I wish I could give 0 stars. One of the worst places to live in the city. Arrogant and worst building management including leasing company folks. If you can afford to live in the city, do yourself a favor and please find somewhere else. Avoid this building at any cost. The units have not been repaired or fixed for over a decade. Some of the most frequent common problems include no AC/Heat, no water, water leaks, bad flooring, noise from old AC/heating units, faulty appliances (dishwasher, cooking range, w/d) and list goes on. Did I mention that time to time elevators randomly stop working for hours or even days?

Fabulous hotel well situated for most major attractions. Lovely and clean staff are amazing so friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee in the Lobby in a morning is a welcome touch and iced water with Lemon on your return from a long day sight seeing especially after 93° heat!! Rooms lovely and spacious with everything you would need the fridge was a welcome extra. There was no bath but the shower more than made up for it it was amazing large rainhead shower powerful and lovely and hot. Highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go back.

My experience was great. Not only is the hotel in a great location, but it is beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and well, the most important thing is right in the center of NYC.

Haven’t been to the hotel but my mom lives in the residencies, awesome views of Chrysler Building, MetLife Building,One Vanderbilt, One WTC, Bank of America Tower, and more. Tiny condo though.

Got an upgrade to a Junior Suite as it was my 50th birthday. All the staff that we came in contact with were amazing recommending us places to eat for breakfast every morning and they were all delicious Juniors (has a great choice to share) Brooklyn Diner (great pancakes). The room was fantastic with loads of space including a settee and dressing area. The bathroom had all essentials clean towels replaced if required and bed made everyday. Fabulous hotel. Must stay again.

Staying at Hotel Casa in Manhattan was an experience that went beyond my expectations. Nestled in the heart of the city, its location couldn't be more perfect, offering easy access to a myriad of attractions and transportation options. The high floor rooms provided not only a sanctuary from the bustling city below but also mesmerizing views that can captivate anyone for hours. Each morning, I was greeted by the skyline of Manhattan, a truly unforgettable sight. The amenities at Hotel Casa added to the comfort of my stay. The gym, though modest in size, was well-equipped and more than adequate for maintaining my fitness routine. It was refreshing to find that it wasn't overcrowded, allowing for a peaceful workout experience. What truly set Hotel Casa apart was the staff. The concierge team was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. Their recommendations for dining and entertainment were spot-on, enhancing my visit to New York City. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring guests have a memorable stay. Accessibility is another point where Hotel Casa shines. Its central location in Manhattan means that you're never too far from anywhere you want to go, whether it's for business or leisure. This convenience cannot be overstated and significantly contributed to the ease and enjoyment of my trip. In summary, Hotel Casa offers a harmonious blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service, making it a superb choice for anyone looking to explore the vibrancy of Manhattan. Whether it's the breathtaking views, the friendly staff, or the prime location, Hotel Casa is a gem that promises a delightful stay in the Big Apple.

This hotel is closed. Phone disconnect and hotels.com sent me a message the night before we were leaving for our trip to NYC.

Friendly staff. GREAT price for the accommodations and location! No resort fees since it's not a resort...a boutique hotel. So close to Times Square, and other things we wanted to see/do. Updated room/bathroom with comfortable bed/sheets/pillows! Would totally stay again and recommend!

Check in is at three, they let us leave our bags earlier which was great. Room was clean and nice. Not a super large room but exactly what we expected from pictures. Staff was consistently friendly and they had free decent coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Room was clean but very dated and tired….Photos on the website make the hotel way more upscale looking compared to what we experienced. If you need a place to sleep and great location this works. If you want to have a nice couples retreat this is not the location. Staff was there and present but not attentive. Would not consider staying again. Would happily pay more elsewhere.

Location, location, location! Perfect for a Times Square visit. Awesome restaurants and convenient parking nearby. Great room. Had no water issues at the 9th floor. Great free continental breakfast. Great concierge service and friendly staff. Will definitely be staying here again. Thanks

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, always there to answer questions. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I love the location, just perfect! Thank you to the Jonathan and Ten who were very helpful getting ice for me when I sustained a knee injury! All is well and I look forward to next visit!

We stayed there on 12/17/19. The Cassa staff are really nice. The hotel is ok. The room itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, there was a loud HVAC noise in our room that didn't stop the entire time we were there. And the heat didn't get up over 69F no matter what we had it set on. There was work being done in the lobby, so we had to come and go through the adjacent maintenance hall or through Butter. Neither all that bad, just inconvenient. One of the elevators didn't work properly while we were there, as well. I think there is still work to be done here. I get the feeling there is always work happening here. All in all, I think we overpaid, but I'm not too upset about it, as we did enjoy our stay. If a good deal came up, we'd stay again. But anything other than a really good price, we'd look elsewhere.

Good hotel with a great location. From here out you're in walking distance from Broadway and Times Square. Also centrally located in case you want to go uptown or go for a stroll towards Wall Street. Rooms are big enough (we are a party of 2 and a baby), bathrooms is really nice and spacious! Bed could have been a bit bigger. I'm a little over 6 feet, so my feet are cold ;) The rooms were very quiet. No noise from outside. The big downside was the elevator. 1 of them was out of order during our stay and we literally had to wait for 10+ minutes at times. And this wasn't just once. They should've fixed this sooner, especially since it's a 45 (?) floor building and then just 1 elevator including the staff that's using it a lot... During our previous stay in NYC we stayed in the Empire hotel closer to Central Park. Even though it was a lot more expensive, I'd rather pick the Cassa hotel next time again!

A very excellent office, but we hope to reach our areas in Yemen that suffer from wars and the killing of innocent people in Yemen. We hope to be with you in highlighting the most needy in Yemen who suffer from malnutrition, hunger and poverty

The location was great and central. The housekeeping staff are fantastic and very friendly. However, that’s all... the room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and was right next to the main air conditioning unit so was noisy all day and night... got very little sleep. The front desk staff were not friendly at all and the male desk staff seemed only interested in helping female guests, or were too busy talking amongst themselves. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Have stayed in much better places in New York.
