This place rocks!! Their puzzles are so good. We did a back to back, the Hyde room and Carbon. Robin was our GM for both and she really helped root us on. There were three of us for both and we're fairly experienced escape room players. The rooms had cool tech and consistent puzzles across the board. We finished Hyde with no hints used, and Carbon with 3 hints and 5 minutes left.

Such a fun experience for my son’s 18th birthday. The Birthday boy and our 19 year old were impressing me with how they could figure stuff out without any real clues. The 46 & 50 year olds were good at different stuff during the process. Will definitely recommend this location based on our experience. The staff was helpful, informative and very nice. We hope to do it again, especially since the older ones in the group get how it works now 😆

This was so fun! It was really cool and it does feel like it’s the end of the world a little. I wish the stickers with colors on them were newer so we can see them because the room is dark. Other than that just have a good group with you and you’ll do a great job! We only have 45 minutes and finished it in 40 minutes!

We did all 3 rooms here and loved them all. Jekyll and Hyde - favorite room, did it as a group of 2 End of days - did as a group of 2 Carbon - did as a group of 3, highly recommend at least 3 for this one! Great service as well! The day we originally had carbon booked, NYC literally flooded from non stop rain and a lot of the trains stopped running. I called and they let me reschedule even though it was the same day, they also waived the last minute reschedule fee, which I really appreciated!

Great escape room for my first experience, very accommodating for a couple of slightly late friends along with kind receptionists and game masters. Puzzles were fair and well executed. Would recommend - the location itself is somewhat difficult to find though, haha. PS if anyone working there reads this, can I get my team pictures emailed instead of through text for less compression? Thanks!

We had a lot of fun! It was our first time doing an escape room. Granted they gave us plenty of hints but we figured it out and escaped in the hour with 15 seconds to spare. Very thrilling last few minutes to try and work out the clues and rush to finish! Great way to work together with someone. I would definitely recommend this place.

Jen was an awesome host. We had a blast. Almost made it out. So close... Puzzles were excellent though. The theme was fully realized and well executed. A lot of work and thought went into it.

Did the Jekylle/Hyde room Great room with tricky puzzles. Everything made sense and the ambiance is nice. If i make it back to NYC we will have to try the other rooms.

I’ve done MANY escape rooms (as can be seen by my previous reviews of other escape rooms) and this one was done very well. It was hard, but very well done. I will say this is the first escape room I’ve done where they literally lock you into the room and you can’t get out, but they do have an emergency button in case something goes wrong, and of course, cameras. The door locking didn’t bother me but I wanted to mention it in the review for anyone who may be claustrophobic or have any issues with it. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! There were a lot of different types of components— so that helped make it interesting: electronic parts, physical activities, video clues, audio clues, and old school puzzles. Nine of us went and there was something for everyone to contribute towards solving the room 🧩 It definitely took skills from the whole team. It was challenging but we finally got it (thanks to the cluemaster’s help)! We made it with no time to spare! 😬 😄

Jen is beautiful and kind and sweet and my love and the one true loml. Room was cool… 12% success rate, and we made it all thanks to the relationship between Jen and I. I do cherish our moments together, and I wish to see soon. Whether it be here or there, I’ll see you in heaven my bosom beauty.

We had a wonderful time doing the “Carbon” room. Really cool effects! It was challenging but doable. Our guide Robyn was wonderful and helped us at just the right times. Highly recommend!

We had our company team building event here. All the staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful, they were patient with our group. We had the best time and would totally recommend to any company looking to do an event.

We really enjoyed our time at Mission Escape Games in the Carbon: 3708 room. It is so well done and well-themed! It is a 9/10 difficulty, so we definitely needed a LOT of help. Grateful for staff member Lisa who gave many helpful hints and tips and was gracious despite us running a bit behind. If you plan to do one of their rooms (which we definitely recommend), we suggest making sure you read the email confirmation after you book and filling out the waiver before you get to Mission Escape Games to save time.

