Beautiful and playful playground for you children. With trees surrounded to give good shades while sitting on many benches. Outside playground, there are many BBQ areas for families to host big parties and gatherings. It's a very joyful place. Huge swimming pool with free admissions but wear swimming suits first, and bring a padlock, you are ready to go! Big fields to play balls, and

This is the skate park everyone wishes was in their neighborhood. Nothing too big, metal edges on everything. Mini ramp always makes things better. I think this was the first NYC skatepark to experiment with the idea of having the mini ramp be somewhat in the park and not by itself...the low curb on the western deck of the mini ramp is awesome. Would love to see that in more parks. More experienced skaters will have fun here 8 days a week, while a beginner can come to this park and leave feeling like they accomplished something. Lots of smooth pavement on the outside of the park if flat ground is your thing. I was here once in the summer and parking can be difficult. In the winter it was no problem at all.

Nice park . The track isn't .25 miles though. I think a lap and a 1/4 is.. so to make one mile you would have to do 5 laps. Which is 4 laps on an official size track.

Memorial BBQ for my mom's 90 birthday. She passed in 2018. It was good to some family & friends in remembrance of her life & legacy. Park was full with people celebrating every event from birthday to baby shower and something in between. Towards end...a party a few feet from us did a fireworks display which was the perfect ending to beautiful day.

I love coming here. The one thing that I do not like is, when people come to the park to barbecue and they're are 4-5 areas designated for barbecuing, they don't clean up after themselves, not everyone does this, but enough of them do and it's totally unnecessary. And also there's a dog walk in the park, "STOP " walking your dogs in the barbecuing areas or in the baseball fields.. people cook food and kids play baseball. STOP!! Obey the rules of the park. Abs please, pick up after you're dogs!!

Lots of areas to take photos and fun for the entire family. Skate park, full track to jog, or play soccer. Also basketball courts and a playground for smaller children, the dog park and the signature art work in the middle that I'm Photographed in front of and more. In the summer the ice cream truck is always close, along with the icee lady 😁 Oh and there's usually a cop cruiser present after dark.

Maintained well. Very clean park. I gave my foster dog the experience of feeling wild running free, jumping up and down on their obstacle court. Loved that I could close the gate for her to have a half an hour experience.

Nice beautiful park butttt the dog poo is everywhere. Why no lifeguards for the swimming pool in Jefferson it’s summertime! Every hour you’re in and out the pool that’s crazy people have kids too hot to be waiting online in the hot sun with dog poo everywhere. Smh! The staff don’t have no idea of what’s going on lol but it’s still a beautiful park for families and BBQ’s

The skatepark was great an all until the younger kids came and tried to start problems with me there just because they didn’t like me and made it seem like they owned the park which was so ridiculous. They rly should have more policing to prevent things like that from happening over and over again.

It's great how the grills and tables are spaced out. Easy to get to and with the kids area fenced in and how they redesigned the kids park ,very safe.

Me and my wife and father in law sat in the park to eat some food and to enjoy the weather. They have rebuilt the park better there is more things for the kids to do that's great.

My local. Kickout: during the school year, the school next door will kick out everyone during recess, which starts at either 10 or 11 am (changes from year to year). Not sure when exactly it re-opens No flat bar, so not good for beginner rail tricks, but the mini is ~3 feet and great for beginners and learning new tricks. Fun box is great, a few good hips, and people get really creative with the banks. An enormous amount of flat ground all around, so perfect for beginners who want to get warmed up slow and then try something on a bank. Not very much shade. You just can’t help but wish they put a flat bar in the middle instead of a dead cobblestone zone. Also, fair warning that it’s painted, and constantly re-painted because of locals covering up tags. Especially the mini. So don’t expect to slide all over the place. Worth noting the 5 stair is pretty long, but you can just go off the back like a loading dock. Hand rails start low and get sack-able.

Pretty nice park. Well laid out. Not too many homeless around which is nice for a change. Definitely could use some needed maintenance

been to this skatepark, really lucky for whoever lives around, but it isn't a park worth visiting from afar. It is a nice Mid tier level park, but there are better ones for beginners to skate on. Nonetheless there is a nice flat open ground to practice on, and it's pretty open. All in all, a 4/5
