😊 ideal summer time hangout for couples and people from outer state. Plenty of restaurants in the seller/ basement. Lots of high end stores and coffee shops in the second level of the building. Safe and lots of security here in the building.

Loved the building, the offices are well maintained and view is great. The Hudson looks fantastic with ferries and a pleasant sunlight through glasses. I went a few times to my office.

A sterile place full of sterile architecture for sterile people, meant to create an air of exclusive ennui for the wealthy rather than an inclusive place meant to uplift and inspire the souls of all people.

This subway station is hardly an year old, but the escalators always break down. Mind you it’s a long way down and up, so if both escalators are broken either way then it’s a pain to get down/up. Trains take time and always halt before making to station here adding signal delays about 2-3 mins. I guess that’s by design an issue. While the staff at the ticket counter was already rude when I had enquired once for a MTA recharge machine not working.

Great place to hang out with the family but a tragedy that so many people do commit suicide that they had to close down the structure so many times now that people on it.

Me and my mom always go here to hang out and we love it! The scenery is amazing!
