frequently
at
store.A

weeks
ago
tried
to
purchase
a
few
backpacks
and
use
my
points
and
Manager
(Patrick)
told
that
I
can't
use
my
points
as
I
am
buying
a
bulk
.Cashier
explained
me
that
I
can
purchase
same
products
not
more
that
9
items
,however
I
am
not
buying
same
products
at
that
time.
Today
again
,I
am
trying
to
purchase
different
backpacks
for
kids
who's
back
to
school,during
check
out
he
came
up
and
told
that
I
can't
use
my
discount
card
that
store
issued
to
me
last
time
to
use
for
next
purchase
and
I
asked
him
why
and
he
said
I
buying
more
than
9
items
,which
I
am
agreed
but
there
were
4
different
products
.
He
said
they
all
back
packs
,my
questions
is
how
he
could
said
that
all
the
backpacks
are
the
same
,so
customers
can't
buy
more
than
9
pieces
T
shirts
or
backpacks
or
socks
whatsoever
,which
no
sense
at
all.
I
am
so
confused
what
is
the
reason
store
gave
points
and
discount
card
to
customers
and
not
able
to
use
as
we
wish.
There
were
no
sign
,no
written
notice
about
these
all
policies
and
especially
which
his
attitude
and
customer
service
level
is
terrible
and
not
acceptable
at
all
and
told
that
do
u
need
my
number
?
I
called
Cooperate
office
twice
and
spoke
with
2
agents
and
they
also
have
no
answer
and
tried
to
hold
Manager
with
no
luck.
.I
hope,
Adidas
could
solve
my
concern
once
and
for
the
rest
of
customers
who
faced
same
issue
at
this
shop.
I
would
highly
appreciated
the
rest
of
the
team
members
and
Managers
who
understood
and
helped
customers
except
Patrick
who
I
had
to
deal
with
very
unfortunate.
