This
boutique
hotel
is
sadly
all
style,
no
substance.
It
is
not
at
all
accessible,
save
our
room
door
that
was
wife
enough
for
a
wheelchair,
but
the
hallway
doors
and
elevator
doors
and
bathroom
doors
aren't.
The
place
is
noisy,
and
the
evening
staff
were
utterly
indifferent
to
3
disabled
people
with
canes
and
a
wheelchair
trying
to
get
a
luggage
cart
over
the
stoop
and
into
the
hotel
to
check
in.
Guests
offered
more
help
than
staff!
The
only
upside
is
location.
Otherwise,
if
you
want
a
comfortable
room
and
attentive
staff
rather
than
just
the
polish
of
a
historic
building
and
a
garment
district
theme,
go
elsewhere.
ABSOLUTELY
go
elsewhere
if
you're
disabled.
I
cannot
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
with
mobility
needs.
You
can't
even
get
in
the
front
door!
This
hotel
needs
to
admit
upfront
there
is
0
ADA
compliance,
and
amenities
listed
in
the
time
descriptions,
like
fridge
and
private
parking
lot,
are
not
actually
there.
It's
a
gorgeous
hotel
in
a
prime
spot,
but
that's
all
there
is
to
say
about
it,
sadly.
It's
not
even
luxurious
enough
to
justify
the
label
of
boutique.
The
guest
experience
is
secondary
to
the
style,
and
that
just
doesn't
cut
it.
