My fiance and I have been living here for the past couple of years. This is our first apartment together and we sure hit the jackpot--we couldn't have made a better choice! I love the location, the Upper West Side is such a lovely neighborhood. We're only steps away from Central Park which I think is great. 15 CPW is comprised of all the luxury, elegance, and high-end quality of NYC living. Our 2BR apartment is so spacious with windows everywhere for awesome views. I enjoy being in the library mostly and my fiance loves the gym. I definitely recommend 15 CPW to anyone seeking a new home in Manhattan!

Chill place, pool is all the way down stairs but is the best here. My neighbor's r sting , denzel, they ask me for ketchup all the time..

Too busy place

Illumination of its skylights comes from the serene reflecting pool in the courtyard above

I wish if they allowed me to put zero but in fortunately it's only one star I was there for a couple of days working it's horrible the management which is run by James zaratin i'm just shocked how they hire him to do the job but he doesn't have a clue to do it if you plan to work in this building be prepared they choose the days and the hours and they look for people who they don't have life so they can control you he allowed painters and engineers and doorman's to run the crew so you have 100 bosses instead of one or two and they give you papers to sign so you cannot take any pictures or to post on Instagram because they're afraid that you're gonna expose them how horrible billding is to work there I work for many years in high end luxury buildings but so far I never see anything like it like in this building horrible when they hire you for one position be prepared they gonna give you to do everything in the building including painting fixing stuff even what is not your job or position they will give it to you to work thank God i left and if you go in the interview you're going to see the fake smile and smirk because they think when they hire you they own you but never me

The most professional doormen I have ever encounter, including the lobby how well kept and secure it is.

I love running, so it was almost perfect to me! If you like hard stuff, it may not be the best place to run! but still, the view is amazing and worths it!

It is one of the best park in NY. It is located in Manhattan. You can come here to chill, to exercise, to enjoy your afternoon. Definitely check it out when you come to visit NY.

Peaceful and relaxing! The scenery is nice and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from NYC. Jogging or bike riding is a blast!
