The weather was nice and there were people taking a walk, and the cool breeze in the shade of the trees was even better. The view is also good.

My sanctuary. I moved here during pandemic times 2020 & it’s been a blessing to see fort totten. I try to go here daily. Every day the scene is a lil different and reminds you to appreciate the little things.

Beautiful park located in northern Queens. The park starts at Utopia Parkway and ends at the entrance to Fort Totten. There's plenty of parking on either end. Great park for walking, biking and simply taking in the scenery. Best view of the Throgs Neck Bridge and surrounding bay.

What can i say other than beautiful walk/run/skate/bike trail by the ocean. Lots of families walk around here and lots of ppl walk here with their dogs or come here for a date spot. There are a couple benches but not tables so can only eat finger food around here. Best views by far around the area

Everyday go to place, nice parking. The fort totten park is right next to little bay park. So, if you are looking jogging, picnic or flying kites like me this is the best place. Litter your waste in right place and together let's keep the park clean.

It’s a good place for a short outing with family / friends. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the nature across the river. In winter, you might feel uncomfortable due to the cold winds.

Very relaxed place to be. Can always come here to be in a calm environment. It does get crowded in the evenings and police definitely come by after hours to ensure people aren't hanging around past the hours the park closes but the respectfully tell everyone to leave.

2023-0822 Returned for more free kayaking with HarborLab and the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. Wow 5 years has passed. A very lovely and popular spot. It seems the bindweed won and the lovely plantings in front of the rest rooms have been removed. 2018-0526 A great little park which would be much much better if there wasn't a parking lot. Was likely here as part of a group providing free kayaks and kayaking.

Great views of the bay and bridge. Murderously cold in the winter, wind cuts right through you, but beautiful any other time.

When your body aches for seabreeze or fresh cool air, stretch your legs and take in the awesome view, this is the place!

Always great in the summer. Lots of space to do whatever you want. Can bring your dog but keep on a leash if not in dog playground. Can tan in summer but haven't seen BBQs set up

The view is beautiful day or night. Perfect place for a picnic and watch the sun set/ rise. This place is our quiet. We love it. Love that the navy base is next door.

Great place to walk, jog and bike on! The scenery is captivating during the winter and summertime! Breathtaking views of the Throgs Neck Bridge! The walk along the path was comforting and relaxing under the sun. Hopping from rock to rock was fun but You need the right shoes for that.

This park has to have the nicest dog run in Queens. The Long Island Sound is right there, the view is awesome. The dog owners, for the most part, are responsible about keeping the run clean. This run is filled with pebbles instead of grass or wood chips. The run is spacious, so there's plenty of space for running and playing for the pooches. There's a smaller separate space for small dogs. The big field can be very soggy after rain, just keep that in mind.

My first experience here was pretty decent. My dog had so much fun, but the only difference is I went in the very morning while it wasn't crowded. Usually people who reach the dog park at 7 a.m. have well-mannered dogs or, at the very least, thriving to teach their dogs right from wrong. However, on Sunday, it's risky. People who never take their dog to dog parks show up not taking there's dogs temperament in consideration. If you love your furbaby, look into some on leash dog walks it's much safer.
