The Adidas Outlet sometimes have insane deals, like 50% off, but most of the time it's 20-40% depending on your luck. Like most Adidas Outlet location, you're not going to get the most current models of shoes. When a model is available, I really do like having all the sizes available displayed so I don't have to ask anybody to "go to the back" to look for additional sizes. The store does a superb job keeping the racks neat and well organized. I rarely encounter the problem of wrong shoes placed behind the wrong display. As of 2019, Boost models have arrived, and even a modest 40% discount translates to $50+ of saving. Definitely check out this store if you're in the area.

I am Level 4 loyal customer of Adidas .I shopped very frequently at store.A few weeks ago tried to purchase a few backpacks and use my points and Manager (Patrick) told that I can't use my points as I am buying a bulk .Cashier explained me that I can purchase same products not more that 9 items ,however I am not buying same products at that time. Today again ,I am trying to purchase different backpacks for kids who's back to school,during check out he came up and told that I can't use my discount card that store issued to me last time to use for next purchase and I asked him why and he said I buying more than 9 items ,which I am agreed but there were 4 different products . He said they all back packs ,my questions is how he could said that all the backpacks are the same ,so customers can't buy more than 9 pieces T shirts or backpacks or socks whatsoever ,which no sense at all. I am so confused what is the reason store gave points and discount card to customers and not able to use as we wish. There were no sign ,no written notice about these all policies and especially which his attitude and customer service level is terrible and not acceptable at all and told that do u need my number ? I called Cooperate office twice and spoke with 2 agents and they also have no answer and tried to hold Manager with no luck. .I hope, Adidas could solve my concern once and for the rest of customers who faced same issue at this shop. I would highly appreciated the rest of the team members and Managers who understood and helped customers except Patrick who I had to deal with very unfortunate.

As a Combat Veteran who just came back from the middle east, I’ve been told by the female asian manager skinny type and the cashier, that she could cancel my order if she wants to, that’s a terrible threat and insult in regards to customer service not just to a combat vet like me but to other customers who heard it, I’ve been buying shoes weekly at these store for charity, I never had issues with previous managers but this newly hired. Any threat and retaliation will try to document it next visit, Next time I’ll have their names for better reviews cause they hiding it, hopefully the top management will hear our voices

I’m not sure about their problems. But the cashier so unfriendly. Its because I coming with return your stuff? Phew. Adidas is a big brand! But the service very belowww standart. Poor.

I should give them 1 for only having one rack for Men and the were grey sweats. Also very limited in mens size 11 sneakers. But I give Adidas outlet 2 stars because they did have nice things for women and children.

Manager Rude that refused to give her name to me, Didn’t want to return the speakers, I got 2 speakers for $90, The reason I was returning them because it runs small I got 8/12 size I need a size 9 size, lost my receipt and didn’t have the box for it on 1 of the speakers , I gave them my email they couldn’t find my purchase receipt in there system So lost $50 because they couldn’t my purchase receipt.. Manager was rude, Just didn’t help at all., Don’t recommend this Adidas store..

I understand that the staff at this Loca deals with low quality costumers however I am a very successful person and deserve respect. The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and refused to identify himself. Since I do not have his name I’ll identify him by his looks he is an overweight tall male with long black hair. He does not deserve a job and I have already reported him to corporate.

Limited female sizes Discount racks are small sizes medor XXL You have to ask for a shopping bag Signs should display if the items are 50% off the tagged price Need a chart to display 40 % or 50% off regular price to help the customer Went back today The two young men were there to help u on the floor An improvement But the store is suppose to be open at 10am When I got there the doors were still closed two men were waiting outside I guess they were having a mini staff meeting before the doors open So they did open up late only a couple minutes after 10 am Meanwhile nike had a line outside and their doors opened at 10am Don't return any items at this store go to deer park if possible . Better return policy and staff. Someone from head quarters needs to do a surprise visit and shop in the store to actually see why this store is doing well . Hire entire new staff or send them back to training without pay allow them to see how they could improve or be fired. Customers have rights. P l ease do something about this store third visit here and it's getting worst I guess in long Island they treat their customers better. Management please doing something about this store staff and availability of clothing sizes.

Poor customer service continues. On multiple levels this store has been disappointing in the way either staff profile (I spoke to the manager about this before) but ignore other patrons seeking assistance. When trying to avoid that in person discomfort of a rep shadowing you. You attempt to call the stores and reps are hanging up phones to a product inquiry. Asking for information that isn’t available on the adidas website but a little question to a teammate could fix. The experience in store can be pleasant product wise but unfortunately it’s hit and miss with the staff. Sometimes great, sometimes really grim. Enjoy the finds and ignore the rest.

Very nice pieces at excellent prices for adidas lovers. Bought everything double for my two boys. Found the shop from the internet: Google maps: Adidas near me. Spend about $250 but…..very disappointed to discover a security pin left on one of the pieces . How am I supposed to get rid of it with out to destroy the clothe??? No time to go back. I am a tourist

Went on Saturday and everything was half off. Scored shoes for tennis that were 180$, marked down to 50$! I'm very happy with that.

I’m a spouse of a Veteran, and the customer service from this store is just horrible, the asian manager name I think is Hailey treats the customer and Vets like garbage, they told us we could only purchase 3pairs of shoes of the same style, and told us to return them, constantly scrutinizing loyal customers, is that how you guys treat your Vets? Showed us some sketchy printed notice which she’s afraid of showing us or taking a pic. Hopefully management will fix this maltreatment of customers and issues because from the looks of it from the comments it’s recurring, instead of letting it slide.

It's ok. Not much choices in flushing. Either this store or Nike or Famous Foot Wear. Prices are OK but selections are limited

The workers treated me horrible, and they were very sneaky.I attempted to buy bags for my charity in Jamaica, and the workers gave me a a hard time because they didn't want to sell the bags to me. The workers attempted to hide some of the bags from me so I couldn't get more than 8, and I found that very disrespectful because I was just a customer trying to purchase a product for kids in Jamaica who needed it.

They did not want to make a refund for an online purchase, they only gave me the excuse that the system was down.

The store has nice products and my family and I usually shop at it once every few weeks. We spend over $200 on Adidas merch. The store atmosphere is amazing, and I enjoy all my adidas products that I’ve purchased in the past. However, I do have one complaint about the store. The employees, specifically a few of the cashiers. Many of them greet you and treat you with respect but there were a few I've experienced with bad behavior and temper.. I asked for a price on something and this cashier was very sassy about it. I felt unwelcomed after the response to my few questions and was about to leave my items. Many of the people behind the counter at the cash register do similar things. Adidas, please fix your employees’ behavior and be sure to train them better. Thank you!
