The people working here look like they were just released from prison. Tattoos all over, head coverings. The owner obviously has very low standards not to implement a dress code for his employees. They are completely incompetent when it comes to making sandwiches. They have a list of sandwiches and how they are made a few feet from the deli counter, yet I have been asked if I want Mayo on an Italian Hero on more than one occasion. Also, for some reason, they put Russian dressing on a Godfather hero without asking, even though the sign says it is supposed to be hot roast beef with melted mozarella cheese on a garlic toasted hero.

This place is right around the corner from my house. I gave it three tries and for me three strikes your out. I will never go there again. The first time I went I had to deal with inappropriate comments from the employee that was working there. The second time I went there they charged me an additional $5 on my credit card. They swiped an item twice. The third time I bought a pudding and there was a piece of plastic in it. They have terrible service and the prices are way too night for the poor quality and bad service. I will never go here again.

The teenagers who work here are extremely rude and not professional. I have walked out without ordering on several occasions while 3 staff members made eye contact with me and said nothing. Not a hello, can I help you, nothing. The morning crew is always on point which is why I did not leave a 1 star review.

If you need to make a quick stop to pick anything up this is the place. But keep in mind: 1.) Everything is priced higher than the local grocery stores. 2.) 50/50 chance staff are talking to each other and will get your order wrong on the grill in the morning.

The guy with the long hair is a little too flirty. Show some professionalism at work please. They also seem understaffed so the service is on the slow side. Otherwise, their sandwhiches are good. I personally like the godfather sandwhich.

Josh is awesome! His customer service skills are on point, friendly, helpful and service with a smile 😁. The owner too is awesome, it's no surprise that he hires employees that follow his lead.

Everytime I order a sandwich they mess it up smh just ordered a wrap and there was mustard fingerprints on it without the bacon but they did add a nice piece of hair in it!!! I threw it right out the window..no bother calling and complaining since obviously they can never get it right! Smh I won’t be ordering from them again…

Super helpful and friendly. Great store and location. They even helped carry my bag out to my car.

Used to shop here all the time for convenience, and competitive pricing. Since the start of the pandemic they are one of the worst businesses as far as 'PRICE GOUGING'. THEY ARE A JOKE; ANYONE WHO HAS SHOPPED HERE IN THE PAST SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS STORE!!!

Usually stop in at night after work for a thing or two. Younger staff that usually don’t seem to give a shit…to be expected at 9-10pm before closing. I will say this; stopped in around noon and the middle aged guys taking my sandwhich orders were kind, not over the top, regular people who actually seemed to care. The sandwiches came out great and I think this will be my new BEC spot moving foward. Thanks for the good service.

Going inside to their deli to get a nice fresh cold cut sandwhich is the BEST!

I just had an upsetting experience here. We go here often but there seems to be a girl with an attitude there. They closed the coffee station early. One of the employees asked this girl if they could make a cup and she said no and I should go have the decaf thats there. Her attitude was horrendous. Then she started complaining how someone called out 2 hours ago and that's why it's closed and oh well. I told the guy ringing me up that I feel like I want to not purchase my items because of how rude she was. He just stood there. Literally stood there blank stared. It's sad. I'm Def not going here again for a long time. They used to be so nice and all knew my daughter and used to be so wonderful to her. This girl made me not want to go back.

Terrible service. Ordered ahead and still waited 15-20 mins waiting for food. No one acknowledges you. Then after receiving the food, found a piece of hair on my sandwich. So gross and probably won’t be going back.

Since moving here I've been to this place three times and each time the deli screws up my order so I officially give up. The first time it was on the wrong bread but I didn't complain. The second time they forgot the cheese. Today I ordered two sandwiches through GrubHub pickup 45 minutes ahead of time only to be told when I picked it up that the order was cancelled. They blamed GrubHub, GrubHub blamed them. Whatever. I ask them to just make me two turkey and cheese sandwiches. The guy hands me one. Then blames me and said I never stated two sandwiches. Nice. Blame the customer. I should have listened to the reviews and went elsewhere. Now I know. There are too many delis in the area to deal with terrible service at this one.
