We loved this place. Highly recommended online, so we chose it for a special trip to Flushing. And now it’s highly recommended by me! “Really yummy,” said one of my teens. “Get the spicy broth,” said the other. “Very clean, including the bathroom,” said my wife. Friendly staff, supplemented by robot-delivery of food to the tables during busy times. Really fun experience, even if you’ve never hotpotted before. Comes with free ice cream cones. And, I have to say, the most welcoming waiting area of any restaurant anywhere in the world. With comfortable seats and snacks!!! Amazing. We will be back!

They've thought through the full experience so well, I was very pleased and impressed. And the hot pot was all delicious (2 broths used: tomato, classic spicy mala). Also I had the kiwi slush tea which I loved. - Online reservations and a waiting list that shows you the number of tables waiting. - Waiting area with teas, waters, coffees, mints, games, decorations, and seating areas. - Waiter was very helpful and detailed. And attentive, giving us extra bowls for soup from the broth, routinely refilling our waters, checking if we needed more broth, swapping in clean plates, removing used bows, and even making us sauces (in additions to the ones we made ourselves). I also loved he offered to take a photo of our group without us asking, and that he pointed out when a fun dancing noodle presentation was about to happen at a nearby table. - Sleek tablet ordering system. - Offered bibs, plastic bags for face masks, and hair ties. - Table utilized vertical space with shelves. - Bathroom is very clean will full suite of items, and sinks at multiple heights. - Check delivered with moist towelettes, floss picks, mints.

Great service and amazing flavors. Tomato and mushroom soup bases are great for vegans. The staff is extremely helpful in explaining how hot pots work, they understood the needs of a vegetarian/ vegan. Sauce bar is beautiful with all you can eat fruits and make your own sauce. They also sell soup mixes to take home to make your own hotpot at home. I love the soft serves at the end (complimentary) The restrooms are nice and clean and very tech friendly with heated toilet seats and free toothbrush and combs

The place was very big and the environment was very friendly. Even though the food didn't really stick out as much, it was still quite amazing. The service- on the other hand - was the real cheery on top. The bathrooms were far more clean than any other hotpot place I've been to. The waiters were super friendly and always did their best to make sure we had the best time. There were very unique shows and events such as the dancing noodles and the mask changing dancer. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I'll definitely come again! <3

Recommended. You can request divide the soup into 2 or 4 parts, not 3 parts. Tried tomato base, mushrooms, tom yum spicy and regular soup base. I liked tom yum base. Free ice cream and sauces station.

Well, I’m proud to say I’m a huge fan of Haidilao since the grand opening of the first Haidilao in South Korea. Almost having 80 visits including here in New York, it’s one of my favorite food / restaurant of all. Service was fantastic. Everything in the menu was almost as same as how I ordered in Seoul. Great dishes, fresh ingredients and, not to mention, fair price. Highly recommend!!!

Came here to celebrate my birthday tonight and had such an amazing time! I’ve been to the location in queens so many times and it is just as I remember from China! The quality of food is top notch and what really sets them apart from any other hotpot place is their impeccable service! Our server, Ada, was amazing! She took such good care of us and made sure we always had what we needed and that our glasses were full! I just wish I lived closer so I could come every week! I will definitely be back again and again! Thank you!

Amazing restaurant! Their food is delicious. The ambiance is great and the service is perfect. Very friendly staff and very professional. Especially the waitress Ada. She made our time at the restaurant special and unforgettable. She helped us with the sauce mixing and gave us a free ice cream on dessert. Don’t miss their noodle show and face changing performance! I highly recommend this place!

The service at Haidilao is truly next level. The staff are incredibly attentive and will do anything to make your dining experience enjoyable. They will bring you water, refill your drinks, and even help you cook your food. If you have any questions, they are always happy to answer them. I would definitely recommend Haidilao Hot Pot Flushing to anyone looking for a great dining experience. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it for the amazing food and service.

BEST birthday hotpot EVER! I've been to other hotpot restaurants but Haidilao is the best. They have a new claw machine, where we got this cute bread bag (my wife quickly took it). They prepared a wonderful birthday decoration, and gave me a funny rubber chicken toy! Super sweet service for the waiters. THANK YOU!!

Amazing hotpot experience at this place! From the moment we walked in, every server greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. With four young kids, finding a kid-friendly hotpot restaurant can be a challenge, but this place exceeded our expectations. Our kids were treated to free meals while we waited, and the self-serve fresh fruit and dessert bar kept them entertained, giving us adults time to chat. The free gift bags with toys were a hit, and the complimentary homemade green tea ice cream at the end was the cherry on top! The seafood and meats were incredibly fresh, perfect for hotpot. I wholeheartedly give this place five stars - an unforgettable meal with the family!

My favorite hot pot spot in the area! I love the options and the service. Definately recommend getting the tomato broth, and the free Ube ice cream at the end was amazing. Parking across the street is a bit pricey but if you’re lucky you can find other municipal or street parking

Delicious food but even more so is the amazing experience of dining here. Ordering dancing noodle sooner rather than later because there can be a little bit of a wait. So many fun activities you can do while waiting!

