I got tickets for our anniversary to see Alicia Keys. The staff at the door were very friendly and helpful. The lady selling us the tickets was brilliant, very helpful and gave us great seats. We went to the show that night. It took a few minutes to get through security and we were shown our seats. The show was amazing. Our seats were close to the stage. The lighting and sound was spot on. We loved every minute we were here. Well done and we will be back for another show.

We saw the Rockets with the Christmas special, just magical. They want you to put your phones away, so limited on pictures. It is like a movie theater on steroids. There is a major security check like Airports but it was fast, still plan for this. Wheelchairs should go to the main entrance only. You need tickets well ahead of time.

As NYC native I have always enjoyed visiting during the holidays. It’s always crowded and cold but who cares! It’s vibrant and colorful! The ambience is contagious and you just want to be happy. There weren’t too many decorations this year perhaps due to the pandemic. Many streets were closed so it’s literally impossible to find parking. After 7pm there’s a possibility of finding parking right within the block of the Christmas tree. That’s my secret spot lol. Definitely worth checking it out.

Must do at least once in a lifetime. Memorable experience to visit a theater like this, specially this one. Watched The Rockettes perform. They run this show each year from mid November to beginning of January. A spectacular show. Highly recommended. The ladies dance in complete coordination. Impressive how they don't miss a beat and everyone is perfectly on cue the entire 90 minutes. The decor of this theater, down to it's bathrooms take you back in time. Just beautiful. They have a huge crew of attendants guiding you in, around, and out the theater. Put it on your list of MUST DOs and visit.

Iconic! My biggest issue with this venue was not receiving our 3D glasses as my sister and I missed a portion of the Rockettes Christmas Show that everyone else seemed to enjoy. Aside from that, lighting...sound...ambience were quite enjoyable. Team members are really serious about having you leave so they can start the other show on time which also took away from the overall experience. I would have given a 3.5 due to that but 4 is closer than 3! Security process and checking of vaccinations & ID were really quick and easy - we went the day after Thanksgiving so you know there were lots of people!

One of the best shows I've ever seen. Such great talent on stage . All the singers, dancers and Santa were fabulous! The bathroom lines were quick and very efficient and very clean. The concession prices were so expensive. But that's New York for you.

Such a legendary place!! Went during winter time and saw The Christmas Spectacular which was incredible !!! The Nutcrackers made for one of the coolest performance moments we've ever seen !!! We got Santa hats when we entered and it was so beautifully decorated. DO NOT miss out on this show!!! Upper level seating made for a great view. We were 2nd row

I just love the Radio City, all the time good shows on. I saw the Christmas spectacular!! It is really an amazing one. But I also saw the IL Divo there. Spring spectacular and lot more. Tickets sometimes not cheap but worth it. I enjoyed every minute. Sometimes before the show I went a little bit earlier to the city and walking around, specially before Christmas. Beautiful that time .

The Christmas spectacular 2021 season has returned stronger than ever. The music hall staff was super friendly & they managed crown control well. The music hall is one of my favorite NYC venues. Glad it's reopen & still stunning.

LADIES!!!! The ladies lounges are glamorous, enchanting, glittery, upbeat and really put the rest in restrooms where you can appreciate a pocket of old-school glamour. The history of these ladies lounges is pretty sexist… but it’s still fun to hang in them when your boyfriend is listening to a jam band in the room next door. The 3rd floor one is the best in my opinion, but check them ALL out, they won’t let you down.

Saw the Lord of the Rings with live orchestral music and the show was incredible! Music was amazing, views were great, and the venue is exceptional for that type of event. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely magical. We saw the Christmas Spectacular ft The Radio City Rockettes and it was nothing short of a delightful experience. Radio City Music Hall is itself a beautiful venue, and it has been well maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. Not a bad seat in the house, and some of the finest set design/changes I've ever seen. If you even remotely enjoy Christmas and theatrical productions, it's worth the $. Delightful.

The venue is an old, elegant, NYC tradition, especially during the holidays, during the month-&-half of the Christmas Spectacular show! I love the elegantly decorated venue (and the Rockettes performance!) A must see, especially during the holiday season! (Streets can be Really jam-packed out front & sides, full of pushy pedestrians (it is NYC after all), especially since its a block from the beautiful Rockefeller Christmas Tree.)

My neighbor gave tickets for my daughter and I to see the Ricketts Christmas Spectacular. It was AMAZING we loved every minute of the show. The wait to enter wasn't bad. The staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful.

Highly recommend the Christmas Spectacular show! I had no expectations and thought it would be geared towards little kids but the production was amazing and all the performances were great. If you are looking for something Christmas-y to do in NY watch the show!

Review for a Chvrches concert I attended in July 2019. Classic New York venue with great acoustics. Wasn’t sure how it would work for a rock concert, but it was awesome. Sat right near the front and enjoyed every minute of it! The intimate setting creates a contrast to a festival or arena show, but allows the natural talent of an artist to shine through. Vocals soar and harmonies ring true.

