Amazing staff, location and atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The only thing is if you book through a travel agency don't expect a requested room with a view. Call the hotel directly. We asked for a room with a parade route view. We didn't get it. But that wasnt to hotels fault. You can watch the parade at the club level but you have to pay an extra $600 dollars for 2 people.

This hotel was not what I anticipated. While its location is undoubtedly prime, it didn't meet the Ritz-Carlton standards I've come to expect. The rooms felt small, with dirty windows, basic amenities, and some old-fashioned decor and furniture elements. The service was basic, lacking the attention to detail I've encountered at other locations. Moreover, given the quality, the price was steep. If you're set on the Ritz-Carlton experience in this city, I'd suggest exploring their other properties or considering a different hotel.

EXCEPTIONAL! The team at the ritz central park gives a level of service and positive attitude that leaves you in shock. My girlfriend and I were celebrating our four year anniversary, and we made a note that we were both vegan. The General Manager Douglas, the chef Andrew and the pastry chef Anthony went out of their way to make things special. The actually went out special to find tofu and vegan meats to make us a hot tofu scramble and delicious vegan bacon and sausage. Andrew’s preparation and presentation was impeccable. And, this morning, the pastry chef Anthony brought us our homemade vegan biscotti, along with extra for our flight home. Amazing! Besides the food, it was just the “over the top” service. For example, I asked Daniel the concierge if they had an “Edge” shaving gel, because I forgot mine, most hotel shaving creams cut my face. He said he would take care of it. To my complete surprise, I went outside to enjoy the the sunshine, and saw Daniel hustling up 6th ave with my gel. Amazing, unprecedented service. The front desk staff, the restaurant managers, and all of the concierges were amazing. We will absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it to all!

Walked in one early morning and did a walk though of the pubic spaces and lobby. Giselle the night auditor at the front desk was very warm. The front desk representative smiled and offered hotel information. The door and bell staff were also very nice.

Nice hotel, nice room and friendly doorman and concierge. The lounge experience was quite bad.

Location was great. Door staff was excellent. I thought the couch in the room was very uncomfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition.

We provided our arrival time as 2pm. We were promised we’d be in our room soon enough to get ready. After 90 minutes we still haven’t gotten access. Our dinner reservations are at 5 before our show. There’s a ton of people in the lobby waiting on their rooms. Very disappointing

Hands down the place to be, across central park, the concierge was awesome in booking a last minute tour at 9 pm to midnight across New York! Fabulous from time square to little Italy, Joes Pizza and much more! Rooms clean and staff always helpful with a smile and pet friendly. They also coordinated a carriage ride around Central Park. They made our stay memorable.

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights and 3 days here. We were supposed to get a double occupancy but because our ride dropped us off a few hours before check-in we got a different room with one bed but that's okay. We had the Central Park view. The people who worked at this hotel were nice and treated us well. Long story short I won an all-paid NY trip and the travel agent who was assigned to me chose The Ritz Carlton Hotel for us. Everyone who walked into the hotel was dressed nicely and you could tell they had money lol compared to myself and my boyfriend coming from the deep South of Mississippi we didn't own any business casual attire and the employees didn't treat us any differently. The bar in the hotel has great food and a shoutout to Manny who helped my boyfriend find a weed shop lol everyone was friendly. My favorite thing at this hotel was the showers the hot water felt amazing like I was getting a massage I never wanted to get out.
