Well everything was just ok nothing so special but I would like to share my experience. I was visiting from Dubai for 5 nights and i chose the option to pay at the hotel. When I was in the plane i started getting e mails as La Quinta was desperately trying to charge my credit card. I was surprised why they are trying to charge my card while I supposed to pay full amount at the time of check in. Since I always keep my debit and credit card lock while i travel, they couldn’t charge any amount then they started sending threatening e mails that if you will not pay in 3 hours we will cancel your booking. Wow what a welcome 👎🏻 I reached hotel at 10am and paid the entire amount of my stay but they didn’t give me check in and i had to wait 5 hours more after a long flight of 14 hours. They also charge USD200 extra from my card as security which was refunded after so many days.

👍🏼 Overall, the experience was very good at this hotel. 📍We stayed there for 15 days. We chose this place because it was the best option in Midtown close to many tourists attractions. 😕 The guys from the front desk were very nice except one woman (tall and big) who was rude everytime we spoke to her. 👍🏼 The lobby had comfortable sofa, snack machine and a tea/water/coffee station available 24/7. Guests can use the microwave and the printer. 🍪 Free cookies were served everyday at 5pm. 🛏 bedroom was comfortable, nice bathroom, desk, tv, small fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Very tight closet. ❌🪞full body mirror is missing. 🧹 the cleaning service is available from the third day of your stay. I think it only includes new towels and bed making because our bedroom floor was still dirty after the “cleaning”. 🍳☕️ breakfast is a grab and go. They offered egg sandwiches with bacon and cheese, yogurt, muffins, tea, coffee, oranges and apples. 🤑 it’s one of the best and cheapest options in Midtown. 🚕 When we checked out we asked the front desk guy to call cab to take us to the airport (JFK). It was a $84 dollar trip, very convenient since we had a lot of luggage.

Great location. Walking distance to many iconic places. There are several restaurants and bars nearby. Key card entry, so felt safe. Wonderful staff (reception and breakfast room).

My fiancé and I really enjoyed a good time at your hotel last week. We checked in at the time we were supposed to do. It really helped having complementary coffee and tea ready to serve yourself as you walk into the location. Sometimes you want to drink either after eating dessert in the city. The room and bathroom were completely clean and cozy. The room had everything they advertised it had. You got what you were promised to get. From a king sized bed with two nightstands with wall power outlets to a closet where you can hang your clothes and iron them with the appliance they offer you to go it with. You could manage your A/C temperature as you wanted to. What I loved about the bathroom is the two types of shower knobs and heads the shower had. That was amazing. Moving on to breakfast, it was the typical American breakfast you find at many hotels with complementary breakfast. Breakfast is in the basement level. I was highly satisfied. But what I loved the most was the ability they gave us to make our own waffles. I love waffles. So I indulged in one in one of the days I ate there. The day we checked out at 11:00A.M., the Front Desk workers put our luggage away in a storage until we came back to retrieve them. This is a complementary service. The Front Desk agents were also very professional and amicable at the same time. I cannot be any more satisfied with the service we received. Thank You Very Much for everything Guys and Gals!

Really nice staff, especially Oswald! Location is great, rooms not noisy at all and the free coffee and tea is a nice extra. Breakfast could be better and we had our room cleaned only once in 9 nights, which is also a point of improvement. Nevertheless, this hotel is great and I would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The hotel appears to have been renovated at some point and it was done wonderfully. The staff is excellent and very helpful, going above and beyond to help me with a work issue that required a printer and scanner. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed and pillows as comfortable as any we have used. I will note, because some people don't understand, that this is a downtown hotel, the rooms are smaller than some are used to, but they are plenty roomy enough, including a work area. The room was cleaned each day. Cookies are provided every evening in the lobby and coffee is always available. The hotel is very efficient at storing and retrieving bags if that service is needed. Other reviews mention it so I will as well, the free breakfast is a bit so-so, and the breakfast room is small and a little hard to move around in if you go at a busy time. But the food and drinks provided are good and refilled often. The hotel is on a quiet part of the street, we were never bothered by outside noise, and about a 5-minute walk to Times Square. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent: in the middle of everything, but still surprisingly quiet. Rooms and service were good. My main complaint is about the huge amount of plastic waste from the breakfast service. Single-use plates and cutlery from a large number of guests every morning is so wasteful. Maybe this was a COVID policy but we're long past the point of requiring measures this extreme. Businesses should be taking more care and consideration for the planet.