What an exciting, different dining experience from other hot pots we’ve tried! It was a little confusing to find the entrance-its adjacent to a parking lot, off the main streets, in a square, on the 2nd floor. Like many have mentioned the waiting area is fabulous- with games, snacks, drinks to occupy your time as you wait. It’s the little things that make me happy, lol. Which extended to the restrooms too- with laid out, thoughtful toiletries! We wanted to be vegetarian and were informed that there two soup bases. The mushroom soup base was so amazing. We agreed it was better than the tomato base which was a little too oily for our taste. Both were flavorful on its own and not overly salted, which we were thrilled about since many of the side sauces added more sodium to it. We added a table full of vegetarian plates- various tofus, squashes, greens , there was such a variety it was exciting! Overall we had such a fun time , we can’t wait to go back again.

Such a fun experience when having dinner at Haidilao! There is snacks at the waiting area, and the KTV room has lots of new songs for customers to sing. Food is delicious with many new and distinct options. Snacks and desserts are very carefully selected and presented. It was an amazing experience from the start to finish.

Amazing time spent here! As a first time goer I really enjoyed the atmosphere and entertainment provided by the staff. I chose the tomato soup base and I loved it's rich and extra sweetness and I feel it's the best tomato soup compared to other hot pot places. Everyone was very accommodating and provided great service, Haidilao set the bar for every other restaurant to be.

Pricey if you have to order by plates. Our waitress was really helpful. She helped us order each plate thru an iPad. But Everytime we click to add to cart the price keeps going up . Looking at it was scary lol. They do have lots of options though. I came in Valentine’s Day and they give couples a long stem rose which was surprising. But made my day. The snack bar was great. All so yummy. But if you go make sure you do some research on how to make your own sauces. They have lots of condiments but you have to know how to mixed it. There is a perk if you go there often. You can save up points Everytime you eat there and use it for free items on their menu. Overall the experience was great but I still prefer k city in Long Island .

Great food, attentive service. Gave you a hair tie for long hair, apron to protect your clothes upon seating, board games, drinks and snacks while waiting. Fun entertainments during dining. Self service desserts, fruits and mixing sauces. Free gifts during New Year. Good vibes, loud music. Book ahead, the line was long even at 9pm on weekends.

This is by far my favorite restaurant. I feel so welcomed each time my family and I come here. My girls love to come here because they get to choose snacks and fresh fruits to their liking at the complimentary snack bar. There’s always something for all of us to enjoy; from foods to shows and little surprises they may throw to us every now and then. We love our old time friend Ada; she makes the best sauce and always surprises our girls with toys. We also love Leo, he’s very considerate, very nice and pays attention to every little details. It’s definitely a great place to enjoy with your family and birthday. My twin girls are getting a cake for their birthday today !!!!

Great hotpot spot. Food is of high quality for sure. The chicken and pork stomach soup base is really good. You can actually drink that. Get yourself on waitlist before you get to haidilao. Also, when you get there, if your number is within 5 tables, ask the waiter to ensure your number is not yet passed.

The staff were super friendly and I was told they have express pass for pregnant women. The overall experience was amazing, our server explained everything to us in detail and served fruits for us when we just arrived at the table. She also helped us with sauce and the soup. We had an amazing dining experience here, the food was fresh and delicious. Especially the soft serve ice cream was epic! I’ve always want to try the oat milk mochi, it was delicious! Highly recommend this place and it’s good for family, friends and couples! It’s always full house, so would recommend for advance reservation before arrival.

I was so happy to celebrate my birthday here. To make it even more special, the staff even decorated the table for me. Super thankful. Even got to try the king crab which was big and delicious. Staff was attentive and also gave us our privacy.

Best hot pot experience. Gold standard. Andrew was fantastic. Explained everything. The menu has classics and some niche items, but the quality and presentation is fantastic. Highly recommended hotpot experience in Flushing. The Kobe was great. Vegetables were fresh. But the service and attention to detail is what makes the meal.

The food was on the pricier side but it’s to be expected of Haidilao. There were no issues with the quality though. The service was absolutely amazing. Jason and Jack were our servers and they were an absolute delight. They were super attentive the entire time we were there (around 2 hours) and responded quickly when we called for them. Jack made me a dipping sauce for the beef which was absolutely delicious. Jason gifted us a small dessert (as shown in the photo) which looked super cute and taste great as well. Thank you kindly to the both of them for making my day.

It was my first time at Hai Di Lao! I felt so welcomed and appreciated the little waiting area with snacks and drinks while they set the table up! Andrew, Hai Lin, and the team were very attentive, informed us about all the details and always stopped by to check up on us! Food was high quality and delicious! Love the selection of soup bases, dishes, and the endless snacks. I understand why it’s such a popular spot for hot pot now! The amenities and service is out of this world! Probably THE best!

Our server prepared a special table for my friend because it was her first time dining at Haidilou. The meal starts with a plate of fruit and ends with complimentary soft serve ice cream (seasonal flavors). We watched the dancing noodle performance which was very fun and interactive. The bathrooms are clean and very nice and the waiting room provides small snacks. Server Jason ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