Lines were long but moved quick. Helpful attendants. Breezed through security and was directed to my seat. Came here for Joe Hisaishi concert. The man is 71 and might not ever tour again. It was a bit crowded leaving but I mean that's to be expected what with everyone trying to leave at the same time. Good atmosphere and people had good energy.

We went to Radio City Music Hall for the Lord of the Rings film screening with a live symphony orchestra and choir. Absolutely incredible! The venue was perfect for it and we definitely recommend tickets in advance as the show was completely sold out by opening night. Greta acoustics and really beautiful venue.

We came for the Christmas Spectacular. This show is great. A wonderful mix of scenes/acts with classics such as the March of the Wooden Soldiers and the Nativity, as well as new scenes. Truly amazing! The lobby is decorated amazingly. The opening with the dual organs playing Christmas Carols also amazing.

Their Christmas spectacular is worth the time and expense. We sat in the mezzanine and had an amazing view. The event has evolved so much since I was a kid. The Rockettes were incredible as always, and Santa had a much bigger role this time. Their audio and visual effects were top notch. It was quite a time, definitely put me in the Christmas spirit.

Took a little to get in, even though we were there an hour after doors opened. Long lines for food and beers. Long lines for bathrooms occasionally. Beers and food $12.50-15. Nice staff. Beautiful venue. We had mezzanine seats and the audio was great. Navigating to our seats was easy as well. Would def come back again.

I went to the Christmas Rockettes' show. Where do you start? Was this amazing ?...Check. Was this a destination maker? Oh ya. Did my head almost fall off from all the nonstop entertainment, which was synchronized with copious amounts of spectacular dancing?💃 I am at Frankenstein's lab getting it reattached. Wow. I had heard that the show was worth seeing, but what an under statement!! The cleverness involved in the show was only outdone by the dancers themselves. Routines were routinely done with precise athletic consistency. The use of visual aids were not overwhelming to take away from the main event but a garnish that added to the marvelous show, that unfolded in front of the grateful audience. Totally in the mood for Christmas 🎄. Something I'll be back for.

I’ve always taken pictures of the beautiful glowing sign but never been inside until my most recent trip. We did a Radio City Hall Tour and it was so cool! We got to see behind the scenes and met a Rockette ✨ It’s a beautiful building/design and I love how the carpet has instruments in the pattern! I took a picture at dusk and dawn.

Absolutely iconic venue with great acoustics. The staff is super friendly, and the interior with the art deco design from the 20's and 30's is just gorgeous. Everyone should experience at least one show here in their life.

Every couple of years I like to to see the Rockettes Christmas show. This year I arrived very early. There were only a couple people in front of me. It was nice to go in and not struggle through crowds. I walked around, got a snack, and etc. The show was so good, better then I remembered. My seat was in the first row of the first mezzanine. This really made a difference because for once I could see the performers faces. Not much to say about Radio City. It's a nice venue and I always enjoy myself when visiting.

A testament to the golden age of New York City, Radio City Music Hall’s decorative grandeur is only eclipsed by the quality of sound from its stage. This is a must visit for any music fan, find tickets to a show here as soon as you can. I was blown away by the quality of facilities (restrooms for example) despite it being such a wondrous relic in its style. The staff and management were attentive and helpful and the seats were also accommodating (and comfortable).

It’s famous for a reason! Stunning venue with beautiful details everywhere you look. The bathroom line is worth the wait just to see the gorgeous features in the sitting room. I’ve been there for concerts and comedy shows and both were great events with excellent sound and lights.

If you visit New York during X-mas time, including November, you must get tickets to Watch the Rockettes. It is part of New York as the Empire State is. It is a beautiful show. A great production. Full of surprises, colors and great dancers and actors. I can't prise enough this show. It makes you feel alive and gives you hope. Also it makes you feel X-mas as we many of us know. I know it is different from different cultures but it is the movie X-mas that most of are familiar with. It is also a journey to the past and to those big New York productions. The theater is huge and beautiful. Staff are kind and are there to help you and make the most of your visit. The stage moves all around and the new Video system is impressive and a totally different experience. There is no waste of space in the production and they integrate every part of the theater to make the experience even better. If you already watched the show 10 years ago, you should watch it again because it changes a lot and it is more spectacular.

Checked one off my bucket list. Enjoyed the Christmas Spectacular featuring the Rockettes. It was AMAZING! The costumes, the choreography, the performers, the theatre.... Everything was absolutely perfect, stunning and sparked the inner holiday spirit within us! Could not go to NYC without seeing the Rockettes perform. I've always loved watching them since I was a little girl. Perfect in every way and a MUST see.

Radio City Music Hall is an entertainment venue located at 1260 Sixth Avenue, within Rockefeller Center, in Midtown Manhattan, New York. Although it’s temporarily closed, we await its reopening for it brings me wonderful memories of the times I’ve visited. It’s an important tourist attraction when visiting the city.

I've never been to a Broadway show before but I have seen a few plays in my time. The Ricketts at Radio City Music Hall were absolutely amazing. The Radio City Music Hall itself was beautiful. Very well maintained and the people who helped everybody were so nice. I would absolutely return and attend another show.

