouldn't be allowed to be in the healthcare industry. The biggest problem with this clinic and the other ones under the hotel funds is that stars and reviews is not heavily looked at because these clinics are private for Hotel Union workers. So its not like someone researching for a good health clinic can just come here. And also the hotels employees have no other healthcare options. On the bright side I see that the clinics is trying to utlize more modern application like Happy Healthy me, and other useful portals that is aimed to be patient service friendly. This can be a great clinic , its always clean and close to the city. But they need a completely new training for its staff members in order for it to be effective.

    I’m always welcome on this place, it’s normal sometimes you have to wait a little bit and is understandable. I think that the complainers we se here are the same people that don’t want to work and they’re miserable and mostly they don’t appreciate anything, so ignore them all they want is attention like a child.

    Literally the worst place to go to. I went in for my yearly physical & Dr. Kim literally jammed her ear piece into my ear and it hurt so bad. I then went to the lab 30 mins before my APPOINTMENT and waited for two hours. What was the point of making me wait on line for 20 minutes to make the appointment if they see people on a first come first serve basis? And why not tell me that??? The lady at the front desk was so rude and acted like it wasnt her JOB to answer my questions?? Like youre literally getting paid out of my pay checks to provide a service for me like why are you acting like youre doing the hardest most taxing job in the world sitting behind a computer all day. And why is my PCP in the pediatrics section? Why am I waiting for 2 hours with screaming children who are also running around. I need someone to shut this place down and our health insurance plan needs to allow for us to be able to go to other places because this is so ridiculous. How is this place even up and running. This world was a better place when they were shut down during COVID.

    Thanks to the nurse Ms.Chin Ella , Dr Rodriguez and Dr.Cruz they are all providing high quality medical care to my husband in Queens health center. I believe there professional healthcare are not only for my husband but also to all of the patients who are visiting in Queens health center. I also see there many changes like check in desk and people who are working around. Ms. Veronica is also very professional health care worker at Queens health center . My husband has health problems and she helped him for blood pressure,EKG and another health check up needed. Her professional skills made us feel so comfortable and easy going in the health center. We are very grateful to her work too!Ms. Liu

    Josefina from Eye Center she is amazing;) I was waiting for some medication. Passed by to see the Eye center . Josefina told me we are booked for the year. Give us a call back November for January OK so when I left to pick up my medication I was leaving Josephine,was l just got an opening do you want it !! I was of course!!! Amazing service!!!

    Nurse Maria Dorisca was very friendly kind and make my son comfortable. Easy to talk too. One Front desk girl(Sunita) not really helpful. I asked her but seem like I’m bothering her what she was doing.

    Sonita, the staff member, was very nice and helpful. I was checked in and out quickly and efficiently. Center was also very clean. The nutritionist is great! Looking forward to seeing her again.

    Marie Dorisca I saw her with my child who is a littler hard to handle, but she was patiently enough to give him his vaccine and calm him down. She even provides helpful information to help me with him. That’s one of the values we need in this clinic.

    Marie Dorisca She is an humble and caring person. She has been taking care of my entire family since they were born and never have I’ll feeling towards her.