Clean and pleasant hotel. We spent four nights here and plan to book it next time. The hotel was opened in 2019, so the interior renovation and decoration are brand new. The staff is charming and professional in their work. At our first request, we received an additional set of shampoos and soaps, fixed the demagnetized card, and cleaning was at precisely the time we asked for the conda. A nice bonus is the breakfasts and of course, the location from the subway and times square walking distance is very close. The area is relatively safe and is part of the tourist zone.

The location is excellent for getting to shows and such. But, the rooms are very small and getting housekeeping to clean your room is more trouble than it should be. Font desk staff are nice but not super knowledgable.

Room: I do believe we got a slightly smaller room than what we booked, nonetheless they honoured my request to have a room away from the elevators and situated on a high floor. It did feel small for two people but we were out most of the time anyway. Two people can't really use the bathroom at once - that small! We didn't really hear any noise from the other rooms - we loved that each floor has only 4 rooms! We didn't get a good city view (just the opposite residential building) you get what you pay for, really. Breakfast: Ok, so the room is indeed tiny and I calculated that it takes up to 22 people only so definitely go down early if you want to have your breakfast seated. We stayed for 10 days and the breakfast options never changed. Everyday it was turkey bacon and scrambled eggs, instant oatmeal, bagels and toast, waffles, coffee, tea, juices and yogurts. You just have to get a bit creative with it but hey it's free! :) Area: We read quite a lot of reviews that the area feels unsafe. We were always so tired and cold from a day of sightseeing that we never really got back to the hotel at late night. Since it is a side street it gets quieter and darker yes but we didn't feel unsafe. Plus, 2 Bros Pizza is by the corner we looooved going there for a dollar slice cheese pizza when we got hungry Overall, the staff was very nice, didn't have any issues with getting back the security deposit, the check-in/out process was fast and smooth. The receptionist offered us to pre-book the room cleaning which was great, we just gave them a heads up before to make sure we were booked. It pretty much had everything we needed at a great price! If you're looking for a budget friendly hotel in Midtown I highly recommend it and would go back to it!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortabl, the staff were super friendly and helpful and we could not hear any noise from outside. The room was also a decent size, especially for New York .The hotel offered breakfast which included eggs, sausages, hash browns and assorted pastries. They also had tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The even had freshly baked cookies for their guests in the evening between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. Parking is not included but is available directly across the street from the hotel for $40 per night. I will definitely be staying here next time we are in New York.

Great location! Friendly staff!! Typical NYC Times Square area hotel that you’ll find for a good price!!!! Location was great… Expect a small room! It’s NYC and they maximize space in every way! The rooms are SMALL! But clean, comfy bed! Nice and clean in general. Small continental breakfast has a very basic breakfast! If you’re happy with a bagel and some coffee, or some fruit and scrambled eggs and juice, you’ll be good to go. And it’ll save you $50!! I’d stay here again!!!

I would opt to stay elsewhere. My colleagues and I booked 6 nights for business. Upon arrival the rooms were in disrepair and disgustingly dirty. The mattresses were covered in urine stains and the mattress cover was entwined in body hair. It looked as though they had not cleaned either in a long time. They refunded my stay except for 1 night, which was disappointing considering we had been there for less than an hour before raising the issue. My colleagues were stuck paying in full, losing their entire stay and being force to find other accommodations. I would not recommend this hotel.

Modern hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Hotel rooms were clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. Only downsides I experienced were that the hotel rooms had very thin walls so you can hear everything in the room next door and the rooms are very cramped and small. Delicious FREE breakfast with a 24 hour coffee & tea bar in front lobby. Hotel also holds luggage for you while you await to head to airport or check-in to your room. Will definitely return to hotel on my next trip to NYC.

On a surface level, the hotel was nice. Good location, tea/ coffee in the lobby, mediocre breakfast, cookies at night, nice shower. However, I was sick to my stomach when I went to get in to bed and found there to be clearly *intimate* stains on the sheets along with hair that was not mine. Obviously the employee that “cleaned the room” just made the bed without changing the sheets. When I called to request new sheets, I had to go downstairs to retrieve them and change them myself. Considering I was only there because I encountered a health problem that prevented me from leaving the city that day, (not to mention it was supposed to be a birthday celebration weekend and then when I got sick I also ended up getting left by the special person I went to celebrate with lol) I was extra upset. It was severely overpriced (last minute booking problem) so that didn’t help either. However, the rest of the hotel was clean and satisfactory so take that as you will.