How do you review one of the best venues to see any show at? If you can see a show here, this is the place to see it. We came to see Lord of the Rings in concert and they know how to make an incredible evening. It's gorgeous, incredibly comfortable and the sound is amazing. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Everyone is incredibly friendly and makes sure that you have absolutely everything that you need. I do wish they would let you bring in sealed bottled waters but that is my only suggestion! I hope I get to return some day as it was one of those experiences I will never forget.

We went to see the Rockettes over winter break and had a great time. Getting in was seamless, there was staff to assist at most doors to ensure we got to our seats. The bathroom was clean and being that I have a child, I appreciate the toilet covers. The show was amazing, and getting out was mostly seamless.

The Rockets Christmas show was fantastic. We were up in the higher seats, but it didn't matter at all. The 3-D effects really came off well. First time I have seen them live, and it was sure worth every cent. The line seems long, but when they open up all doors, it moves quickly. There is a metL detector, so limit what you bring in.

Buy your tickets in advance for the Rockettes 🌟 doors open up 1hr before showtime. My party of 5 went on Christmas eve. We arrived at 3p and the show started at 4p. Took about 10 minutes waiting in line and going through security. Lines for popcorn, drinks and souvenirs weren't long. Restroom staff were organized and the lines went by quickly. Easily found our seats and enjoyed the show. ☃️

Went to see the Christmas Spectacular with the Rockettes and it was totally worth the hype. The building itself is stunning, with a whole "ladies' lounge" downstairs with a room lined with mirrors and vintage chairs where you can powder your nose or fix your makeup. The show itself was incredible. Stunning acoustics. The stage is crazy, keeps moving around and rearranging itself. I'd definitely come see another show here.

July 21, 2023 Radio City Music Hall in all its brilliance was fantastic!! The old theater was beautifully decorated. The acoustics were phenomenal. The seats in the 4th row were great with plenty of legroom (6 feet tall). We were ushered through security swiftly. The concert was the best I've ever attended. ❤️

The Radio City tour was wonderful and very informative. Our guide was Matt and he was fantastic! It was great getting to learn all about the rich history of the place and a bonus to meet a rockette!

Out of all the shows we have seen in New York this place definitely has the best seats. Comfortable and roomy! The venue itself is beautiful and staff were all very friendly! I left my purse there and security was super efficient and helpful while I was freaking out! We sat on the 1st mezzanine front row and they were great seats for the Rockettes spectacular. Lots of foot room in those seats as well! Highly recommend. This was our first Rockettes show and while it was cute and we liked it, it wasn’t our favorite show we saw in New York.

I would highly recommend the show Christmas Spectacular Rockets. It’s magical, buy tickets there, do not over pay. Cashiers are so nice and helpful. We got tickets one hour before the show. We got lucky. I will always recommend this place for kids and families. We had a glass of champagne. By the way if you use CHASE card you will get 20% discount even for drinks. I was very surprised. Santa made all my dreams come true in this trip to New York.

My mother was 3 years old when Radio City Music Hall opened. I have no doubt  that the largest indoor theater in the world is as grand today as it was in 1932. The entire venue is beautiful kept and largely looks the same as when I was a kid. Getting through security was seamless and the concession counters are plentiful and were well stocked. We were very happy to see a full house for the show. As usual, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular did not disappoint! It's simply magical and, of course, the Rockettes were PERFECT! The adults loved it; my 5 and 9 year old great nieces were amazed and very impressed that there were live animals in the nativity scene. A good time was had by all!

Everyone needs to see a show with the Rockettes. We saw the Christmas Spectacular and enjoyed every second, even the almost two-year old! The venue is gorgeous and spacious with roomy comfortable seats and wonderful acoustics and sound/visuals systems. A must see!

I will give them 0 start if I could, however 1 is the lowest I could. I had booking for Sept 4th night. Upon reaching they said they dont have the room for me although I had paid in advance and reserved. They didnt even call me until I showed up at 8pm to let me know that they will not have the room for me. They gave me the room few blocks away in quality inn which was cheap motel. I went there and rooms were nasty. Hair all over sheets and blood on bed. I refused and asked them to set me up with something fair and they said we can't do that. No manager on site nor any supervisor. I left and stayed in Holiday express. The lady in front desk told me that I will get refund. Till today I have not and I have been emailing and calling them with no response. Every time I call there is no manager to help and lady at front desk Janet is tough to work with and wants you out of her face. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. ALREADY COMPLANIED TO RADISSON AS WELL.

Love it! 1st time and had a blast with the show from fluffy. I guess my only issue was with the merchandise. Maybe get another place to sell merchandise. The line was insane to try to get a shirt or something else from the show.

Great voices, awesome dance choreographies, and strict but friendly staffs! It's a great once in a while show to watch with family and friends. Make sure to come early & get your popcorn and drinks - the line gets pretty long and the lobby gets crowded. Best seats would probably in the middle aisle at the center; not too far, not too close to the stage. Better hope person in front of you isn't taller than you.