This was the best escape room I have ever been to. Our game master Robyn, was excellent at her job. She made it a thrilling experience with a touch of humor. The puzzles were a mix of easy to very challenging which formed an overall fantastic experience

We brought our 8 and 11 yr old kids and had a blast! We asked for a few hints along the way and escaped within 45 mins. Definitely recommend for a family with older kids. They want to go again!

Such a fun night. Great way to engage with friends in a group activity without being buried in your phone. I recommend doing this before having drinks at the bar! Robyn was a wonderful guide!

A real well thought out and challenging escape room. We loved it and would recommend without hesitation.

This was super fun - we did the End of Days room with our 10 and 7 year olds and managed to solve it in the time allowed, though we did use 4 of our 5 clues. It was easy enough that the kids could make a proper contribution, but hard enough to keep us interested too, and that we needed the clues to solve it in the time. A team of adults could do it without the clues and it would be challenging enough to be fun, but it's definitely suitable for kids too. Really liked it, it was well-designed and organised, and we'll definitely do another one of their rooms in the future.

I've done lots of rooms around NYC, and like a good challenge for my wife and I... this one was a tough and a good one! We did "Carbon" for the two of us and didn't make it out. The room is technical, works well, and has some good and modern innovations. I recommend you checking it out for a challenge and a good quality escape room.

This was our first time doing an escape room, and it was honestly one of the best times we've had together. We booked the escape room as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids, 7 and 10) and weren't sure what to expect. The staff were so friendly and explained everything to us while making us feel so welcome and comfortable for our first time. The puzzles were all really fun to solve and gave us enough of a challenge that we had to talk and work our way through each one. Our game master gave us hints when it was needed, and was really supportive through the whole game. I would recommend this and can't wait to go back to try the other rooms.

This was my first escape room and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was excellent and the rooms and puzzles were great!!

We did the room end of days, keep in mind, the only difference between room ‘a’ and ‘b’ is the amount of people it can accommodate. The place is a little difficult to find, so I recommend making sure you know where it is at before hand. On to the room; The room is high quality and the puzzles all had a very nice flow. Everyone was able to have a fair share of participation, and the puzzles were a good mixture of difficulty considering the time given. Good family fun!

Overall it was dope it’s easier when you don’t over think it it’s jus not 5 stars cause you can’t climb anything but it’s worth while

Went here for my birthday and had the best time!!! 🥰 Robyn was out game master for the Escape the Hydeout room and she was the best leader I've ever had out of all the escape rooms I've been to! She was super sweet and helpful whenever we needed any hints. I absolutely loved the design of the room and it was fun without being too easy or too hard. Will definitely come back again! 🤗

We played End of Days (B) and it was honestly so much fun. The room was intricate and creative without being so hard that we gave up. The puzzle masters were great about giving us hints when we on the right track but still missing something. Our group had a fantastic time and we definitely will come back to play the other rooms !

Not for young kids. WAY too difficult for them. Extremely difficult for them. Went here for my daughters 9th birthday with 3 of her friends. You definitely will need more then an hour if doing this w more then 1 younger child. In all honestly, it was difficult for me as an adult and newbie. The setup is amazing however. Many wonderful intricate puzzles to solve. This is better suited for a date but again, would probably need more then an hour to solve. Especially for newbies. Additionally, there were some technical difficulties. Very disappointed as was my daughter 😞

Was a great rainy day NYC activity. Seems to be one of the only escape rooms in the area that isn’t public. The carbon room was very fun and the staff was incredibly nice. We were close to finishing the room but the time ran out and the staff gave us an extra few minutes- truly couldn’t recommend more!

Nick was awesome!! The puzzles were so surprising and the overall mystery was great. We went on Halloween and it was the perfect atmosphere; would highly recommend!

SO MUCH FUN! Went with a group of friends and we had the best time. Did „the prison“ game, highly recommended! Everything is very well done, high quality. Can’t wait to go back!

It was definitely worth the try, we did not get to escape but kinda made sense because we chose the hardest room from the get go. More high tech than I expected, was fun!

Really excellent and fun! Packed with memorable puzzles and integrated tech, Cyberpunk Carbon was super fun and one of the best escape rooms we have played. Highly recommend. Robyn was friendly, helpful, and great. We enjoyed it and will be coming back!
