Amazing place. You'll love it. They roast all their coffee themselves, everything is very high quality and all drinks are carefully made. There's also an awesome selection of artisanal pastries and cookies and other little things you can buy. Cannot recommend this place enough. Only bad thing is they are closed on Sundays.

Not sure when this little place popped up, but I believe it was pretty recently. Since I noticed it I have returned many times (I work in the area). Definitely beats the Starbucks around the corner, and the other good cafes in the area are a little farther south so this is your spot if you are nearby. All of their coffee drinks are great. The space is cool but very small, just a few stools. It kind of serves as an anteroom to a fancy fabric store which it seems to be affiliated with. They have baked goods which really look amazing, but I haven't tried them. Prices are standard for nice coffee shops in the area. The staff has always been very nice. I wish they allowed me to order a larger cup of iced coffee.

This is my favorite place to get coffee by the office, a short walk down from Penn Station, this little hideaway café is on a street that I identify as a forest-park. I get iced oat lattes all year ‘round because I am me. The barista shakes my coffee concoction in a cocktail shaker unlike most baristas that dump an espresso shot in top of iced oat milk leaving my to put a lid on it and stir it myself causing liquid to drip from the sides. The coffee is delicious, never burnt, and has caffeine which can be missing from some coffees you find in manhattan.

Really great spot and reasonably priced compared to similar NYC artisanal/independent cafes. The chai was well spiced (non-imaginary, actual spices) and there’s a variety of milk options (oat, soy, almond from what I remember). There’s a lot of unique pastries on display and the one I tried (rosemary currant scone) was excellent. Not overly sweet and a good savory flavor. $9 total. Staff are really pleasant too. Keep in mind there’s limited seating (a couple barstool seats across the register).

Perfect place to sit with a friend and grab an espresso or two. Delightful atmosphere and surrounded by beautiful plants. Feels like a different world in a great way!

Great little cafe with a friendly staff. The BEST oat latte I've ever had; I'm addicted! A wide selection of pastries, including gluten-free and vegan (the gf pistachio-cardamom loaf is amazing! ) There are 3 barstools inside of you want to enjoy your coffee there.

Wow. What a fantastic shop. We tried many coffee shops in manhattan and a few in Brooklyn but nothing compared to A Little Taste. The espresso was so creamy and delicious. My boyfriend and I stayed across the street at the Hilton and stopped by everyday at least once (sometimes twice) for the Brazilian espresso they were offering. It was obvious the coffee was fresh and roasted to perfection. The pastries were yummy too. The staff was friendly as well. We were sad to leave back home to Florida.

The coffee's great but watch out when you pay by card. They have the transaction set to charge you a 15% tip. The amount is fine and normally what I'd leave but I left a dollar in the tip basket and they also charged me the tip! They said nothing. I looked at my receipt and asked about it but they only offered to remove it after they gave me a straight answer about the auto-tip when I asked them how it happened twice.