My wife and I just had the best 6-night stay at this little gem of a hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the staff was consistently kind and helpful, and the location in the heart of the garment district could not have been better for the places we wanted to see. Cynthia, the Operations Supervisor, was particularly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. Breakfast was included in the room rate, which was a great way to start the day. Be aware that the breakfast room has limited seating, but we had no problem taking our breakfast up to our rooms on some of the days.We will definitely be back!

Great location to spend a few days in New York City. Hotel rooms are small but we'll maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Easy access to Times square and Penn station Metro stations. Would visit this hotel again if looking to be in the city.

It did the job for a fair rate. The room key gets you in late. There were 2 guys with a "linen cart" on the sidewalk who slipped in behind us after we swiped in. They did not have a key. Was a little bit creepy after I asked why they didn't have a key and they responded sarcastically, "we're here for a room". A scene right out of a movie. (I wondered what body was in that line of court.) Hah!

This hotel is an excellent value in Midtown, convenient to transit and restaurants and walkable to Central Park. The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. Everything worked, and I appreciated the number of electrical outlets and the reading spot lamps mounted on the headrest. With only four rooms per floor, you'd have to be very unlucky in your next-door neighbor to have trouble with noise. The breakfast is abundant, and the staff is courteous.

We enjoyed two nights here. The staff were fantastic. Complimentary coffee and cookies were good. Breakfast was simple but yummy and filling. Centrally located. Room was small but definitely clean and comfortable.

Everything was great but during our stay our room was quite cold even with heater on all day/every day at the highest temp we were able to set it at. But location and staff members were great and friendly. Staff member named Oswald I believe, he told me to call him Oz was wonderful! Went out his way to make my stay comfortable and nice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very, very clean and continental breakfast is really good plus included with the stay for NYC that’s RARE! The Concierge/Front desk Kevin is very helpful, professional, consistently asking if you have any questions or if you need directions to your sight seeing trips, “where would you like to go? what location is great for dining, drinks, what would you like to see or do?” This was amazing and he is friendly! The Midtown Manhattan location, and the easy early check in, baggage/bag storage compliments, and late check out options are a MUST! Free coffees, teas, hot water and ice cold freshly made lemon water are a very important touch. Just love our stay here in NYC!

Booked this room last minute, minutes away from midnight and wasn't sure how it'd go over with the front desk. Arrived and the front desk agent was friendly and had no problems at all. The room was the Premier King room (affordable - $250 total midweek) and it was 20th floor, beautiful and a great size. The bathroom was really nice. Everything was clean and the view was nice during the day. Only downside was housekeeping coming 3 times from 10 to 11 am and attempting to walk in despite us telling them we were still in the room. I absolutely hate this practice of just knocking to see if anyone is still in the hours room before checkout? Besides that the bed was so comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The staff are lovely and helpful. Thank you so much to the front desk Manager Anthony and Alexis for a very warm welcome! Location is perfect it’s walking distance to many tourist destinations like Times Square Rockefeller Center, Madame Tussaud’s and very close to subway stations. Rooms are clean bed is comfy, breakfast is great! I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was nice for its size. Only had room for the bed. Pillows were not that good for people with bad back. The staff were nice. They got our room cleaned up when we needed it during this pandemic. Got new towels when we needed them. Bathroom was dirty. Sink was slow to drain. Had an old toothbrush and used it to clean the drain. It was full of gunk and hair. Now good flow.

Overall a very good hotel experience in NYC! It’s super close to Times Square and also the bus stop for NEWARK airport. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the shower had a good pressure (which is rare for nyc). ;) The breakfast was „to go“ due COVID but it also lacked of variety - especially if you’re vegan. But if you’re in the city for a sightseeing trip, I can recommend that hotel.

My experience at this hotel was simply exceptional! The service was impeccable from when I arrived, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The comfort of the facilities and the attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The service quality and the staff's friendliness made my stay with my family even more pleasant. This hotel has earned my loyalty, and I will recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you for making my experience so special!
