The
conditions
are
not
deplorable
or
dirty
but
the
furniture
appears
older
and
rooms
are
very
small.
The
staff
is
nice
and
helpful.
The
location
was
right
next
to
Central
Park
and
good
restaurants
but
room
was
very
small,
just
big
enough
for
the
bed
and
a
dresser.
I
gave
the
low
rating
primarily
because
the
remote
control
for
the
TV
wouldn't
work,
the
toilet
would
not
flush
as
it
was
clogged,
and
then
the
power
short
circuited
in
my
room.
I
called
the
front
desk
as
soon
as
I
realized
the
AC
unit
had
powered
off
and
it
was
resolved
within
five
minutes.
If
you
are
looking
for
a
hotel
with
basic
amenities
(mini
fridge,
hair
dryer,
coffee
maker),
this
is
probably
not
the
place
you
want
to
stay.
I
only
stayed
one
night
for
work
and
picked
the
hotel
based
on
location
so
for
my
purposes,
it
was
fine.
There
are
other
hotels
for
$200
a
night
that
would
most
likely
be
better.
